Regarding New G/L Account

Hi All,
Curruntly m working with <b>New G/L</b> A/c. Now m not able to cancel my any billing document or Credit memo through VF11 of any <b>Old G/L</b> a/c.
Plz Explain me this funda of cancellation of Old & New G/L's BillingDocument or Credit memo.
Also Plz tell me all the setting of New G/L a/c OR give any steps where i can work for it.

HI,
When you do any Configurations the system prompts for a TR and you have to create it. In case if you want to create a new transport request then you have to log off and then again log in do the configuration and save it and TR will be prompted and give the required information and save it. Later you can transport this TR to any system Quality or PRD.

Entry view is the view to show how you have done data entry while posting a transaction and general ledger View is the document splitting view, where system will show you the split posting which system creates on its own.
Example given by Alex above is general ledger View, ie: how system would split the line items based on base item categories.

Have you maintain assessable value in J1ID for your material ? check J1ID setting for your material and plant ,vendor,material chapter ID and cenvate determination

I wanted to create a new external bank account. Please explain the steps in details.

U will have to create posting rules for all the different tranactions that r there in the bank statement.
For eg if u have created the tcodes that the bank use as the posting rule, then new bank transactions would have new posting rules.
For all posting rules u will have to assgn ext trans types as per the logic that i have given.
The basic logic for posting rule is:
For Credit:
"C",1,40," ","<incoming account symbol>",," ","<main account symbol>","ZR",5
For Debit
"D",1,," ","<outgoing account symbol>",50," ","<main account symbol>","ZR",4

Hi,
Changing the COA of existing company code with transaction poting will make issues.
Instead define a ccountry chart of account and assign that to your company code. This should meet your reporting requirements.

De-activate the New General Ledger Accounting

Dear All,
I would like to inform to you all that I had activated the "New General Ledger Accounting through the T.code: FAGL_ACTIVATION in the sand box client".
Now I would like to de-activate the function. Because, it gives some inconveience that the company has upgraded to ECC 6.0, but does not use the New GL concept.
What should I do for this de-activation?
I request you all, please kindly help in this regards.

Active new general ledger accounting

Dear all,
We use SAP several years, after we upgrade to ECC5.0, I would like to active new general ledger accounting. In the SAP training material (AC210), it said that this action should be performed at new year, not mid-year. however, if I active it, what should I considering? or we can not do that?

Hi,
The New GL a/c has some unique features such as document splitting so that the asssignments to the Business -area [ for example] will be balanced.If this is activated in the year beginning the assignments will be consistent.The Business _Area Balance sheet will be a balanced one.On the other hand,if you activate in the mid-year [ after the commencement of the posting documents] this consistency will be lost[ as the already posted documents will be deprived of the New-GL a/c advantages;thus rendering the advantage of NEW-GL ineffective.

Hi,
This kind of error indicates faulty dimension formulas. There must be at least 2 formulas referencing each other. For example:
1. A=B+C
2. C=A*D
The above 2 formulas are dependent on each other. On one hand, you need C to calculate A. On the other hand, you need A to calculate C. So, causing a cross reference. Try to remove all the dimension formulas in your account dimension and process it. See, if its successful or not. If yes, then the formula was the definite reason. Now, try to add the formula one by one, till you get the error.

You said you restored your iPod. Did you restore from backup? If yu did then yur game progress and Game Center stuff should have beeb restored.

Hello - absolutely! You just need to make sure that your Behance account is linked with that Adobe ID. Please login to your Behance account, then visit this link and choose "use a different Adobe ID" and enter your new Adobe ID with the CC account. Other than that each of you should use your own Apple ID for iMessage, FaceTime, iCloud, Game Center, etc.

I created a new i tunes account and I am trying to add music to my I pod touch but since I had an old account it will not let me add any new songs or let me transfer my existing songs to the new account. I also purchased one song and it did not download

I just opened a new I tunes account. The music that I purchased from an old account will not transfer to my new account & the old account email no longer exists it is (djbdeercreek613@com***t.net) and the password would not be accepted when we entered it. I also purchased one song "Country Must Be Country Wide" By Brentley Gilbert and it did not download to my i-pod. please let me know how I can get this problem taken care of.

Apple IDs do not go out of existence. All purchases are PERMANENTLY associated with whatever ID was used for the purchase. Go here to investigate.

I can tell you that with Sprint their coverage area isn't as good as Verizon or AT&T.
Are you sending these imessage while on wifi or cellular data? Also your husband would need to be in a good coverage area.
Usually when imessage is unavailable it will send it as a text. Does your husband receive your imessage as a text?
