anyhelp will be appreciated,

Hi,
According to your description, my understanding is that you want to access mobile view of SharePoint site in browser.
I recommend to append "?Mobile=1" to the end of the URL of the SharePoint site
to access the mobile view, such as http://MyServer/MySite/home.aspx?Mobile=1.
If it cannot work, check if the mobile view is activated for the site.
Best regards.
Thanks

  • Display wikipage(default.aspx) in mobile view sharepoint 2010 foundation sp2

    Recently I deployed a site using sharepoint foundation 2010 sp2.
    The site has anonymous access to entire site. I developed some wiki pages using wikipage library. it's looking fine in desktop ,laptop,ipad,tab's.
    But coming to mobile view the wikipages are not displaying. But I want to show the wiki page's in mobile view also.
    So is there any setting required to set up for that? SP 2010 Foundation SP2

    Hi  ,
    According to your description, my understanding is that you want to display wikipage in mobile view for SharePoint 2010 foundation sp2.
    How about append "?Mobile=1" to the end of the URL of the home page using Internet Explorer? If cannot access, you need to enable the legacy MobileRedirection feature. This feature is enabled with a SharePoint
    Management Shell cmdlet:
    Enable-SPFeature –identity “MobileRedirection” –URL http://Server/SiteURL
    Correspondingly, you can force a mobile device to load a nonmobile page by entering the URL of the nonmobile page and appending "?Mobile=0" to the end of the URL.

  • SharePoint Online switching to mobile view when attempting to add user permissions

    Hello,
    I am having a very weird problem that just started out of no where. It happens when I go to the Site Settings of my site collection and click on Site Permissions. When I click Grant Permissions to try to add users, the browser will immediately switch to
    the mobile view.
    I am able to switch back to the regular browser view, then when I click Grant Permissions, the box to select the user opens. I then choose the user and click Share. After clicking Share, the popup immediately goes to the mobile view. When I exit that the
    users were never granted permissions.
    This only happens so far when I am trying to add permissions. Is there something that I could have messed up?
    What is happening and how can I fix this? I am out of ideas and unable to add permissions for users. I do not want to have to blow this site collection away.
    Thanks.

    Hi Andy,
    According to your description, my understanding is that the page would switch to mobile view when attempting to add user permissions in SharePoint Online.
    I recommend to verify the things below:
    Clear the caches in browser to see if the issue still occurs.
    Test the same scenario in another computer to see if the issue still occurs.
    Append mobile=0 to the URLs in SharePoint Online.
    In the meanwhile, you can post your question to the forum for SharePoint Online: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/msonline/en-US/home?forum=onlineservicessharepoint.
    More experts will assist you, then you will get more information relation to SharePoint Online.

    Hi Guys,
    I have created a Sharepoint page and have my Fields and deleted the default one. But now the page can't be open with the mobile device (mobile view), because the "percentcomplete" field is not avaliable. Is there any workaround, so I don't have
    to create the whole page again?
    Please help.
    Best regards,
    Ziga

    Hi LNC,
    Please open your site on your computer, then open the page library, go to Library->Library Settings. In the Views section, click the view which you met the error with this view using Mobile.
    Then go to Mobile section, under “Field to display in mobile list simple view”, make sure that the column is not the one that you deleted.
    If this issue still exists, please check the log file to find more information about this issue. The path of the log file is : C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\15\LOGS.

    Hi ,
    On the windows phone , if you go to the internet explorer browser settings we can able to change the website preference from mobile version to desktop version .
    Based on my knowledge we don't have the option to set those settings through owa mailbox policy.
    Same time please try to open your owa account on some other mobile phones as well as you can change the browsers version to check the issue on the same device.
    Please reply me if anything is unclear.

  • Mobile View for Intranet Site

    Will a mobile view (responsive UI) required for Intranet site?
    I believe the URL not accessible through mobile.

    Hi Sunil,
    According to your description, my understanding is that you want to know if the mobile view of intranet site can be accessed through mobile device.
    If the mobile devices have wifi and are on your internal network, then we can access the mobile view of intranet site through mobile device.
    But if you are using a cellular network (and thus are external to your LAN) you will indeed need to publish your site externally for these devices to access.

  • Image not centered in Mobile view?

    I am working in DW CS6.  Originally I set the images in mobile view to text-align: center and they did show up centered.  The CSS styles panel still shows they are centered but  they show up to the left side in DW CS6.   However when I click on F12 to see the site in the Firefox browser they show up perfectly centered.  What have I done that causes the images in mobile view to show to the left side.  Also when I am in DW CS6 the green overlay occasionally does not work even if I check or uncheck the "Hide all visual aids" and "fluid grid layout guides" items.  Some times it does and sometimes it doesn't.  What am I doing wrong?  Thanks in advance.

    Open your Template.dwt in code view.  Remove this link.

    Go back to your Template.dwt file.  Add a link to your new style sheet.

  • Regarding creation Of Help View

    Hi , Can Any body Tell me what is the step by Step Procedure how to create the Help View. Plz it's urgent .
    Thanks&Regards .
    Nihar.

    Help View ( SE54)
    Help views are used to output additional information when the online help system is called.
    When the F4 button is pressed for a screen field, a check is first made on whether a matchcode is defined for this field. If this is not the case, the help view is displayed in which the check table of the field is the primary table. Thus, for each table no more than one help view can be created, that is, a table can only be primary table in at most one help view.

  • Custom master page for mobile view

    I would like to understand the below requirement:
    Is SharePoint online mobile view uses a specific master page to show content in smart devices? If so is it possible to copy paste the same and add our html into that then map it with OOB mobile view?
    Thank you for your help.

    By default SharePoint 2013 detects and display the content based on the mobile device. Refer to the following post on how to disable the default view and create a custom mobile view

  • No "Document Library" in a Project's SharePoint Site Mobile View

    The mobile view for certain sites -- all from the same SharePoint site template -- do not have the Documents library in mobile view, nor is it an option to add when editing the mobile view. Oddly, the document library is available in the mobile view of the
    template.
    Has anyone seen this happen before?

    I managed to sort this on my own and here's what I learned in case someone else comes across this issue in the future.
    The library was not corrupted, but it was buggy. The lack of any available views caused the paths to go weird as described above. The allitems view was not deleted, however, but it was marked as hidden and had the name removed from it. I was able to recover
    this by modifying the properties on the allitems view in the SPList.views collection. Not sure how it happened, but it was an easy fix.
    The other issue was me being a newbie with SP. The user had uploaded new files for the list using explorer which appears to initially set them to be checked out. Since they never had a checked in version, they don't appear in any view, in search, etc. but
    they are included in the SPList.ItemCount property. This resulted in a seemingly "empty" document library with files in it.
    I hope this helps the next person to come along with a similar problem. Serious pain to figure this out, but I got a lot of good experience with the SP PowerShell environment, so it had a bit of a silver lining.

  • Spry.Utils.updateContent() not applying CSS styles to included fragments on mobile viewing

    NOTE THAT THIS ONLY PERTAINS TO MOBILE VIEWING (tested on iPhone)
    Hi, I have a SpryTabbedPanels widget within my index.html page, where clicking each tab calls Spry.Utils.updateContent() to load an html fragment into the body of the panel content. My index.html looks something like...
    <html>
    <head>
         <!-- All the Spry includes are done here but left out for brevity -->
         <link href="stylesheet.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
    </head>
    <body>
         <p>This is text that is effected by stylesheet.css</p>
        <!-- The Spry tabbed panel widget is invoked here, but only the following line is pertinent -->
              <li class="TabbedPanelsTab" tabindex="0" onclick="Spry.Utils.updateContent('frag','frag.html');">Code Fragment</li>
         <!-- The rest of the code to close up the tabbed panels widget goes here -->
    </body>
    </html>
    Then the frag.html code can be anything, and here I'll just say it's...
    <p>This is a code fragment not affected by stylesheet.css</p>
    Suppose then that I have the following style sheet called stylesheet.css...
    p {
         color:#FF0000;
    If index.html is accessed in a web browser like Chrome, Safari, etc., this code will have the obvious effect of displaying:
    This is text that is effected by stylesheet.css
    This is a code fragment not affected by stylesheet.css
    However, when mobile browsing, the style sheet is not carried over to the code fragment, so the default settings for the <p> tag are used, producing black text for the second sentence above, displaying:
    This is text that is effected by stylesheet.css
    This is a code fragment not affected by stylesheet.css
    I've tried putting <html> and <head> tags with a link to stylesheet.css in frag.html, but nothing seems to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
    Thanks

    I think that worked.  I've been messing around for a long time trying to
    figure it out myself watching tons of drop down tutorials.  Should have
    asked a long time ago... It was hard because I wasn't completing from
    scratch and rather updating my current site.  How could I give you the
    location on the server easily?
