Regarding IllegalArgumentException

Hi all,
I have got the below exception when I am working with FileUpload UI Element and e-mail. I need to send an e-mail with an attachment on click of a button. When I am trying to do that I have got the following exception.
Please look into this and give me any idea about what this is about and how to solve the problem.....
