Regarding Currency USD in script output

In PO print out ,when the currency is USD .The program is standard 'SAPFM06P'
while the form i have copied and made it Z.
The figure EKPO-netpr is getting printed as '123,20' instead of '123.20'.
The value stord in the table is '123.20'.
also if you debug the program it appears as '123.20'.
but when you debug the script it appears as '123,20'.
Can someone help its a bit urgent.

Hi,
You need use SET COUNTRY before that
<b>/: SET COUNTRY country_key</b>
You can enter the country key either as a literal value enclosed in quotes or as a symbol.
/: SET COUNTRY 'CAN'
/: SET COUNTRY &country_key&
Use a blank country name to revert to the setting found in the user master record:
/: SET COUNTRY ' '
This SAPscript command actually calls the corresponding ABAP command internally. This guarantees the effect of the SAPscript command to be identical with that of the ABAP command.

  • Regarding SAP Script Output validation in Layout set

    Hi All,
    I have a issue in SAP Script Output.
    I have a <b>Standard Print Program</b>. and layout set.
    I can do validations only in Layout set.
    The actual issue is i have a <b>internal table field</b> in <b>print program</b> that i am displaying in <b>layout set</b>. Now i want it to be subtracted with number <b>20</b>, since i can not edit code in <b>Print Program</b>. i want to subtract that internal table field with 20 in layout set itself.
    Can anybody tell me how can i solve this issue.
    <b>Note:</b>  I need to do calculation only in layout set.
    Can anybody give me the solution.
    Thanks in advance.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Rayeez.

    Hi,
    Thanks for that reply.
    so with <b>SUMMING</b> command i can do calculation.
    I am already having <b>i_tab1-sum</b> coming from print program and i have declared one symbol using
    DEFINE &v_val& = 20 in layout set.
    Then i want to subtract &v_val& with &i_tab1-sum&.
    using the follow syntax tell me wether syntax is correct or not.
    SUMMING &i_tab1-sum&-&v_val& INTO &i_tab1-sum&.
    will it work.
    once again thanks for that reply.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Rayeez.

  • How we can get the Trial balance in other currency -USD now.

    Hi All,
    I have an issue reg: My client  had gone live in 2005 and only One Currency is defined u201CINR u201D as company code currency and Controlling area currency.
    Controlling area settings are maintained as: Controlling Area Same as Company Code and Currency Type maintained is: Company code currency u2013 INR.
    Even in OB22, No parallel currencies (Group currency, Hard currency, Index based currency, Global company currency) are defined.
    Now, my client is asking to have the Trial Balance (F.08) in currency u201CUSDu201D,but at present we are getting it is "INR" only.
    Is it possible to get the Trial balance (F.08) in USD , for the previous posted document values(They did all the postings in INR only)
    How we can get the Trial balance in other currency -USD now.
    Please suggest and guide.
    Thanks in advance
    Regards,
    Sudha.

    Hi,
    First you need to enter USD as HARD CURENCY for your company code's country settings.
    Then in OB22, for your Company code, enter Currency type 40 as additional local currency (LC2)
    Legal Valuation
    Exch rate type M
    Sour Curr 1
    TRs Date Type 2 ...and now save.
    By making these changes, you will be getting F.08 in USD by specifying currency type as 40 in the selection screen of this report.
    The only thing you wont get here is that.............you cannot determine USD values for documents, which are already posted into the system.
    For the time being...you can use report S_ALR_87012279 - Structured Account Balances....in this selection screen enter USD as output currency, tran key date and exch rate type M....to get the LC values to be converted into USD during this report only. (this is as good as fast food)
    As suggested above, use of special purpose ledger is all together a different concept....you dont need to go for it.

    Srinu

  • Regarding Adding multiple SAP Scripts in one Transaction

    Hi All,
    I have a requirement where i will have to develop one custom transaction which will have multiple SAP Script Forms to it.
    The scenario is as below:
    First i will have to create a Program with Selection-Screen with 10 Radio buttons in one Block - Here Each Radio Button indicated Diffrent FORM[SAP SCRIPT].
    Down to it i will create another Block with some selection-screen fields. Like Order Type, Order No, Customer PO number, SOLD TO, BILL TO, SHIP TO etc.
    And based on Radio button selected allowed order types will vary!
    So after selecting one Form[Radio button] and enetring other selection fields once i press execute button.
    i need to display list of Orders in ALV List output with check boxes for each record in the List Output.
    Here all the radio button Forms are related to <b>Sales Order document and Delivery document</b>
    So do we need to create new ALV List Report (or) We can use submit <b>VF31</b> transaction's program <b>[sd70av3a]</b>.
    After we are displayed with orders in the output.
    Then we should provide a functionality as such if user selects mutiple Orders/Check boxes he should be able to view multiple Orders one after other, and simultaneously generate PDF Files for Each Order Selected and attach them in Mail send them to Block of users.
    Can anybody give there sujjestions.
    Without generating spool request no's is it possible to generate PDF files for SAP SCript output!
    Is it possible to Generate & attach one/multiple PDF files to mail ID and send them to list of users!
    Can anybody give inputs.
    Thanks in advance.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Prasad.

    hi prasad,
    There is one concept called Print Work Bench(PWB) to print the multiple scripts or smartforms which r assigned to a same transaction.
    If u need the info related to PWB shoot me a test mail to [email protected]
    i will send u the same
    fot the same u can check the below link also

  • Changes are not reflected in Script output

    Hi All,
    i am facing a problem in SAPscript.
    I have made a Zscript by copying standard script F110_FR_CHEQUE. I have made the changes in the script as per requirement in development client and transported it to testing client to test (As i dont have any data in development client). But, surprisingly, when i run the program and check the output, the changes are not reflected in the script output.
    First i thought that my script was not triggered thats whay i m not getting any change, but later i changed the dimension of one of the window, in which some hard coded text is written, the differece i found was that, window size is changed, but the text written in that window is still same (what was in standard script.) .
    I am using standard texts for hard coding in script. Standard texts have been transported in testing client also.
    please help me in this regard.

    Hi,
    Could you plese Check NACE whether your script is confiugring or not.
    If it is configured well then Check Standard Text is available or not in Test client by open it in SO10.
    Check all the paragrah formats applied to Standard text are transferred to Test client which are in SE72.
    IF it is available in SO10 then debug the print program for that windows any standard conditions are calling to print the text.

    Hi venkat
    Just check if this helps you.
    The following part of the code does exactly that.
    Selecting details from the spool request table.
      SELECT * FROM tsp01 INTO TABLE tb_spool
               WHERE rqowner = sy-uname.
      IF sy-subrc EQ 0.

                  src_spoolid = tb_spool-rqident

                  PDF         = tb_lines.
      ENDIF.
    After this, on execution we get the below mentioned message.
    This indicates that a PDF of the SAP Script has been created which is in the format u201C132-long stringsu201D.

  • PDF format of script output in irregular format

    Hi All,
    I am getting script output in OTF format in 'CLOSE_FORM'
    of standard sales order script.
    This,I am able to send in PDF format as mail attachment by using function module 'SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1'.
    But the alignment and format of data in the attachment doesn't exactly match with original script output.
    Can anyone help me in this regard? Thanks in advance

  • EA1 - Script output loses focus

    Hello out there,
    when starting a query in script mode and then trying to copy a word into the clipboard via doubleclick and CTRL-C, not the word I clicked on is copied but something form the worksheet above.
    When I just left click into the script output, the focus jumps back into the worksheet.
    Marking some text with the mouse lets stay the focus in the script output though...
    I'm using SQL Developer 4.0.0.12.27 with JDK 1.7.0_25 64bit on Windows 7 64bit. (With german localization for both SQLD and Windows, if that matters)

  • Script output getting suppressed when trying to send email

    Hi,
    I am having an existing report,part of code is given below.
    *data processing.....
          itcpo-tdcovtitle =  z_text.
          itcpo-tdgetotf   = 'X'.
          call function 'OPEN_FORM'

                  result             = x_itcpp_sulph
             exceptions
                  canceled           = 1
                  device             = 2
                  form               = 3
                  options            = 4
                  unclosed           = 5
                  others             = 6.
    Data processing ....and writing to script output
      perform entry(zvadin11) using returncode xscreen if found.
         call function 'CLOSE_FORM'
              importing
                    result   = x_itcpp_sulph

              exceptions
                    unopened = 1
                    others   = 2.
    So the control will switch from existing report to another program namely zvadin11 and gives script output.
    Now,in my current program i am trying to send script output through Email,for which i am converting script output to OTF data.Then sending the data through mail,using function modules 'SX_OBJECT_CONVERT_OTF_PDF' and 'SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1'.
    I am able to send the data through PDF attachment as required.But i am unable to see Script output.If i comment the OTF related code from open_form and close_form,i am able to see the script output,but i am not getting data into OTF internal table.
    Can i get both the functionalities of seing the script output and also get OTF data for Email.
    Can any one help me?

  • How to restrict Order types KA  and AB in script output form

    How to restrict KA AND AB order types in script output data is coming from  bkpf-blart .
    program is rfkord10.
    and form is f140_acc_stat_1
    in script output i dont want to  display KA AND AB order types ..
    data is coming from standard report.
    i copied form into zform.
    in output it is displaing all order types ..
    is there any solution to restrict above order types.

    Hi
    Check the data structures used in the script
    Since it is account statement of customer it uses the Tables BSID and BSAD in which the field BLART field is there whose values are KA and AB
    check for the structures which are used in the script and in them search for the field BLART in Se11 and accordingly keep the condition
    It will work

  • Sending SAP Script output as a PDF attachment through mail

    Dear Guru,
    I am using SAP 4.0B version, DATABASE Oracle 8i, OS is sun solaris 7.5.
    I want to send SAP script output as a
    PDF attachement through mail.Please suggest a solution.
    Regards,
    Rajesh

    Hi Rajesh,
    In your print program, while calling OPEN_FORM, pass options-TDGETOTF = 'X'. This is used for returning print output in OTF format.
    Then in CLOSE_FORM, get the table OTFDATA returned from the function module. for example
    DATA: OTF_DATA LIKE ITCOO OCCURS 0 WITH HEADER LINE.
        CALL FUNCTION 'CLOSE_FORM'
          IMPORTING
            RESULT  = RESULT
          TABLES
            OTFDATA = OTF_DATA.
    now you can convert this OTF data to PDF using function module CONVERT_OTF
    Then send this data as attachment to a mail using function module SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1
    Regards,
    Komal.
