I'm working with SAP BW 700 and I had also this error during a characteristic activation in my QA system. This happened when I tried to transport the activated characteristic from my DEV system and also when I was trying through RSDG_IOBJ_ACTIVATE program.
I solved this error message with OSS note 01458319 700SP24: "Transport fails during the impact analysis of DTP".-

Regarding Active Service in tcode SICF for ESS mSS configuration in SAP HR

Dear Experts,
To active the services for ESS and MSS .I have used the tcode SICF.After That I followed the path SAP---.>BC---->Webdynpro----->SAP.I had right clicked and made the services active.The services are active,but when I click on test services system says"Could not find host or port information".Why i am getting this error and what should I do in order to resolve it.What affect will it have if the services does not get okayed in test services?Please provide me the information as the requirement is urgent.

Regarding activity confirmation against order

Hi all,
I am confirming production order.
Case1 - Confimration using CO11N where I put actual activity quantity in the blank activity
Case 2 - Confirmation using CO15
I dont see any activity confirmation in AFRU in 2nd case. I think system is not proposing and carrying out the activity confirmations.
Help me in this case.

1) Yes, if you go with order level confirmation then you cannot change activity timings
what ever defined in routing same will picked while confirmation
2) where as if you go with CO11N, then you can change you activity timings

Regarding activation job triggering more than once

hi all,
i have designed a process chain in which there are 5 info packages (same info source) loading into same ods.I have then clubbed these 5 info packages steps in one OR condition.however,there are multiple activations which are triggered i.e. as soon as one of the load is completed one activation job is triggering and similarly it happens with other loads also.
this multiple triggering of activation causes subsequent processes in the chain to trigger multiple times which is not required.
is there way that we can trigger this activation only once.
Please note that OR condition is required and AND cannot be placed in its place.

I think you cannot do away with AND.
You will have to use it just when the 5 different process complete.
I am not sure how did you make it but i would suggest to go like this:
Loading1
Loading 2
Loading 3
Loading 4
Loading 5
Then you can have the Activation step. after the loading is completed.
Do assign points if it helps.
Do iterate your problem in more descriptive manner if this doesnt helps :).

Regarding Activation of Datasource error

We have replicated datasource from R3 source system and while trying to activate it was posting error
of while activation of transfer structure with conversion exits., We are using 7.0 datasource only.
We checked at RSA3 of datasource and data is coming successfully., we tried with program transferstruc activate program
and rsds-datsource program but couldnt able to get rid of error.
Can you please help me to resolve the issue of what to be done for activation of

URGENT HELP!!regarding active x

if anyone could help me i'd REALLY appreciate it.
certain webpages will "hang" when i try to open them in internet explorer 7.
the status bar shows it gets to the halfway mark in terms
of opening the page and then it stops. but the flag icon
in the top right corner is still moving, indicating it's
possibly still attempting to open the page. i do not get
an error message, only a blank window. when i disable
activeX and scripting of activeX, a few pages will load
while others will say that it cannot display content

iWeb HTML is W3 compliant.
It's the JavaScript that's causing problems. Even for other browsers it's way to complex. It uses JavaScript code that's very new. Too new.
So, if it is necessary to display your webpages in IE, refrain from iWeb.
If you want to learn HTML, then iWeb isn't a good choice anyway. Because there is no code to learn.
Frontpage is Windows only and Dreamweaver is too expensive.
Search for a web editor that allows you to write HTML and display it as a webpage as you type.

The DataSource has been changed or saved and it doesn't match with the BW datasource timestamp. So you have to replicate the datasource to BI and activate the transformation.

Hello everyone, can any one help regarding activation

i have got iphone 4s, i factory unlocked my iphone 4s, but now when ever i put any sim apart from the orignal SIM,it goes on to activation required, then it says Sim not valid , though i get the signal bars at the top, and carrier in SETTINGS->GENERAL->ABOUT-> also changed from orignal carrier to new. I dont know what to do, Can any one help me, i have paid for the factory unlocking to a guy and now that guy is not picking my phone, i dont know what to do.

Ask him... he is not the carrier. ONLY the carrier can authorize unlocking it. There is a process that has to be followed involving restoring the phone after the unlock has been approved. If the phone was hacked at any time prior to requesting a legitimate unlock, it may not be usable at all after attempting to have it legitimately unlocked.
