Reg : unable to find VO

Hi Folks,
I am new to OAF.
In the OAF page i have a message list. In that i have 2 values But i have to remove one value.
So i came to know that i have to change in VO.
I searched about VO in about this page. But there is no VO.
Can any one suggest me how to find VO for that particular message list.
Thanks & Regards :
Pramila Padam

Hi,
Please check this controller(oracle.apps.ap.oie.webui.CreditCardTransactionsCO) to know what they are doing.
OAMessageChoiceBean oamessagechoicebean = (OAMessageChoiceBean)createWebBean(oapagecontext, oawebbean, "CreditCardPoplist");
oamessagechoicebean.setAllowBlankValue(false);
oamessagechoicebean.setPickListCacheEnabled(false);
oamessagechoicebean.setPickListViewUsageName("CreditCardsVO");
oamessagechoicebean.setSelectionValue(oapagecontext, s);
oacellformatbean.addIndexedChild(oamessagechoicebean);
This is they are setting dynamically. So your picklist vo will be CreditCardsVO($JAVA_TOP/oracle/apps/ap/oie/server/CreditCardsVO.xml). So this u have to handle dynamically by extending the controller. or you can substitute this VO as well.
but to do substitution u may have to think about the impact also..try to extend the controller and set the new query for this vo and execute it. so it will shoe the value which you want.
Cheers
Bharat

  • Reg Unable to find URL for Adapter Engine Error

    Hello,
    During execution of a scenario, i am getting these errors in sxmb_moni:
    AE_DETAILS_GET_ERROR
    3: Unable to find URL for Adapter Engine af.xip.poecspxioo4
    Error when reading the access data (URL, user, password) for the Adapter Engine.
    Seems like it is a problem of XI Server unable to locate the Central adapter engine due to some parameter not set properly.
    So, what are the points we can check while installation of XI so as to rectify this problem.

    Hi all,
    I got the similar error in my scenario and i solved the same.Actually i ma not pretty surte this will solve your problem.
    In my case proxy generation settings was mis configured in the sender system. so its caused the reason.
    I made an entry in the SPROXSET table and i did other activities like RFC and application system also.
    Then its worked for me. Its not matching with your case please do ignore this one
    Regards

  • Unable to find Bean and AM impl for customisation of Fusion Application

    Hi,
    Iam navigating through this link
    under Fusion App --> Navigator -->WarehouseOperation -->REceipts --> and Entering createReceipt screen via Receive Expected Shipments. I want to default the value of packing slip as how supplier got defaulted but in editable mode. For this i want to know how supplier got defaulted and in same way i want to default Packing slip number.
    But iam unable to find the managed bean or AMimpl java file for doing code change.
    "Copylines" is default activity and from there it is navigating to CreateReceipt.jsff, i don't find any parameter carrying the value for Supplier.
    So Logic must be either in Managed Bean or in AmImpl . I need to include my logic also here. But unable to find the necessary file.
    reg,
    Lakshmi.

    While creating a receipt, you select one or more orders belonging to a single supplier and then create one receipt against that. And that is how the supplier field gets defaulted in the Create Receipt UI.
    Packing slip is also defaulted when the user receives against ASN provided it is captured at the time of creation of the ASN.
    For a regular PO receipt, the user is expected to enter the packing slip by default.
    Can you describe your exact requirement in detail?
    The customization framework does allow the value of a field to be overwritten but using this, you will always have a predefined value or some limited logic using EL.
    But we would not recommend that because when you customize the value of a field, it will discard the value that is fetched from the database.
    This can potentially break the default functionality of receiving where the packing slip is defaulted from the ASN.
    And another question that I have is the need for the AM details - this particular code is present in the AM and not the managed bean.
    Are you planning to extend the AM that is shipped by receiving?

  • [Solved] Unable to find root device

    Hi guys,
    it's been three days now that my laptop refuses to boot with a message from systemd like this:
    ERROR: device 'UUID=xxx...' not found. Skipping fsck.
    ERROR: Unable to find root device 'UUID=xxx...'.
    You are being dropped to a recovery shell.
    That said, keep in mind that I'm saying "three days" just because it's in the past two days that I've spent most of the time searching in the Internet for a solution of what seems just to be a well-known, very common problem, especially when it arises after a kernel upgrade (as in my case).
    But believe me, I've been trying this and that through the live Arch Linux environment, but without the slightest improvement: regeneration of the initramfs, regeneration of /etc/fstab, reconfiguration of GRUB (although this was clearly unhelpful, since the problem arises when the kernel has already been booted), small changes in the hooks in /etc/mkinitcpio.conf, small changes to some modules loaded at boot, downgrading linux... Nothing works.
    I'm now writing from another computer, so I cannot post the entire output of useful commands now, but if you need to know something I will give you the necessary information.
    In the meanwhile, notice that I use Linux LVM partition with logical volumes formatted with Btrfs, without encryption.
    It's strange that even with the dowgrade from Linux 3.18.3 (the one after whose installation the system was unusable) to 3.18.2 the problem still remains.
    However, the only thing I managed to take from my system is the output of dmesg, obtained from the recovery shell, after having set the debug settings for systemd in the kernel command line before booting.

    Guys, I think I've found the strange thing.
    First, in the recovery shell, when I type "lvm lvscan", it prints:
    WARNING: lvmetad is running but disabled. Restart lvmetad before enabling it!
    and then it says that all four my logical volumes root,boot,home and var are inactive.
    So I tried to set them up manually, with "lvm vgchange -a y", and guess what happened: I was able to boot!
    I still haven't managed to understand the real causes of this problem, but basically it seems that I have the same problem explained here: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=184340.
    The only difference is that there the OP says to have solved the problem with an upgrade to Linux 3.15.7, while it appeared to me with the upgrade to 3.18.3, and as I said it doesn't go away neither with a downgrade nor with another upgrade to version 3.18.4

    Sorry, but downgrading iOS is not supported and is considered an unauthorized modification to the phone. In other words, you hacked your phone.
    If you had any warranty, it is void. You have also forfeited your right to support from Apple or on these forums.  Discussing hacked, jailbroken, or otherwise modified phones is forbidden here by the terms of service. You'll have to look elsewhere for help.

  • Unable to find??? What does this mean?

    First off I will explain what I was doing before I encountered trouble. I was attempting to print a USPS shipping label and I believe it had something to do with Adobe. I had early printed a sample label without any trouble. But when I went to print a real label it was giving me issues. Then everything(even simple Microsoft works documents, it was telling me to save the file. It was giving me a save as and the file was .xps I attempted to do a system restore to another point and that didn't fix it. Somewhere I think I deleted a file or something. I understand computers pretty well, but shows what happens someone who doesn't have a clue gets themselves into trouble.
    But anyways now when I turn on my computer and it loads up I get this message
    Unable to find C:\ProgramData\AdobePDF\Settings\*.joboptions"
    And it says I must be an adminstrator to load these files or something.
    If anyone can help me I appreciate it very much. I have since uninstalled Adobe Reader and Re-installed it and I still get this message. So how do I solve this trouble?  Computer was working fine until this incident.

    can you try uninstall, reboot and run the cleaner form
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301, reboot
    again using admin power ID look if you still have traces of acrobat reader in the application folder of  all users, admin, your own ID
    if needed manual remove them all after full backup,
    also do
    reg query "hklm\software\adobe\Acrobat Reader"
    reg query "hkcu\software\adobe\Acrobat Reader" form your regular ID
    be sure there is not any
    if there are, you best do a backup before deleting anything.
    if all fails. do windows repair
    Hopefully you have access to the owner id , admin ID, or
    windows install disk/restore image along wiht all software install source

  • Wine "unable to find libjpeg.so"

    Hi all,
    I've had this issue for a while but have ignored it because it didn't become a problem yet. I mostly use Wine for World of Warcraft and the game itself runs fine. However a patch was released yesterday and neither the launcher or the patch software runs, I get this error:
    err:ole:OLEPictureImpl_LoadJpeg Failed reading JPEG because unable to find libjpeg.so.62
    err:ole:OleLoadPicture IPersistStream_Load failed
    I have updated all my packages including all my AUR ones. I have reinstalled lib32-libjpeg and libjpeg.
    In addition to this, another strange issue is that if I open any instance of Wine, including winecfg, I sometimes get this message:
    user.reg is not a valid registry file
    When this happens all the settings I have put into winecfg reset. I do not know if this issue is related, but it is irritating.
    Thanks for any help!

    Garns wrote:Are you sure that you are running that one? I am asking because the error message indicates you are running  wine built with libjpeg6 but that one was built with libjpeg7.
    Ah curious, you're right. I assumed I was using the one from AUR but it seems that it has come from one of the main repositories. Very confusing that they would have the same name. I seem to have 1.1.24.
    How do I install things from AUR with yaourt but force it to use the one from AUR? It only seems to have a fallback mechanism.
    Can you post the output of
    locate windowscodecs.dll.so
    /usr/lib/wine/windowscodecs.dll.so
    and
    strings $(locate windowscodecs.dll.so) | grep libjpeg
    This produces nothing.
    Thanks for your help so far, it's greatly appreciated.

    Anoop,
    This is a JTT page and there is no VO. If you wanna see how this report is built check out qotSCocPrint.jsp. Here data source are quoting classes. If u need any quoting related data y do u worry about source, y don't u directly hit quoting tables like aso_quote_headers_all and aso_quote_lines_all.

  • Photoshop unable to find Java script plugin

    Since the last ACR update to PSCS6, I am unable to browse in Bridge or Mini Bridge and I get the error message "Could not complete the Browse in Bridge Command because Photoshop was unable to find the JavaScript plugin". When I try to open mini bridge, it will open but there is the error message: "Could not complete the command because the extension could not be loaded". I have tried a system restore and read all of the posts related to this error but no one seems to come up with an answer. I tried pasting the .dll files recommended in another post but that did not help. I tried the suggestion to run PS as an administrator but that did not work. I have searched the web, many people have this problem but very few answers, as per usual with Adobe. Using PSCS6 x64 with Windows7x64. Need help!

    My mind reading abilities are a bit fuzzy today.
    I can't seem to read what version of Photoshop, what computer, what OS you are using?

  • Type-mapping not working correctly, get "Unable to find a javaType for the xmlType" WARNING

    I'm manually creating a web-services.xml file, and using the autogen ant task to
    generate the codec XML/Java classes. The XML definition is provided by SAP.
    The ant build.xml file:
    <project name="buildWebservice" default="stubgen">
    <target name="stubgen">
    <clientgen ear="C:\projects\RMIS\ifrrequests\RMIS.ear"
    packageName="com.aa.rmis.webservice.client"

    autotype="False" />
    </target>
    <target name="all" depends="stubgen"/>
    </project>
    The problem is seen below in the output from Ant. Note the WARNINIG. The problem
    is that the xml type cannot be mapped to the Java type.
    C:\projects\RMIS\ifrrequests>ant -buildfile clientbuild.xml

    The Java source that has the implementation of the service methods is simply:
    package com.aa.rmis.webservice;
    import com.aa.rmis.ifr.request.*;
    public class TestService
    public TestService()
    public int serviceRequest(PaymentRequestCreate request)
    System.out.println("Received serviceRequest message");
    return 0;
    public void testStringRequest(String request)
    The web-service.xml file is attached, which contains the schema for the SAP PaymentRequest.Create
    object definition.
    Another problem I have, which is probably related, is that the service method
    that has a complex data type (non-built in data type) is not being deployed into
    the WebLogic server. But the other service method that simply takes a String
    parameter is.
    The steps I took are:
    1. Get XML from SAP Interface Repository (IFR) for PaymentRequest
    2. Use ant task autogen to generate the request codec classes
    3. Create the web-services.xml file by inserting the schema definition and the
    mapping file created by the autogen task, and defining the operations
    4. Build web-services.war file that contains all autogen compiled class files,
    the web-services.xml file, and the service implementation class
    5. Build the ear file that holds the web service files
    6. Use the clientgen ant task to generate (included above) to generate the client
    jar file that should contain the proxy for both of the service methods
    Environment:
    * WebLogic 7.02
    * JDK 1.3.1_06
    * JBuilder 9 Enterprise
    * Ant 1.4
    Possible causes:
    * Namespace not being used correctly
    * copied verbatim the mapping xml file generated by autogen into the web-services.xml
    file
    * xml-schema part of web-services.xml might not be set correctly
    * operation definition might not be using the correct namespace
    * Classpath used for ant might not be right
    * Doubt this is the problem, but I'm out of other ideas
    * Set by using the setWLEnv.cmd file provided by WebLogic
    * Tried adding the generated classes directory for my project to the classpath,
    but did not work

    [web-services.xml]

    Hi JD,
    I spent a few cycles looking over your web-services.xml file, however I
    don't have any suggestions other that one that looks like you have
    already tried, at the top, in the <schema...>
    targetNamespace="urn:sap-com:document:sap:business"
    Making edits to these generated files can be tricky and my only
    suggestion is to create a small reproducer to run by our outstanding
    support team.
    A quick look at our problem database shows one issue (CR095109) related
    to a similar problem at deploy time that was fixed with 7.0SP3. Again,
    the support folks will be able to help focus in on the issue.
    Regards,

    The minimum requirement for iCloud is Lion 10.7.5 (Mavericks preferred): the iCloud Preference Pane does not appear on earlier systems - the MobileMe pane appears on Lion and earlier but is now non-functional - you cannot now open or access a MobileMe account.
    To make use of iCloud you will have to upgrade your Mac to Lion or Mavericks, provided it meets the requirements.
    The requirements for Lion are:
    Mac computer with an Intel Core 2 Duo, Core i3, Core i5, Core i7, or Xeon processor
    2GB of memory
    OS X v10.6.6 or later (v10.6.8 recommended)
    7GB of available space
    Lion is available in the Online Apple Store ($19.99). Mountain Lion (10.8.x) is also available there at the same price but there seems little point as the system requirements are the same for Mavericks (10.9.x) - which is free - unless you need to run specific software which will run on Mountain Lion only.
    The requirements for Mountain Lion and Mavericks are:
    OS X v10.6.8 or later
    2GB of memory
    8GB of available space
      and the supported models are:
    iMac (Mid 2007 or newer)
    MacBook (Late 2008 Aluminum, or Early 2009 or newer)
    MacBook Pro (Mid/Late 2007 or newer)
    Xserve (Early 2009)
    MacBook Air (Late 2008 or newer)
    Mac mini (Early 2009 or newer)
    Mac Pro (Early 2008 or newer)
    It is available from the Mac App Store (in Applications).
      You should be aware that PPC programs (such as AppleWorks) will not run on Lion or above; and some other applications may not be compatible - there is a useful compatibility checklist at http://roaringapps.com/apps:table

    Boot into Recovery by holding down the key combination command-R at the startup chime. Release the keys when you see a gray screen with a spinning dial.
    Note: You need an always-on Ethernet or Wi-Fi connection to the Internet to use Recovery. It won’t work with USB or PPPoE modems, or with networks that require any kind of authentication other than a WPA or WPA2 Personal password.
    When the Mac OS X Utilities screen appears, follow the prompts to reinstall the Mac OS. You don't need to erase the boot volume, and you won't need your backup unless something goes wrong. Don't install the Thunderbolt update -- it's defective.
