Regarding AIA Reference Models

Hi,
I have installed BPA Suite with Business Process Architect and the Publisher.
I am able to import and export the models developed in the Architect as XMLfiles.
Even I am able to export the models to the publisher also.
I would like to see whether I can import the AIA Reference models to the architect and then export the same in to the publisher.
Could any one help me on where I can find the AIA Reference models (will it come with the installation or can I download it)?
what will be the format of the AIA reference models (xml or some other).?
Thanks,
Anju

    I was wondering how I can obtain the Business Process Master List and the R/3 reference model for SAP IS-U. Are these available in the public domain, or can someone sent these to me?
    I'm also interested in the link with the Business Process Master List to the pre-written Business Process Procedures (BPPs), detailed end-user documentation for R/3 transactions.
    TIA,

    2) Technical Master Data
    Business Master Data will have
    a) Business partner
    b) Contract Account
    c) Contract
    Technical Master Data

  • SAP Business Workflow and The Workflow Reference Model

    Hi Experts,
    I try to map the Business Workflow with the Workflow Reference Model of WfMC.
    Interface 3 represents the communication of SAP's Workflow Engine with "Invoked (external) Applications".
    My Questions are:
    - which applications, tools can be invoked (Webservices, Group Ware Products)
    - and which component realizes Interface 3?
      (can I say that interface 3 is realized with different steps like web-activity,
    or the normal activity-step (WebFlow Service Handler) ? )
    Or is there a certain technology that is representative for realization of interface 3 ?  e.g. WfXML or SOAP?
    Thanks in advance

  • Dif between Industry Reference Model & Process Integration Pack (PIP)

    What is the difference between Industry Reference Model & Process Integration Pack (PIP)?
    As I understand PIP is the prebuild integration solution for a busines process like "Order to Cash". Then what Industry Reference Model is?
    From some of the AIA architectural diagram, I found Industry Reference Model is one more layer on top of AIA PIP reffering same business processes like "Order to Cash", "Procure to Pay" etc.
    Like other key AIA components, does Oracle provide any artifacts/library for Industry Reference Model to customer?

    Industry reference model is an optimized business process view of a business and technical analyst(s). The optimization could be focussed to meet the requirements of a particular domain (industry specific or vertical solution) or the solution could be horizontal (across the domains). This model would be generic and independent of the participating applications of an integration solution.
    PIP is the pre-build integration solution for a business process between two or more systems that implements the industry reference model (could be vertical or horizontal).
    For example:
    (1) "Order-To-Cash" PIP is a horizontal solution (independent of the industry/domain) bridging the Siebel CRM & E-Business Suite applications. If we have to develop another PIP for the same business process between two other participating applications, we would use the same Industry reference model because Industry reference model is independent of the participating applications and domains/vertical.
    (2) Similarly "Order-To-Bill" PIP is a vertical solution (for Telecom domain) bridging the Siebel CRM, Oracle BRM & E-Business Suite OM. If we have to develop another PIP for the same business process for another vertical, then we should have another optimized industry reference model targeted for that vertical.
    --> We are delivering the industry reference models along with foundation pack : FP 2.2.1 onwards (look at the chapter-10 of the installation guide. This would explain the location of BPMs and procedure to view those diagrams).

  • Best Practices regarding AIA and CDP extensions

    Based on the guide "AD CS Step by Step Guide: Two Tier PKI Hierarchy Deployment", I'll have both
    internal and external users (with a CDP in the DMZ) so I have a few questions regarding the configuration of AIA/CDP.
    From here: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc780454(v=ws.10).aspx
    A root CA certificate should have an empty CRL distribution point because the CRL distribution point is defined by the certificate issuer. Since the roots certificate issuer is the root CA, there is no value in including a CRL distribution point for
    the root CA. In addition, some applications may detect an invalid certificate chain if the root certificate has a CRL distribution point extension set.A root CA certificate should have an empty CRL distribution point because the CRL distribution point is defined
    by the certificate issuer.
    To have an empty CDP do I have to add these lines to the CAPolicy.inf of the Offline Root CA:
    [CRLDistributionPoint]
    Empty = true
    What about the AIA? Should it be empty for the root CA?
    Using only HTTP CDPs seems to be the best practice, but what about the AIA? Should I only use HTTP?
    Since I'll be using only HTTP CDPs, should I use LDAP Publishing? What is the benefit of using it and what is the best practice regarding this?
    If I don't want to use LDAP Publishing, should I omit the commands: certutil -f -dspublish "A:\CA01_Fabrikam Root CA.crt" RootCA / certutil -f -dspublish "A:\Fabrikam Root
    CA.crl" CA01
    Thank you,

    Is there any reason why you specified a '2' for the HTTP CDP ("2:http://pki.fabrikam.com/CertEnroll/%1_%3%4.crt"
    )? This will be my only CDP/AIA extension, so isn't it supposed to be '1' in priority?
    I tested the setup of the offline Root CA but after the installation, the AIA/CDP Extensions were already pre-populated with the default URLs. I removed all of them:
    The Root Certificate and CRL were already created after ADCS installation in C:\Windows\System32\CertSrv\CertEnroll\ with the default naming convention including the server name (%1_%3%4.crt).
    I guess I could renamed it without impact? If someday I have to revoke the Root CA certificate or the certificate has expired, how will I update the Root CRL since I have no CDP?
    Based on this guide: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/15037.ad-cs-step-by-step-guide-two-tier-pki-hierarchy-deployment.aspx,
    the Root certificate and CRL is publish in Active Directory:
    certutil -f -dspublish "A:\CA01_Fabrikam Root CA.crt" RootCA
    certutil -f -dspublish "A:\Fabrikam Root CA.crl" CA01
    Is it really necessary to publish the Root CRL in my case?
    Instead of using dspublish, isn't it better to deploy the certificates (Root/Intermediate) through GPO, like in the Default Domain Policy?

  • Self Reference Model Class - How to populate using Entity Framework

    Hi,i have table in SQL Server named Employees as follows:
    EmployeeId lastName FirstName reportsTo
    1 Davolio Nancy 2
    2 Fuller Andrew NULL
    3 Leverling Janet 2
    4 Peacock Margaret 2
    5 Buchanan Steven 2
    6 Suyama Michael 5
    7 King Robert 5
    8 Callahan Laura 2
    9 Dodsworth Anne 5
    I would like to use Entity Framework to populate my Model Class .My model class looks as follows:
    public class Employees
        readonly List<Employees> _children = new List<Employees>();
        public IList<Employees> Children
            get { return _children; }
        public string FirstName { get; set; }
        public string LastName {get; set;}
    I want to use this class in ViewModel  to populate my TreeView control. Can anyone help me in order to define Linq to Entities in order to populate my model class Employees from table in SQL Server as defined. Thanks in advance.
    Almir

    Hello Fred,
    unfortunately it does not work, maybe I can be more specific about what I'm trying to get. I'm following Josh Smith's article on CodeProject related to WFP TreeView
    Josh Smith article. He has Class named Person with the following structure
    public class Person
    readonly List<Person> _children = new List<Person>();
    public List<Person> Children
    get
    return _children;
    public string Name { get; set; }
    The same is populated from Database class using method named GetFamilyTree() which look as follows:
    public static Person GetFamilyTree()
    // In a real app this method would access a database.
    return new Person
    Name = "David Weatherbeam",
    Children =
    new Person
    Name="Alberto Weatherbeam",
    Children=
    new Person
    Name="Zena Hairmonger",
    Children=
    new Person
    Name="Sarah Applifunk",
    new Person
    Name="Jenny van Machoqueen",
    Children=
    new Person
    Name="Nick van Machoqueen",
    new Person
    Name="Matilda Porcupinicus",
    new Person
    Name="Bronco van Machoqueen",
    new Person
    Name="Komrade Winkleford",
    Children=
    new Person
    Name="Maurice Winkleford",
    Children=
    new Person
    Name="Divinity W. Llamafoot",
    new Person
    Name="Komrade Winkleford, Jr.",
    Children=
    new Person
    Name="Saratoga Z. Crankentoe",
    new Person
    Name="Excaliber Winkleford",
    I'm trying to figure out how should I write
    GetFamilyTree() method using Entity Framework in order to connect to my SQL Server database and populate this Person class as it was populated manually in Joshs Example. The table I'm using in SQL Server is described in
    my first post named Employees (it's self reference table)

  • Regarding Server object Model in Custom Windows service

    Hi,
    I am writing a custom windows service to update the Sharepoint 2013 list every morning. But when i am try to create a SPSite object by passing the SITE URL it is throwing the below error.
    Code :
    using(SPSite site = new SPSite(SITE_URL))
    Error :
    "The Web application at "" could not be found. Verify that you have typed the URL correctly. If the URL should be serving existing content, the system administrator may need to add a new request URL mapping to the intended application."
    Even though the SITE URL is correct. It working while browsing in explorer.
    Not sure why it is happening.
    Thanks.
    Akhilesh Rao

    Hi Akhilesh,
    Please try to add yourself to the WSS_ADMIN_WPG group on the server.
    Or here are the most common reasons this error can occur:
    1.The code is executed on a different machine - The SharePoint object model (except the Client API) requires to be run on the SharePoint server itself. It is not possible to run the application on a server which is not within the same SharePoint farm the
    code is trying to access.
    2.Insufficient Rights on the site collection - The code is executed in context of an account which does not have read permission on the site collection
    3.Incorrect Url being used - Verify that the site works correct in a browser and double check that the server is correct registered in the AAM settings
    4.Incorrect bitness - The SharePoint object model needs to be executed with the same bitness as the operating system. That means you cannot use the SharePoint object model in a 32-bit application if the Operating System and SharePoint are installed as 64-bit
    version. Ensure to compile the project using the correct bitness (64-bit on a 64-bit machine vs. 32-bit on a 32-bit machine)
    5.Incorrect .NET framework version -  Ensure that the project is configured to use .NET 3.5 for SharePoint 2010 and below and .NET 4.0 for SharePoint 2013

  • Regarding currency references in SFP

    Hi,
    I have included only one table (tab1) in the interface.
    In side that the currency fields are referred to the table (tab2) fields( tab2 not included in the interface.
    In SFP, while trying to give references , I am not getting the reference type when I click F4.
    Plz let me know how to handle the problem.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Pavan Meda

    Hi Hans,
    I think the purpose of curr/qty references is,
    If you see any item table ( In se11 ), the curr/qty fields are pointed to Header table curr/qty key fields.
    That means, at runtime the item table curr/qty value will be formated based on the header table curr/qty key field.
    Say, tab1 is item data. tab2 is header data.
    If I include tab1 and tab2 in the interface , i will get the references.
    As i am not using any field from tab2 in the layout, i can't use in the interface (as per quality rules we should not use extra tables in the interface) .
    then how should I proceed.
    if am confusimg, plz let me know
