Regarding heaer text in the smartforms

hi experts,
i m using table in my smartforms with header,main & footer,
also with the help of command statement i m getting number of pages,
here the header text is coming only on the first page but not on the next pages why,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
i dnt know what is the reason, eariler i used the same thing i m getting but now i m not getting header text on the next/number of pages except first page,,,on the next pages a only blank header is coming no doubt the main and footer is coming alrt......
plz help me........

In table attributes you have to check the check box.
at page break.

Goto SMARTSTYLES and Create a appropriate style there.
Create a Paragraph Style with lower Font and hence the Area will be reduced.
Apply that style to the text of the Heading

Which field carries the "reson for rejection" text to the smartforms?

Hi All,
In the portal if the user returns an item then he needs to give the reason for the rejection/return..
Can anybody tell me which field carries this data (Reason for rejection) to the smartform..
The field reason_code in the structure bbp_pds_conf_header_d does not get the details..
Even in the line item structure there is no such field..
Please help..

Call BBP_PROCDOC_GETDETAIL with document GUID, get the return table E_LONGTEXT and have a look at those entries with TDID = "IREJ".

Can not change the font size in a new text into the smartforms

Hi!!
I have a Footer window into my smartform and I've created a new text into this one
text type: Text element
nothing extrange.
I copied and paste a text from a word document and after that I want to change the font size to 8 and font style to Arial, but after saving the font size and styles goes back the 10 and Currier New.
Any idea?
I also tried typing the hole parragraph and I get the same issue!...

First Reset paragraph and Character and then set the new fontfor the same.
dont copy the same into word and back form
also goto change editotr and check the style used for the same.

Regarding incentives text in the pay slip

hi experts,
 one of my friend configured incentives wage type '6500' with the help of spro ,no doubt the amount of incentives is calculating in the total amount on the pay slip but the text of incentives and figure for it is not coming ,what will be the possible reason for it if u have a idea plz let me know ,,thnx in adnance...
here its comes like this...
Basic Salary 9,200.00
Special Allowance 5,872.00
 15572.00
but in third line the incentive text and figure is not coming.....but its calculating in the total i.e incentives amount 500 must be displayed here.

Please check with your basis that your output device support print Chinese character. Or, you can search more in forum, there are a lot of threads about print Chinese and other Unicode characters in form.

Standard text from SO10 - smartform

Hi Folks,
I need to print a document with some standard text and the vendor address.
1.For this I had created the standard text in S010,how to call this standard text in the text editor of the main window?
This standard text will be the same for all the vendors.
2.I need to fetch the address of the vendor.So I had created a select option.I have to print this document with the standard text for each vendor.Text will remain the same but the vendor address differs.I had created a structure having all the fields for the address and declared in the form interface.Internal table is getting populated but it is not printing in the smartform.
How to get the document in one shot for all the vendors given in the range.

u can call the standrd text from the smartform directly :
got the smarform u created/ developed.
create text.
in the general attributes tab give the type <Include Text>
assign the standard text that u want ot inclue.
smartform will call that directly
address cn be created direclty from the smartform
in creation u will the get the option to create the address.
just give th varible and populate the varible from the program.

We have the Smartforms in the Service.sap.com, you need to download from this one. in our SAP we do not have these smartforms .
smartform name is /smb40/mmpo_l. Look at the SAP Note 695891

Print the head text in a Smartforms - READ_TEXT Function

I have a huge problem to print a MM document's. I need show the text head in the footer of the document. For this i use the READ_TEXT function. To use this function i enter to vl03n transaction, enter the document number, go to the text head, double click, and i see the parameters = Name (document number), language (ES), id (0001), object (VBBK)...
In the smartform code I write this:
DATA: leng TYPE thead-tdspras,
 l_fname TYPE thead-tdname.
DATA: il_tline LIKE tline OCCURS 0 WITH HEADER LINE.
leng = 'ES'.

Hi
You can create Smartstyles, in which you can define paragraph formats for texts and character formats for character level changes.
Paragraph format ---> alignment, font size etc
character format for ---> superscript, subscript.
After creating, in your smartform, there will be a option in the text element to enter a style.
You give the created style and you can use the paragraph and character formats i that style.

Text and table structure getting jumbled up in the smartform output

Hi all ,
While viewing the print preview of a smartform output , i am facing a strange issue.
The hardcoded text is getting jumbled up .For eg:"As soon as possible" becomes " as possible . soon as"
The structure of the table is also getting reversed.That is the table is now getting displayed with the last couloum first.The data in the table is also coming in the reverse order.
While executing the smartform directly , the layout is coming in the proper order.But while executing this through a transaction (FINT) , this issue is coming up.The print program is a standard program.
I have tried deleting the window , copying it to a new smartform etc.I have also tried in different systems to check whether if it is an issue with the system.
If anyone has faced a similar issue , please let me know how to solve it.Thanks a lot in advance.

Please check the Printout rather the print Preview. and also check the Structure/table entries also that u printing and also if u r using template, then check the assignment 1 of 1 , etc to the texts.

How to make the Text Color in Smartform

Hi All , I have couple of things.
1) I need to make text Red color for display in smartform.How can i go and display the text in the red color.
2) For the same text i need two languages.ie if the vendor is English then text need to be displayed in English .if the vendor is German then text need to be displayed in German.
If any one have solution for above issues please help us.

Hi Channappa,
For langauge translatios you have to use SE63 tcode.
You have to choose red color for u r u r character formats.
That changes you have to do in smart styles.
To do the changes in u r smart style go to form attributes.Double click on form attributes.
In style u will see u r smart style.
Double click on smart style.
There u can give u r desired character format.

I am displaying the text in table with two columns and in one column i am giving the text elemnt and in other the value.
I had given the condition that if the data is not present then the text elemnt should not be shown in the form .My form is working perfectly except that its leaving the space for that text element.

Hi Kinjal,
as far as i understand you are talking about a template which you can partitioned and in one part you wants to show your graphics and in other part you wants to print your text, the border of template shall remain invisible.
If you wants to do it without using a template, you can do it as sujjested by Susmitha, but creating a template will provide you more flexibility that if you wants to change the attributes in future you can do it easily.
