Regarding Customer Rejection
Dear All,
Please tell me how to cleare the Customer Rejection.
Dear Reghavendra,
You have receive the goods through Customer returns procedure.
(a) If you are using sales order....you can use order type Returns, then you have o create return sales order, delivery document and process post goods issue document and billing document.
(b) If you ae not using sales order, then you can use movement type 252 and receive back the goods from customer. Based on this document, you can raise credit memo to customer in FI module

You need to assign a cost element in OKEP.. If you are using PS module. create a specific GL for the same.. Else, you can assign there any cost element

Hi,
I did some modification to existing Org chart in PPOME tcode.
it was asking for customizing request.i have given wrong customizing request.
now i want to remove the that customizing request and i want to assign it some other request.
my question is if i delete the current customizing request number will it going to delete the original record.
if it won't delete then if the refresh the org chart will it going to ask the customizing request again .
Please can any one confirm this for deleting the customizing request.

Delete the object from that request - Right click on the the object & clicl on delete.
goto the object again & edit something. it will again prompt for the transport request.

Regarding custom currency data element issue in custom Table.....
Hello,
I am currently working on creation of a Z custom table in SAP. There is data coming from
mainframe for amount field in the form -9999.9999.
To store data like this I am creating a custom Z data element with Z domain definition as follows:
Data type; Curr
No of characters: 5
Decimal places: 4
Sign box is checked.
Now when I use this Z data elemnt for a firle in custom table, while activating, it asks for table refernce and table field. What do I give it here ?

very basic ABAP knowledge: A field of type CURR isn used to store a currency amount. Every currency field must be connected to a currency key of type CUKY.
The same concept applies for quantities and units.
You can spare a lot of trouble if you look at standard tables and programs, copy or use data elements and/or structures from standard.
If you want to re-invent the world, you may need more than seven days.

Help needed regarding custom reports

I am using EM 10.2.0.2 on windows 32-bit.
All EM components are installed on a single machine.
Have installed AGENT 10.1.0.5 for managing targets which are on LINUX 2.1
Please help me in getting the solution for the following queries:
(a)I need to create a custom report regarding the CAPACITY MANAGEMENT .
(b)I have some UDM defined but I am not able to use these UDM while creating custom report.
(c)Also is there any possibility that we can use views other than REPOSITORY VIEWS. What I meant was : instead of using REPOSITORY VIEWS can we use the tables of the target instances.

My Customer is running Exchange 2013 CU5 that has a transport rule that is supposed to reject any email from a particular user as that user is no longer with the company. The transport rule rejects the message, BUT, it does
not show the Custom DSN. It shows the default message:

Thanks for your update.
According to the error that you pasted, "A specified parameter isn't valid on a server with the Hub Transport role installed.", it seems you have no proper permission to use some specific parameters.
Even if there are many parameters in the Technet article

in Customer Payment Summary report we have key figures like Arrears with cash discount and Arrears with out cash discount along with key figures Payement with cash discount and payment without cash discount.

Regarding customer invoice upload using FB01
Hi,
I am working in FI for the first time.
I have to develop an interface to upload customer invoice data into FB01. I found in this forum that we can use, or rather-should use, RFBIBL00 for this.
This SAP pg seems to have a very long format for its fields.
Can anyone who has already used it send me a sample file of upload please?
Our FI consultant here doesn't know of it.

Go to transaction code FDI4
Select Form Type RFFRRD20 Line item analysis
Give your form name and description
Structure (Two axis) - as defaulted
Click on Create
You will have lead column
Delete the rows 2, 3 and 4
Double click on column 1
Enter the customer numbers from 1 to 999999
First column double click (A)
Slelect following values
Due date analysis 1
Days for net due date 0 to 30
Give the short name, medium name and long text for the column.
Repeat this step in next columns like 31 to 60, 61 to 90, 91 to 120 and 121 to 99999 days etc in other columns and select due date analysis 1. (B,C,D,E)
Create one more column by way of formula. To create a new column you need to double click on blue line. Put formula add all five columns you have created above. (F = ABCDE)
You prepare one more column with
Due date analysis 2 (G)
Now you prepare one more column add (F+G) = This will be total open items = over due and not due.
Now go to FDI1 and prepare a report - assign the form created in FDI4 to the report.
Characteristics you need to select are
Account Type (Select Account Type as D for customers)
Currency
Customer
Document Type
Special G/L Ind
Company Code
Change the output types and options according to your requirement.
Refer FDI2 and FDI3 for other standard reports created.
Refer FDI5 and FDI6 for other standard forms created.
Save your report and execute.

first you will go to sap easy access , here menu bar down one icon is their customizing local layout this is line of the save icon in last icon, other wise press (alt+f12), click on this icon system sows some tabs , you select expert tab here you activate all , then you will check , number ,codes it automatically come.

One query regarding custom report of FBL5 trnsaction.
Hi All,
I had had to add some additional fields to the custom report of the transaction FBL5. up till now i have added the fields to the display layout variant,its getting populated also.But thing is whatever header information it was coming on the top of ALV list in the output of the standard report FBL5,it is in not coming my report.
I am not able to locate it from the code that where is it happening.
can anybody help me in this regard.

U need a custom IDOC when the elements in the standard IDOC is not there according to requirement. ex. in IDOC cremas04 u want the Country code should be there.
Then U go for custom iDOC and create a Y/Z i.e custom idoc and add one structure and add the required fiellds.

We are able to login to the application, but we are getting some compilation errors on the left hand side page (genericsearch.jsp)
The errors are:

I can see that the CreateTransactionUI class is part of sap.comcrmisaisacoredefault.jar.
We tried to deploy this jar into this path:
/usr/sap/FWX/JC91/j2ee/cluster/<server no>/apps/sap.com/home~cr_test/servlet_jsp/cr_test/root/WEB-INF/lib
We have placed this file in all server nodes of the given path.
But still error exists.
What could be the reason?
