    Hi,
    Yes, you can import the custom program from the OSS note 971193:-

    Please check with your ABAPer.

  • Regarding FBV4 ..refrence number problem in parked document

    hi expets,,,, i have sbeen told to check  FBV4 for posting document. When you get the posting document number (Find one or create one) then you will see the line item. Click the line item and check more there are 3 reference number. When you enter the reference number and come back. But when you check again the reference number is not there...
    Can n y one help me on this one.?

    Hi,
    this is funny, when you added / changed the reference number, then you should save the document and check it immediately afterwards. It should be there )
    Maybe someone has changed the fields while you were away. Go to FBV3 and display the change documents (if any) for your document.
    But I think you simply mix up the fields called "Reference" in SAP. When speaking of FBV4, then you mean the Reference field in the document header, (V)BKPF-XBLNR. This is the only "reference" field you can change in FBV4.
    However, when creating the documents and entering the line items, on item level (!!!!), there are some additional "reference" fields, 3 in total. They are called Reference 1, 2 and 3, field names XREF1, XREF2, XREF3. Those are item level fields which are not visible (and changeable) in FBV4, only in FBV2, for instance.
    Hope that helps, points welcome

  • Deleted Items recovery in Outlook question

    I recently implemented a policy to users deleted items boxes via Exchange Server 2007.  I applied this policy to just a few users to test it out and all appears to working well.  The policy is set to delete any items that hit the deleted items
    folder and sit there for seven days.  My question is in regards to the deleted items recovery feature in Outlook.  Does the policy I created in Exchange overwrite the server deleted item retention of 30 days?  So, being that I currently have
    the Exchange Server deleted item retention set at 30 days when I click on my deleted items box in Outlook and then on the Recover Deleted Items option under tools I should see 30 days of deleted emails right?  When I do this I only see two emails though...
    Can someone help clear this up for me please? Thanks - Abacus

    Hi,
    What’s the version of Outlook?
    Deleted item retention must be configured on the server. Otherwise, there will be no deleted items
    stored in the dumpster available for recovery. By default, the DumpsterAlwaysOn
    registry key is set to 1 in Outlook 2007, so all folders are enabled for deleted item recovery. By default, all folders are recoverable on the Exchange server.
    In Outlook 2003 and earlier versions, only the
    Deleted Items folder is enabled for recovery by default. All folders are recoverable, however, you must enable the ability to see the items in the dumpster. You must use the DumpsterAlwaysOn
    registry key to recover hard-deleted items, which are those items that were deleted while holding down the SHIFT key and that were never moved to the
    Deleted Items folder.

  • Difference betweeen hold & parked document

    Hi All
    Can anybody plz explain what is the difference between hold document & parked doucment.
    With Regards
    Deepak Garg
    Mob 9213784161

    Hi Deepak,
    HOLDING & PARKING DOCUMENTS
    Some times it requires to keep pending the documents (or) send the document for approval of higher authorities. For this purpose SAP provides Holding and Parking of a document. Though object is same, there are certain differences and similarities between these two.
    1. Holding document holds with temporary no & parking document parked with original no.
    2. Both can be deleted or posted.
    3. Both documents don’t update transaction figures.
    4. Parking documents doesn’t update transaction figures but it can be consider for the Account evaluation purpose & also tax purpose.

  • No batch input data for screen SAPMF05A 0700 --Parked Document.

    Dear Gurus,
               One of my user park a document like this . Debit - Expense GL (Service Tax attached to this GL) , Debit - Vendor and Credit - Bank . Now when trying post it through FBV0 it shows error as No batch input data for screen SAPMF05A 0700
    . Now instead of automatically deducting service tax GL which is attached to expense GL  , if we manually entered that Service tax GL then system is allowing to post the park document through FBV0 . But we don't want to manually enter service tax GL.So please suggest.

    Hi Biraja,
    If any of the following matches with your parked document, then please refer OSS Note 145172 - FIPP: BI data for screen SAPMF05A/0700 not availble.
    The tax was entered manually in the subledger account item in the parked document.
    The 'Document currency' checkbox (VBKPF-XBWAE) in the header of the parked document has not been activated.
    The exchange rate of the participating currencies changed between parking and posting.
    For the company code global data (Transaction OBY6), the value '2' or '3' has been defined in the 'Crcy transl. for tax' field (T001-TXKRS).
    Thanks

  • BAPI or RFC function to delete a parked non-po document

    Hello,
    Does anybody know a BAPI or RFC function that can be used to delete a parked non-po (G/L) document? At the moment we delete those parked documents with batch input but we want that everything can run in the background with a RFC only user.
    For parking we will use PRELIMINARY_POSTING_FB01 and for posting BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT (method "post") but I cannot find anything that allows me to delete a parked invoice. (ECC 6.0)
    Thanks for your help.

  • How does the EDB handle deleted items and why am I only able to recover some and not all previously deleted emails?

    Hello,
    I have been unable to locate information regarding how the EDB handles deleted files.  I am able to recover deleted emails from the EDB; however, there are numerous emails that I know have been deleted, that were not recovered during the recovery process.
     Is this because the EDB dumps deleted emails once it reaches a certain amount of entries?  Or is it more likely the deleted items are corrupted and thus not recoverable?  Thank you for your time and I look forward to your responses.  The
    product in question is Microsoft Exchange Server 2007.

    Great information from the other posters and one other possible explanation is if the users did a HARD DELETE.  More information on this below
    Pre-Exchange 2010 Dumpster 1.0 worked as follows;
    1. When a user does a normal delete of an item via Outlook or OWA it gets sent to your deleted items folder
    2. If the user then empties deleted items folder those items are then marked with the ptagDeletedOnFlag attribute which in essence hides them from the view of the user
    3. At this point the user can use the Recover Deleted Items function in Outlook to recover those items as long as the items were NOT purged using the Recover Deleted Items option OR the items have not passed still the deleted item retention period.
    NOTE: Every day there is a nightly maintenance process that in short looks through  the DB and examines items that have been deleted. Items that have met or exceeded the deleted item retention period are purged from the system and are
    completely non-recoverable.  More about this at the end of my post.
    4. However if the end user were to  delete an item from the Inbox or another folder in Outlook by using Shift + Delete aka a Hard Deletion the item is left in its orignal location and gets marked with the ptagDeletedOnFlag attribute which again just
    hides it from view.
    5. By default you can only use the Recover Deleted Items option on the Delted Items folder.  Howeve you can make it so that you can recover hard Deleted items from other folders.  More on that here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/246153
    5. The problem with this method though IMO is that you have to know where to look and that can be rather time consuming.
    6. If you want a more elegant method to resolve this and are open to using 3rd party utilities check out Lucid8's DigiScope.
    http://www.lucid8.com/product/digiscope.asp which will allow you to open any offline copy of the DB from a forensic point of view and to solve your specific issue you can either turn on a filter to ONLY
    show hard deleted items OR you can search the entire store and all mailboxes for just deleted items and can then view or export them to PST or MSG format.  You can download the product and obtain a 30 day demo license which will allow you to find any
    hard deleted items, however to view them or export your would need to purchase a license.
    NOTE: When a database is backed up or copied it is an "Offline" database and then its offline the data retention period is not an issue because the nightly online maintenance process can only act on a database that is mounted on an
    Exchange server.  So for this reason if you want to recover the most data possible use offline copies/backups of the DB with a 3rd party utility like DigiScope
    NOTE 2: Exchange 2010 and 2013 use Dumpster 2.0 which is an entirely different beast and I will not go into that in this post since its nearly 1AM  however DigiScope can expose that information as well
    Search, Recover, & Extract Mailboxes, Folders, & Email Items from Offline Exchange Mailbox and Public Folder EDB's and Live Exchange Servers or Import/Migrate direct from Offline EDB to Any Production Exchange Server, even cross version i.e. 2003
    --> 2007 --> 2010 --> 2013 with Lucid8's
    DigiScope

  • PO Error in process bcoz of deleted item

    Hi,
    I have a PO in error in process.
    When i check in RZ20 i see that the G/L account has been blocked for the company code.
    The PO has been created earlier with 2 items which have different G/L accounts. This has been successfully replicated to backend. Later the first item has been deleted which again has been to backend properly and after that the G/L has been blocked for posting for that company.
    Now the user has changed the second item and the PO is in error in process and in RZ20 i see that the G/L account used for the first item has been blocked as a reason.
    Ideally it shouldnt consider the deleted item but can you please advice why the PO got into error in process.
    Regards
    Zubair
    Edited by: Zubair.md on Feb 5, 2010 12:59 PM

    Hi,
    You can check the reason that PO is not being transferred to ECC in debug mode.
    In order to do it, you can perform the following action:
    - Breakpoint at FM B46B_DPO_TRANSFER;
    - SE37 BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC, enter PO header GUID and execute;
    - Program will stop at FM where the BP was set;
    - Look for statement CALL FUNCTION 'BBP_PO_INBOUND' DESTINATION lv_destination;
    - F6 or F5 to debug into ERP (2nd session will start). Here you can check the table lt_bapi_return in order to check if the PO has been created or not in backend.
    I hope it helps.
    Kind regards,
    Ricardo
