I am intrested to pursue SAP-MM Course, But i heard that B. Tech's guys only suits for that.
As i have got ERP Implementation Experience of 2 years in SME ERP Package and got 1 1/2 of sales Experience.
So,Can u people plz guide me for my better career. Can u tell me the Good institute also to Pursue SAP-MM in Hyderabad apart of Siemens.

Dear Muralidharan,
Its not mandatory that u need to be a B.Tech graduate for pursuing a career in SAP only thing is u need to be very strong in Functional domain with good understanding of SAP MM module. I have seen many guys who are BSC graduates but still doing gr8 in SAP.Infact my instructor while I was learing SAP MM was a BSC graduate with very good functional experience, now he is a project leader in a big MNC so dont get disappointed and motivate urself to take up the challenge and race ahead.Now the second aspect is getting a job, I have seen many companies taking consultants other than BTECH guys provided they are sound enough to meet their Technical and Functional requirements. Since u hav implementation and functional experience u can easily go for a course in SAP MM and also suggest for getting certified in MM after completion of your course.
Coming to good institutes I suggest you to for a good faculty rather than searching for good a institute.Take the list of all available institutes in Hyderabad go and have a talk with the students already getting trained there, they will tell u better about the faculty and lab facilities of the institute.I can suggest you to go for Reliance or Vcentric.Dont blindly follow my suggestion, go and hav a talk with students over there to get correct info.
Buddy race ahead nothing can prevent you if u r determined,committed and have the zeal to achieve ur career in SAP.

If you started working with new implementation project then you will get a chnace to involve in all phases like Blue printing,analysys,realization,development testing.
Creation of obejcts in ESR or ID its not a big deal,but when you are working with complex landscape then you feel to elanr and many newthing in PI how to achieve the requirement using Writing some good UDF and using node function ...Adapter Modules or JAVA Mapping or XSLT Mappings..and many.
When you get in to SAP PI project,when you started development first you will start analysing the functional document and then you will start preparing techincal specification,then mapping specification then development,testing..these all tasks happend in pahse by phase.after completion of development then you wl tesing the interfaces ,preparing test cases...
we can say full lide cycle implemenattion prijects invloves above all tasks.

Regarding your questions above, here are my thoughts:
1. You need to install the add-on first (a software update) and then perform the database migration.
2. Once you install the financial add-on for Suite on HANA (SAP Simple Finance Add-On for SAP Business Suite powered by SAP HANA), BSIS should appear as a DDL SQL View in SE11.

I am looking to do SAP IS Oil & Gas Certification.Rightly I am working as SAP PP Consultant.I have good domain experience of 5 years in manufacturing industry covering all Functions but maximum experience in Production and I have 2.5 years experience in SAP PP Module & SAP Businessone.
Rightly I am interested in doing SAP IS Oil & Gas certification.I want to know from you all that howz the Job scope for SAP IS oil & Gas.Is my decision of doing Oil & Gas certification for my sort of Experience will be useful or not.Since the Cost involved for certification is huge without knowing the scope doing certification wonu2019t help.
If my decision is right means which module of IS Oil & Gas is optimum to do Certification(Such as PRA,Upstream Downstream) and how much effort to be taken for it.Is it easy or difficult to do certification for my experience.

Hi Negendra,
SAP Plant maintenance opportunities are less in market. So, you have to already worked on manufacturing industry, you can check SAP Production Planning too. Do some analysis, because choosing the right module will get SAP job soon. On the other side, SAP PM has less competition in market when you go for interview and you may get a job soon.
If you plan for certification in SAP authorized institute, they will try to convince you to take SAP MM or may SAP PP not in SAP PM. If you study SAP PP then after three years, you can learn SAP PM as well and this apply vice versa because both modules are tightly integrated.

Its always a benefit of doing an add on certification on your associate level. It will really add value as you will find very few Professional level certified consultant in the market.
May be you know but still for the other members, there are three levels of certifications:
Associate
Professional
Masters
which differs very heavily on the variety & toughness of the questions.

Reg:SAP Net weaver CE 7.2 ,Java Server is not starting

 This is Ravi , i am new to SAP NW.I have installed the SAP NW CE 7.2 trail Version.The problem is that when i open the SAP Management console,only one process is running out of two processes of process list.
i.e.,only igswd.exe is running and it turned to green color.
But as i mentioned jstart.exe is not getting started.
The installation doesnt report any errors while installation,finally i got the alert box saying that installation is sucessfully completed.
Developer trace of jstart.exe says that some IP address is rejecting connection and cant connect to message server.

Reg : SAP Query in LDB

Hello ,
I would like to know more about how infosets are used in LDB's.
I was recently testing a LDB of Hedge Mgmt. i selected seveal param's and found that the order of fields in the query really makes a diff. LDB's are very senstive to ordering ?? Can any one give me more info on how Infosets and SAP queries work ?

Hi experts,
               i have requirement in QM report i need to show some additional fields in print out ,
here i know the form name but i don't no from which program in SAP Script form fetching values can any one suggest how to find out programs for SAP script form.
    i know inside of SAP script we can c perform action but in my case there is no perform action written in script,
they are directly using call function open form in pgm .

I am Planning to take PI7.0 Certification 2008.
I have Suser ID with me .
What else do I require apart from this.
Is NOC(no objection certificatte) from the present compant is Must for taking the examination as there is some problem in this.

The Letter from ur employer stating that u r working for that company for more than 1 yr is require, without that u cannot attend the certification. Otherwise u can write a certification at any time later once u complete 1 yr.
