Regarding exams

Does anybody know is that sap B1 2007 B certification is still on., heard its outdated and now on only sap B1 8.8 certification will be there., Because i have just finished the course on SAP B1 2007B in Banglore India., and Still didn't get the info on exam dates and we are not sure on which the paper will be set., and we are in total dilemma., and pls help us if u know so that we can prepare based on your views., it would be a great help and appreciated.,

Yes - the SAP Business One 2007 certification is still available both at the SAP test centers as well as at Pearson Vue.
If no exam dates have been scheduled at the SAP office, you could also consider PearsonVue as alternative.
See for more information: www.pearsonvue.com/sap for the avialable certifications (C_TB1200_07 for impl. conslutants and C_TB1300_07 for SDK). Prices are the same as the prices at SAP Education test centers.

Regarding pearson ID

I gave two oracle exams on same oracle testing id, But i have also one another oracle testing id (pearson vue account). I don't know my first login details for that i create second account. There are no any records regarding exam. so my queries are
1) how i can access my first account ?
2) after training of oracle (WDP) how i can feel the course submission form if i don't know login details?

Needs Clarification for Certification exam 11g OCP

Friends, Kingly guide me. I'm under huge pressure. I'm preparing for Oracle 11g for last 6 months and attend the training as well but I've some fear regarding exam. what I've seen in the sample question that there are mostly cramming question as well in the exam. Please tell me how can I pass the exam. Some time it seems to me that Working in Oracle is easy but passing certification is Hercules Job. Can I use to exam simulation engine recommended by oracle to pass the certification exam.(selftest.com)
Will it guarantee that I'll pass the exam. You all are aware that no one can memorize the whole book provided by Oracle corporation. Please guide me because it will get costly for me as I have to purchase the engine and If I not succeed I'll get huge financial lost as well. As whole month salary will be spent on single paper. Ill going to appear in the exam in next week I belong from Asian region, it'll be costly for me. Please guide me in this regard.

VickyIn general the Oracle and / or Sybex books, when they are avaialble for an exam, inlcude sample questions and practice exams on cdroms are a failry effective indicator of where you are in process.
I would imagine the self test simulator is even better.
They is no guarentee ever of passing the exam; there is just a real probability.

Your most cost effect route is probably via the Oracle Books ..... it may be worth delaying the exam slightly until you are confident. IMHO you would not have sufficient time to absorb maximum benefits from practice exams at the point unless you sail through the perfectly.

Regarding Adobe Flex ACE certification exam

Iam planning to take Adobe Flex ACE certification exam in 2 weeks . Iam currentlydeveloping web based application in social Retail 2.0 in Flex 3.0
But I have no practical knowledge in Adobe AIR. I planning to read theory alone regarding AIR modules. Is it possible to get thru the flex certification if i dont have practical knowledge in AIR ?

This is regarding my cretification exam on XI. i have got trained in my company. now i want to take the exam directly that is without training from SAP . but one of my collegue said that " in india i can not appear for the exam directly which possible only in europe and uae etc...

Hi priya,
there are 2 ways to attain a certificate in XI.
1. Your organiztion for which u work, will have to provide the necesasary documentation and you will be allowed to take up the certificate alone.
2. You attend a training course and then take up the XI certificate.
The 1st option can be exercised only if you have your organizations approval and the 2nd option is very costly as you will have to undergo a training session in XI to be able to take up the exam.

I am planning to take 1Z0 – 527 exam. (Oracle CRM On Demand Essentials). Do I need to undergo any mandatory training in order to get this certification? Can I directly write and get certified.

You don't need to undergo any mandatory training.
If you pass the 1Z0–527 exam you will recieve the Oracle CRM On Demand Certified Implementation Specialist certification.

Regarding 10g upgrade exam

Now i want to give 10g upgrade exam (1z0-040). But i didn't submitted hands-on form / didn't done any course from oracle uni. Am i able to take and give the next exam?
How can i obtain OCP Credential?

Thanks & Regards,The first thing to note is that from your email I challenge you that you are not actually a 9i DBA OCP even though you are representing yourself as one.
Can you confirm you have received a 9i DBA Certification Success Kit from Oracle?
If the answer is yes you have received a success kit from Oracle:
- all well and good (and accept my apologies).
- Taking the 1z0-040 DBA 10g upgrade exam will get your Oracle 10g OCP Certification.
If the answer is no, and you have merely passed 1z0-007+1z0-0031+1z0-032+1z0-033 then perhaps you need to re-read the certification agreement you agreed when you took your exams:

2) Reference: [http://www.oracle.com/global/us/education/downloads/certification/certagreement.pdf]
In particular breach of * especially 3.2 (iii) * representing yourself as OCP when not could actually result in Oracle nullifying all your exam passes and OCA certification and possibily preventing you from taking further exams.
My guess is you may have been through a WDP program and able to submit that as your 9i online course.
Please note if you have not received a Certification Success Kit and have and/or have not taken a hands on course there is nothing stopping you taking 1z0-040 any time you can schedule a sitting. However under NO CIRCUMSTANCES can you represent yourself as an OCP without having received the success kit (or meeting all requirements) or the consequences can be considerable.

What are the rules regarding posting/discussing specific exam questions?
I just read the Rules of Conduct and I'm wondering if posting exam question falls under unauthorized information disclosure and if it somehow violates the confidentiality of SUN information as stated in

Test Title: 1Z0-007 Introduction to Oracle9i: SQL on
may 2004.
now i want to write the plsql exam..i have the following
questions.
1)what is the name of the exam i should write now?
2) will there be latest exam guide books available for
preparing for exams?
like i have a book called
oracle ocp developer plsql program units exam guide(1z0-101)
so now if the plsql exam is 1z0-047, then will i get a new exam guide
book for the same?
i want be an oca, and so i want to write the plsql exam,
and i want to know the oracle press book (exam guide book)
which should help me.
