Kayla, check the grill that covers the microphone (bottom left next to charging port) and make certain there isn't any dirt, makeup, spilled soda clogging the grill causing it to fail. My sister had a similar issue with her earphone and while I was in the process of replacing it for the third time I decided to check the grill under a very bright light and it was totally clogged up causing her not to be able to hear her phone calls. Use a Q-Tip dipped in hot water and gently wipe the grill. Just barely moisten it, no need to go crazy with the water. Might as well clean the earphone and speaker on the bottom right too. Anyhow, that could be what your issue is and if so it's a really simple fix. If that doesn't help just replace the microphone. It'd cost maybe $5 and ten minutes of your time to do. Good luck, John

HP C7200 All-in-One printer will not print through the Wifi network

I have used the HP printing and scanning Doctor but none of the proposed solutions have solved the problem. The blue light for wirelwss 802.11g service is on and connected to the same Wifi address as my laptop is using now. My Dell laptop is running Windows 7 and the printer works if I use the USB connection instead of the Wifi. Any suggestions?

I understand your printer is not connecting wireless and only connecting USB. I have some questions and ideas for you that should help. Let's get to it!
Could you please remove the USB cable, run the Print and Scan Doctor again and send me a screen shot of the results from running the diagnostic tool?
Also let me know which model from the C7200 series you have:
HP Photosmart C7250 All-in-One Printer
HP Photosmart C7280 All-in-One Printer
HP Photosmart C7288 All-in-One Printer
Try power cycling the network devices:
Turn off the printer and computer and unplug the router for 1 minute (do not press any buttons on the router).
Plug the router back in and wait another minute, next turn on the printer and computer. Run the Print and Scan Doctor afterwards and try printing.
Let me know how it goes and the results

I just purchased the all in one envy 7640 printer and want to print from my lap top but the printing that comes out is very very small and i need to enlarge it, I am not a real computer whiz so I just need step by step instructions on how to enlarge the copy being printed. Hey , Welcome to the HP forums! I hope you enjoy your stay here. I see that you are trying to enlarge the size of a document you are trying to print. While the specific directions will change depending on your operating system, the program you are using, and the type of document you want to print, I can certainly make sure you get pointed in the right direction. Assuming you are trying to print a text document (and please let me know if you are not) then first you will want to highlight the text you are trying to change the text of. Once highlighted you are looking for an option found at the top of most windows. The option usually has a font name to its left such as Times New Roman. When you select a larger font size it will change the highlighted text so that it matches the size you selected. I've included an image of the option below. If you are trying to print something that is not a text document then please let me know what program you are trying to print from as well as what operating system you are using. If you are not sure what your operating system is you can click here to find it. If you have any other questions please let me know. You can delete the backup without any problem. Only the backup will be deleted from iCloud and nothing else will be deleted, so you can do it without worrying about losing data on iCloud or your devices

hi i had the same problem today when i updated my itunes to latest version. however, i have just found my songs in the 'itunes media' folder. this was accessed through 'my music' then keep clicking through until you find itunes media and all my library songs were in there and i then just added these files to my library and all were restored however, i have lost all my playlists but at least my 700 songs are back. very dissapointed with apple that they have let this happen with their latest update, the previous version was miles better than this one . hope you find them. stevo

How can I pair an iPad with an android phone via Bluetooth? I get the pair message on both, but after acknowledging on both devices the connection fails to establish. I looked around and everything I found had to do with file transfer. I can share access to the internet via Bluetooth and it works with other devices I've tried this with. Thanks.

Sorry. After re-reading my question I realized that I wasn't clear. I don't want to transfer files. I want to use PDANet from my android and connect my iPad for internet access via bluetooth. I know this is a 2 way transfer of data not very different from transferring files, but I just want to be sure that this is not going to work so I can stop trying as if I'm doing something wrong. Like I said, I can do this with any other bluetooth capable device/computer I have. Seems like it's just not working either by design or as a result of some limitation. I guess 2 way communication with a headset gave me hope that internet access would work. Thanks!

I think this is probably a sign that your network could be better than it is.
Intermittent problems are often a result of interference. Interference can be caused by other networks in the neighbourhood or from household electrical items.
You can download and install iStumbler (NetStumbler for windows users) to help you see which channels are used by neighbouring networks so that you can avoid them, but iStumbler will not see household items.
Refer to your router manual for instructions on changing your wifi channel or adjusting your multicast rate.
There are other types of problems that can affect networks, but this is by far the most common, hence worth mentioning first.
