Regarding order reversal without affecting stock

Dear all,
Issue is regarding the prod. order reversal without affecting stock of materials. Scenario is as follows.
I have an order of X matl. year 2011 - this order not yet delivered where as the raw materials has been issued by mb1b (261).
As this order not yet been delivered, it is showing in WIP with value. KKAX.
Afterwards user created second order and completed too. Now previous order reamined open without confirmation.
For removing ths order from WIP, we can reverse the 261 movement in current date, but it will also revert the raw matl. stock alongwith values to unrstricted.
Where as finance peoples doesnt want thew same.
Also as del. qty. is not 0, we cant apply del. flag too.
Please suggest the appropriate way to remove the previous order from wip without affecting the stock of materials.
Dont want to do changes in table entry also.
with best regards,
Manish.

Hi,
Thanks boss.
It is working now correctly.
The issue is the  i_mvtit-XSTOB should be equal space in case of Goods issue while incase of Reversal it should be equal to X.
Thanks for ur efforts.
I had awarded you points.
Thanks a lot.
Thanks & Regards,
Rayeez.

  • Adding working day as a holiday in calendar without affecting stock orders

It was very recently decided by the SA government that this coming Wednesday, 18th May, will be a Public Holiday (PH) due to national elections.
Itu2019s just been highlighted by the business now that this day is currently still set as a Production day in the calendar.
As such, could you please advise what needs to be done to urgently set this day to be a non-working day?
Also, whatu2019s of greater concern is that there are already Stock Orders sitting in system timed for picking & delivery on the 18th, and the Service Levels will be calculated on a working day for the 18th.
How can these orders be u201Crecalculatedu201D for the 19th so as not to impact negatively on the warehouseu2019s Service Levels, given that the warehouse will not actually be working on the 18th?

Use this function module & make sure you pass the plant details, as factory calendar mostly depeneds on the Plant.

  • LOIPRO01: IDoc for Producation Order does processing affect stock, etc?

    Hi Gurus,
we need to migrate some Producation Orders into our Target System. This have to be done via the IDoc LOIPRO01, which is for Production Order Master.
Now my question. What happens during the IDoc processing. Is only the Production Order created or will things like material consumption processed also?
I only need the Production Orders, the amount of the Material in stock and so on, should not be affected by the IDoc processing for LOIPRO01.
    Thanks in Advance

    Hi Udo
I believe that IDOC LOIPRO01 has only information about the Production Order
You can check the structure of this IDOC in this link

    Hello,
We would like to know about the procedure to follow to create credit notes without affecting the stock.
For instance a credit note has to be made because the invoice pricing was not correct (discount not taken into account,etc...). We want to issue a credit note for the customer in value (not in quantity) refering to this invoice.
How to process? Is it supposed to be through a FI transaction?

  • Stock transfer order (STO) Without delivery and With delivery?

    Hi experts,
Could any body explain step by step procedure
Stock transfer order (STO) Without delivery and With delivery?
    Thanks
    Reddy

    Hi
Stock Transport Order Without SD Delivery.
U dont have to maintian sales view for the materials.
    1. Extend the material to those 2 plants.
    2. Create UB purch document.
    3. Goods issue wrt to the STO in the supplying plant ( 351 mvt type).
    4. Good Receipt in the receiving plant ( 101 mvt type ).
    5. Invoice verified (MIRO).
U should have specific pricing procedure for STO. In MEK0 u have to choose the appropriate pricing procedure with the accrual key linked for freight charges.

  • Dif bet make to order and make to stock

    hi
what is diffrence bet make to order and make to stock , who impleming this in real time
    regards
    shivaji

    Dear Shivaji
    <b>1)  MTO</b>
You can use repetitive manufacturing as sales-order-oriented production. The system generates one or more planned orders that have a direct link to the sales order item. The material is manufactured on the basis of these planned orders. The manufacturing process is therefore initiated by sales orders.
If you are using a valuated sales order stock in sales-order-oriented repetitive manufacturing, you create a product cost collector for the individual requirements material (the material that is manufactured for the sales order stock). The costs incurred in the production of the individual requirements material are collected on this product cost collector. The costs can then be analyzed on the product cost collector. You use the functions of Product Cost by Period.
In sales-order-oriented repetitive manufacturing, the sales order stocks are usually valuated. <i><b>This scenario is used in the automotive industry</b></i>, for example. The production of each vehicle is triggered by a sales order (or by a sales order item). The costs incurred for each particular vehicle are only of secondary importance. Instead, the focus is on period-based analysis of the costs for all vehicles manufactured during a particular period, whose costs are collected on the same product cost collector. The costs are not collected and analyzed separately for each sales order item.
    <b>2) MTS</b>
    Choose a make-to-stock strategy, if:
--> The materials are not segregated. In other words, they are not assigned to specific sales orders.
--> Costs need to be tracked at material level, and not at sales order level.
<i><b>You should always use make-to-stock production if</b></i> you produce stock independently of orders because <i><b>you want to provide your customers immediately with goods from that stock later on</b></i>. You might even want to produce goods without having sales orders, if you expect that there might be customer demand in the future.
This means that make-to-stock strategies can support a very close customer-vendor relationship because your objective here is to provide your customers with goods from your stock as quickly as possible. Returns that have passed quality inspection and other unexpected goods receipts can be used for other sales orders.
This does not mean that you have unreasonably high stock levels. You can avoid them by doing one of the following:
=> Create a production plan in advance (in Demand Management) to plan your stock.
If you make use of this option, you may also want to decide whether sales orders exceeding your plan are to affect production or not.
=> Receive sales orders relatively early on (using scheduling agreements, for example).
    Thanks

  • How to add sales history and purchase history without affecting inventory.

In order to help client migrating sales and purchase history into B1.
I checked through the Business One objects reference file. I couldn't find any object that allow adding historical record into both Sales or Purchase history, via DIAPI.
Do I have to always depend on the Sales Invoice object to add the document and let it affect the inventory level.

No, you can't add historical data without affecting GL and Inventory.  In SAP B1 any invoice addition thru DI API will automatically behave like the regular B1 process and it will post to GL and inventory.
I saw in the partner edge portal SAP B1 forum a post from an SAP employee that is working on developing a process where historical data will be able to be migrated without afecting inventory and GL.  But there is no ETA on when this will be available.

    Hi,
I would like to know few things regarding.
    1. Can we process outbound delivery and PGI without having sufficent stock.
2.if yes than what will be the status of document flow.(when i did it system showed  following message, sales order-being processed, outbound delivery-being processed, and conformaton of service-completed.
3.if we can not do pgi and delivery without sufficent stock than what is alternative for the same.
Kindly reply as soon as possible.
    Thnaks
    Rahul

    1)  Yes.  It is based on your item category like TAX, you can post the goods issue and system will not check for stock availability.  It is also subject to other parameters like
    a) ticking the Negative stock field in material master
    b) ticking the box for your Valuation area in OMJ1 etc
    2)  As I said above, if you use item category TAX and do PGI, then in document flow, you can see Confirmation of Service against this delivery document
    3)  Stock should be made available

  • STOCK RESERVATION AGAINST SALES ORDER IN MAKE TO STOCK SCEANRIO

Presently in our system stock is get blocked or reserved against Sales order in MAKE TO STOCK sceanrio.
Now we required to remove the stock resrvation against sales order, where we have to make the changes in SPRO?
    Please specify.
    regards,
    NITIN

    Hi Nitin
    Try with MB1B movement type 411 E
This will pull back from the sales order reserved stocks back to unrestricted
I dont understand your comments of how the MAKE to STOCK process is getting reserved for sales orders automatically
somebody has to make atleast a sales order to reserve ?is it so?
Or somebody is saving a sales order and saving delivery too without PGI?
In OVZ9 for your combination (checking rule A and checking group pf your material as maintained in MMR) you can remove the tick from the check box of  include sales requirements

  • Can we change the UCCX server from single node to the first node without affecting it's configurations

    Hi all,
Firstly I was using the single CUCM7.0 server with the single UCCX 7.0 server. Now I am going to add the second CUCM and UCCX in the cluster. I was first configured the UCCX server as a single node. Now I have to configure this as a first node. How I could configure this from single node to the first node without affecting it's configurations..??????
    Regards
    Ali Raza

    Hi Aaron,
How could we do the change on Imhost file. How we add the both servers in that file?
Below is the Imhost file txt.
    # Copyright (c) 1993-1999 Microsoft Corp.
    # This is a sample LMHOSTS file used by the Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.
    # This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to computernames
    # (NetBIOS) names.  Each entry should be kept on an individual line.
    # The IP address should be placed in the first column followed by the
    # corresponding computername. The address and the computername
    # should be separated by at least one space or tab. The "#" character
    # is generally used to denote the start of a comment (see the exceptions
    # below).
    # This file is compatible with Microsoft LAN Manager 2.x TCP/IP lmhosts
    # files and offers the following extensions:
    #      #PRE
    #      #DOM:
    #      #INCLUDE
    #      #BEGIN_ALTERNATE
    #      #END_ALTERNATE
    #      \0xnn (non-printing character support)
    # Following any entry in the file with the characters "#PRE" will cause
    # the entry to be preloaded into the name cache. By default, entries are
    # not preloaded, but are parsed only after dynamic name resolution fails.
    # Following an entry with the "#DOM:" tag will associate the
    # entry with the domain specified by . This affects how the
    # browser and logon services behave in TCP/IP environments. To preload
    # the host name associated with #DOM entry, it is necessary to also add a
    # #PRE to the line. The is always preloaded although it will not
    # be shown when the name cache is viewed.
    # Specifying "#INCLUDE " will force the RFC NetBIOS (NBT)
    # software to seek the specified and parse it as if it were
    # local. is generally a UNC-based name, allowing a
    # centralized lmhosts file to be maintained on a server.
    # It is ALWAYS necessary to provide a mapping for the IP address of the
    # server prior to the #INCLUDE. This mapping must use the #PRE directive.
    # In addtion the share "public" in the example below must be in the
    # LanManServer list of "NullSessionShares" in order for client machines to
    # be able to read the lmhosts file successfully. This key is under
    # \machine\system\currentcontrolset\services\lanmanserver\parameters\nullsessionshares
    # in the registry. Simply add "public" to the list found there.
    # The #BEGIN_ and #END_ALTERNATE keywords allow multiple #INCLUDE
    # statements to be grouped together. Any single successful include
    # will cause the group to succeed.
    # Finally, non-printing characters can be embedded in mappings by
    # first surrounding the NetBIOS name in quotations, then using the
    # \0xnn notation to specify a hex value for a non-printing character.
    # The following example illustrates all of these extensions:
    # 102.54.94.97     rhino         #PRE #DOM:networking  #net group's DC
    # 102.54.94.102    "appname  \0x14"                    #special app server
    # 102.54.94.123    popular            #PRE             #source server
    # 102.54.94.117    localsrv           #PRE             #needed for the include
    # #BEGIN_ALTERNATE
    # #INCLUDE \\localsrv\public\lmhosts
    # #INCLUDE \\rhino\public\lmhosts
    # #END_ALTERNATE
    # In the above example, the "appname" server contains a special
    # character in its name, the "popular" and "localsrv" server names are
    # preloaded, and the "rhino" server name is specified so it can be used
    # to later #INCLUDE a centrally maintained lmhosts file if the "localsrv"
    # system is unavailable.
    # Note that the whole file is parsed including comments on each lookup,
    # so keeping the number of comments to a minimum will improve performance.
    # Therefore it is not advisable to simply add lmhosts file entries onto the
    # end of this file.

  • Sale Order Subcontracting & Vendor wise stock

    Dear Gurus,
I have one doubt we are doing sale order subcontracting transfer posting by 311 E to vendor. so is it really need to create vendor wise storage locations to track the stock at vendor end,  as we have no. of vendors for subcontracting and storage location is part of organization structure.
so is it advisable to go like that ? or please suggest me any other way to track the stock at vendor end sale order wise.
    Thanks & regards,
    Akshay

    Hello Sir ,
As it is not possible to send material which are already in special stock (sale order stock ) to subcontractor by 541 movement type , it is recommended to transfer by 311 E my MB1B or MIGO...
while doing good receipt 101 E and 543 E will going to happen , for 543 E system will automatically ask storage location. i have done already this but there only one subcontractor was there,
and in this client we have more than 80 subcontractor so i am hesitating to do this....

  • Is it possible to add reverb to vocal mic, without affecting my keyboard sound?

    Hello,
I am trying to record my vocals and piano simultaneously. I'm using the MBox 2, with Adobe Audition 3.0. Whenever I add reverb to my vocal track (via the fx tab under my vocal track in multi track view), it affects the way my piano sounds while I am recording (it creates a delay on the sound of the keyboard while I am playing...almost like a 'bouncing note' delay). I really want to be able to hear some reverb on my voice while recording, but I cannot seem to figure out how to do it. This is how I have everything set up:
Piano is plugged in via DI on input 2 on the back of the mbox
vocal mic is plugged in via cannon on input 1 on back of mbox
If anybody could help, that would be wonderful. I've spent hours trying to figure this out with no luck. It is a lot more fun to record your singing with a bit of the pretty reverb....but my piano doesn't agree.
    Thank you
    Best,
    Jenny Jo

    Hello Brian,
Thanks for your help again. I have spent the last 6 hours running into nothing but problems. I tried your advice about recording mono in both separate tracks, and still no luck. I was using a condenser mic, and a keyboard. Both using mono, and I was using the studio reverb. I finally decided to try something simpler, just so I could at least feel a bit satisfied in getting a recording in. I set the condenser mic near my keyboard and speakers, and plugged my keyboard into the speakers. I armed the one mic track for record for phantom power, applied studio reverb, and set up the correct settings for the track by going into Audio Hardware Setup and selecting 'Asio Digidesign Driver' as the audio driver for everything. I simply wanted to play my piano, which would sound through the monitors next to me, and sing into the microphone..which would pick up my vocals with the piano in the background. The only way I could hear reverb on my voice during the recording, was by adjusting the 'mix' knob on the front of the mbox. It seemed to be working okay, and I thought I had found at least a compromise for the moment. But after saving the files, and upon listening to them...I noticed drops and rises/glitches/ in the recording volume. I then did a bunch of tests. I recorded some without any reverb assigned at all, did some recordings with the mix knob up and some with it off...I tried everything I could think of. I saved each one as a wav file, and MP3, just to see if that would affect the sound. Listening to them, they all have those same sound glitches. While doing the recordings, the sound disturbances weren't audible.
I am wondering if there is a setting that I need to fix...I am not the most savvy technical person, and am rather new to recording. Maybe the buffer size needs to be adjusted? I really have no idea...it is frustrating. I should say that I am using an MBox 2, which is supposed to be used with Pro Tools software. I had problems using Pro Tools as well, I don't think my OS is very compatible with it. Unfortunately, I have windows Vista, which I hear nothing but problems about in regards to recording. I prefer to use Adobe Audition, as I'm familiar with it, and like it.
Well, I hope this email hasn't put you to sleep. I really hope I can get this figured out, as I'm keen to record.
    Thank you again..
    Best,
    Jenny Jo

Subject: Is it possible to add reverb to vocal mic, without affecting my keyboard sound?
Out of some disbelief I had to try my own setup suggestion from above, since it's not a thing I do daily anymore. Without wanting to go into any dispute with the above poster, I can only say:
    It works well here.
    Your mileage may vary.
Setting up two mono tracks with a separate input to each, I was able to record vocals with reverb from Audition in my monitoring headphones, along with recording an electro-acoustic instrument (guitar in my case) on the adjacent track with no reverb at all. I sang/tested with lots of consonants and different monitor levels and reverbs; I used the Studio Reverb, which is the least CPU intensive and recommended in the manual. There was no noticable delay, echo, what have you, which I felt disturbed my precision at all. Now I KNOW technically there is a delay/latency, but for practical purposes it isn't noticable. I've also heard some singers are extremely pecky on this, and for them there is the solution of direct monitoring and an outboard reverb added to their headphone signal. For everyone else however it works well and the latency just a theory - certainly not an audible 'echo' of any kind. With a poor soundcard and a computer low on resources latency will become evident. Also if you don't use ASIO. This type of application is why we have ASIO.

  • How to Hide rows in ALV without affecting total sum at the end of table?

    Hi,
I need some help in hiding particular rows in an ALV Grid without affecting the total sum at the end of the table. I am trying to hide the rows that have negative quantities, but I still need those values so that the user can still compute for the total sums. Can anyone help? Thanks.
    Joseph

    Hi,
Hopw this way you can hide the rows in the GRID.
    DATA:
      ld_column      TYPE lvc_fname,
      ld_hide          TYPE abap_bool.
    FIELD-SYMBOLS:
      <ls_entry>     TYPE any,
      <ld_fld>         TYPE any.
ld_column = 'COL_1'.  " column which you want to suppress if everything is zero
      ld_hide     = abap_true.  " = 'X';  default hide column
      LOOP at <gt_outtab> ASSIGNING <ls_entry>.
ASSIGN COMPONENT (ld_column) OF STRUCTURE <ls_entry> TO <ld_fld>.
        IF ( <ld_fld>   > 0 ).
          ld_hide = abap_false.  " display column because at least single value > 0
          EXIT.  " leave LOOP
        ENDIF.
      ENDLOOP.
      READ TABLE gt_fcat INTO ls_fcat
                           WITH KEY fieldname = ld_column.
      IF ( syst-subrc = 0 ).
        ls_fcat-no_out = ld_hide.
        MODIFY gt_fcat FROM ls_fcat INDEX syst-tabix.
      ENDIF.
hop you will get the total with for those columns too.
