Regarding Organizational Assignment

Hello Good Evening,
Iam practising SAP HR had a problem with Master data.
In PA30 while iam entering the details and saving it is asking for fiscal year and chart of accounts,
can somebody help me to resolve this.

    I am getting error message while deleting entry from IT 0001 - Organizational Assignment.
    I have run the promotion action from 01.05.2010 and record in IT 0001 exists from 02.11.2010 which need to be deleted but am getting this error message.

    Please go to PA41 for change of actions.
    if not possible thru
    PA40 enter your date , select the same action again and execute it.. then you can get a buttons on the left top the screen....
    change action & Change info group.
    Clik on change action,, here it allows you to change the action date and....thru this you can change the date of org. assignment change also.

  • MSS Organizational Assignment iView not displaying

    Hi,
    I'm using the MSS business package.
    When navigating to Team - Employee Info - General Info, selecting an employee and clicking on the organizational assignment hyperlink, nothing happens. The Org Assignment iview does not popup.
    However if I go into the other links under Team - Employee Info such as Personnel Development, and choose the same employee, the organizational assignment iview does start correctly.
    I'm not sure where the problem lies here or what config controls this behaviour.
    Any advise please.

    Hey Mr. T,
      First off, great name.
      Secondly, and to address your issue, can you say whether or not you've attempted to move (copy/paste) any of the XSS content from the default location in the PCD to another location? Any content that might use OBN and/or relative paths to call secondary content items will NOT work properly if you start moving content around in the PCD. That's not to say it can't be done, but additional steps must be taken after you've moved this content. Please comment on the current location of your content in the PCD... was it moved at all?
      Additionally, it may prove useful to captur an HTTP trace during the 'failure scenario' because you can often derive the target PCD location from the entries in that trace. HTTP Watch is a free tool that works well. There are others too, just Google-search for one. If possible, paste the last dozen or so lines of the trace into a reply here and we can try to see what exactly is being called and, hopefully, tell you why it's not rendering.

        I have a problem with loans(infotype 45) when exist a partition in Organizational Assignment infotype.How can we do to calculate the proportional wage types generated with P0045 (/LBD,/LRP,etc) in each partition?

    Technical wage types of loan do not split as the wage types of Basic Pay Infotype. Can you please provide me information regarding what issue you are facing in this. Do you want your Loan Installment to be reduced as per your organizational assignment?

    click on search help radio button.create one starting from z like zbirthdate.select elementary search help.
    give selection method as M_PREMN.search help exit as HRMC_PREM_EXIT_A.dialog type as dialog with value restriction.and hot key 1.in search help parameter give pernr lpo 3  spo  3.and gbdat lpo 6 and spo4.for pernr check export check box. and give data element persno.then go to PM-PA-basic settings ->maintain search help.go to include search help tab.add your search help here .then select that row and click on parameter assingnment give pernr and click on copy.then check and activate .u can see ur tab while selecting in pa30.

  • Authorization and moving employes to another organizational assignment

    Hello! I have a big problem with authorization.
    Lately some employes have been moved from one organizational assignment to another organizational assignment.
    After moving I prepared the user and the role for this user he will be able to read infotype records for employes in the organizational assignment where they were moved.
    And now I have big problem because this user can read data of employes in current organizational assignment and also  data of these people in old organizational assignment, thought I didn't give him authorization for this old organizational assignment.
    I checked view of table V_T582A and there in infotype 0001, 0007, 0008 in detailes the field: Access auth was checked, so I executed tests and this field was unchecked. But this test wasn't successfule.
    In table T77S0 I have the following settings for AUTSW:
    AUTSW     ADAYS            15
    AUTSW     APPRO     0
    AUTSW     NNNNN     0
    AUTSW     ORGIN     1
    AUTSW     ORGPD     0
    AUTSW     ORGXX     0
    AUTSW     PERNR     1
    AUTSW     VACAU
    I changed them but the tests also weren't successfule.
    Please, help me, where the error can be?. Now I don't know
    where I can look for the solving of this problem.
    I my company we have the system:

    yes, the behaviour is corret. The old one can not see the new data but the new one the old. It's like a personal file where the new manager has access to and the old only knows what was entered up to the end of his responsibility.

  • Organization Hierarchy related setup for Item Organization Assignment prog

    Hi,
    Could someone please help us with this..we have a Master org M1 , a child org C1 already existing and has items already assigned to it.
    Now we have created a new org :C2 with the Master org still as M1. Now we want to assign all the items currently assigned to C1 to this newly created org C2.
    Hierarchy Definition :
    1. In the Organization C1 (after changing org) we give the name to a new Hierarchy : Test Hierarchy, set the version as 1, with the start date against it.
    Then in the Organization block search for the NAME field as C1 org name..this comes as well.
    Then in the Sub Ordinates section , we enter the name as C2 (This is the org to which we need to assign all the items currently assigned to C1 org)
    Then we save this Test Hierarchy definition.

    2. Running the Item Organization Assignment program : Here we change the org to C1 first (source org), then sub mit the program . Parameters :
    Source org : C1 org name
    Hierarchy Origin : C1 org name (since this is my starting org or the sourcing org from where i need to assign my items)
    Hierarchy : Now here the issue is happening as we are not getting the Test Hierarchy which we have created above in the options to choose from...
    Since we had created the Test Hierarchy in the C1 org , we should have got this hierarchy name to show up in this parameter..
    Could someone please help as to what could be the issue...we are stuck because of this.

    For this program the two value sets used are
    INV_ITEMASSIGN_HIER_ORIGIN (this is C1 for u)
    INV_ITEMASSIGN_HIER_WITH_SRC (this is not showing the expected value) this is dependent value sent and is checking that INV_ORGHIERARCHY_PVT is contained in the previous value set.
    Can you please confirm that the responsibility from which you are running the request has the C2 organization access?

    I need clarification regarding Infosource Assignment. I am doing Business Content Extraction. After we replicate the Datasource, I am selecting I am assigning infosource, by selecting the option "Assign Infosource" in the context menu of the Datasource. Here we will get three options:
    1. Content
    2. Application Proposal
    3. Others
    Can any one give me information regarding these three options.

    hi,
    1. content means business content assignment, system will automatically determine the business content infosoruce, in business content installation/activation, you may use 'in dataflow before' with source system selected then system will install the datasource.
    2. application proposal, i think this means application component, system may propose based on the same application component name of datasource and infosource.
    3. others, we 'free choice' the infosource.
    in your case, the option should be 'content' since you use all business content.

  • Using Effective Dates on Organization Assignment on Contract Posting Terms

    We are using ECC 5 and RE-FX
    On our contracts the Posting Data Tab includes Term groups
    -Postings
    -Frequency
    -Organizational Assignment
    The Business Area associated with an Organizational Assignment needs to change (we are dropping an existing business area and rolling it into another).
    Rather then going through all the contracts and changing teh business area to the new one (thus loosing history), I'd like to use the Valid From/To for the Org Assignment.  So that there would be an entry from 01/01/2006 - 09/30/09 for Business Area 5600 and then a Valid From of 10/1/09 for Business area 5200.
    I can do this.  What seems to be missing, or not configured?, is having the multiple valid Org Assingments showing up in some reports (such as REISCN which shows only the first Org Assignment entry).
    What can we do to implement the Org Assignment in such as was as to accommodate the change of business area, that does happen over the life of a business?

    Then my cardinality is drastically reduced to 92K (actual 110M) - leading to Nested Loops further up the query plan....
    I don't have histograms on the columns involvedIf you add histograms on the involved columns, is the optimizer picking up a better execution plan?

  • Error: Organizational Assignment created via Orgnizational Management in HCM form

    Hi All,
    I am getting below error while moving an EE to certain position via HCM form.
    I have cheked and found that if an org unit is to be assigned to another cost center in Organizational management from a certain date, this action generates a new record in infotype 0001 for integrated persons from the date of assignment to the new cost center and if we perform any action which would be deleting the new record (created from OM) in IT0001 then this error would populate.
    Here is the the same case a new Cost Centre has been assigned with the orgunit and a new record is creaed in IT0001 from the OM but when I am performing the same action via PA40 then I not getting any error, the error is occuring from the form only.
    Can you please help me to resove this error and provide me the reason why it is not occring when I am performing the same action from PA40.

    Hi Mayank,
    I think you will be triggering Job Salary Form for the action you have mentioned. Please check in the Tcode HRASR_DT for the form name as I have show below from my development system. In Back-End services - SAP_PA - Infotypes and Operations and for Infotype 0001 check what is the operation that you have maintained.. It should be "change" to avoid the error message.
    For PA40 action you would have configured the same as "change" thats why you are not getting error message in PA40.

  • Regarding Organization Model

    Dear Experts,
    Currently I'm working with CRM version 5. And the Org Model in SAP CRM use the SAP HR Org Model in R/3 and the replication is one way, i.e. from SAP R/3 to SAP CRM.
    Is it possible to create another organization unit in CRM if Org Model in SAP CRM used that scenario?
    I have tried to create an org unit and got run time error 'MOVE_TO_LIT_NOTALLOWED_NODATA'.
    Please advice.

    I am not a law expert, but if you can create users, I am sure you can create a dummy position and assign your role there.
    Anyway, if your company doesn't allow to use the PPOMA_CRM assignment for these users, the only option you have is assigning user parameter CRM_UI_PROFILE.
    A little comment about user parameter: There is no authorization object to prevent users to modify their own user parameters. If you don't want these users to modify their own parameters via SU3, you should create a transaction variant.

  • Employees from Organizational assignment were not found from BP Relations

    Hello Friends,
    I have problem here.
    When an employee is assigned to multiple positions in the same organization  in the Organizational structure (PPOMA_CRM) and one such assignment is deleted at a later point of time, it will not be found from the BP relations i.e.. neither in the "Is Employee of" relationship of Employee BP nor in the "Has Employee for" relationship of the Organization BP.    Steps to Reproduce:    1) Assign Employee to Position i.e. 'Sales Rep1' (General Attribute (CRM) Change)   2) Save   3) Validate from the BP of this Organisation that the Employee is in the 'Relationships' list.   4) Assign the same Employee to another Position i.e. Sales rep 2 in the same organisation   5) Save   6) Validate from the BP of this Organisation that the Employee is in the 'Relationships' list.   7) Delete Assignment from 'Sales Rep1'   8) Check Relationship of the BP. RESULT: Employee does not exist. So, if the Employee is assigned to multiple positions in the same organisation and then deleted from one of the positions, then Relationship in BP (both Organisation and Employee) is deleted.     
    Any one knows what is going wrong here.

    I've been careful regarding that as well, following some recommendations from this link: http://technology.amis.nl/2009/07/06/create-deploy-and-consume-an-adf-task-flow-with-adf-business-components-inside/
    The class/package structure is different and unique for each application, "Main", "Employees" and "Departments". On a paranoid attempt while being aware of the situation you mentioned, I renamed the DataBindings.cpx (outside JDeveloper) to EmployeesDataBindings.cpx and DepartmentsDataBindings.cpx in each respective application, while refactoring the adfm.xml files to point to the new names.
    I've also chosen the option to store only the name of the database connection for the deployment of each ADF Library Jar
    Still, the problem persits... *cry*
    One thing I didn't mention in my initial post is... I do have ADF Security (form-based) enabled on the "Main" application, with the appropriate roles assigned to the Main.jspx page and even to the bounded task flows that come from the ADF Library JARs (there's an option in the the Resource Grants section of the jazn-data.xml file when the resource type is "Task Flow" that says "Show task flows imported from ADF libraries"), without which the region in the Main.jspx page would not even try to render (I guess it would fail internally with an unauthorized error but it doesn't actually display any error in the user interface)... Could this be the root of the problem? I don't see any option to grant permissions to DataControls or AppModules tho...

    I've downloaded org structure from ECC to CRM. When I go to BP to assign the Oranization I'm able to see only the sales Organizations which are downloaded from ECC. But not able to see the sales organization which are created in CRM.
    Can any one please let me know what needs to be done to be able to see the sales organizations created in CRM.

    I think buffering CRM sales areas might help you.
    In CRM the sales areas are represented in the organizational model, this means they are not physically stored, but they are the result of the different combinations of sales organizations, sales offices, sales groups, channels and divisions maintained in the organizational model.
    Whenever a CRM transaction or a business partner needs the sales areas, they are calculated, and this is an expensive process. To speed up this process, the sales areas are buffered.
    Report HRBCI_ATTRIBUTES_BUFFER_UPDATE is used to buffer the attributes of organizational management objects. To enable buffering you have to maintain view T77OMATTR.
    1. Go to Tcode : OOATTRCUST
    2. Select the structure node Scenarios.
    3. Flag the field in the column Buffering for the scenario SALE.
    4. Choose Save (Ctrl+S).
    Then run the report in Tcode: sa38
    1. Tcode: sa38
    2. Select the report HRBCI_ATTRIBUTES_BUFFER_UPDATE.
    3. Flag the fields Delete All Buffers and Restructure Buffer on (Date).
    4. Choose Execute (F8).
    In Note 737315 further details regarding this topic are described. Note you can also schedule a job in transaction SM36 to run this report regularly.

    My client is going for a upgrade from SAP r/3 4.7 to ECC 6.0, In this process while creating Emergent orders in PLant maintianence module, an error "Invalid Account Assignment category" is arising with the following explaination under diagnosis.
    In Customizing define the account assignment category for service and maintainance orders.
    In standard, define the following for the order category 30:
    Account assignement type (general) F
    Account assignement type (Project) Q
    Account assignement type (Sales Order) E
    Sales document project D
    Do I need to create these new account assignment categories in SAP ECC6.0 to overcome the error.
    Also in this Account assignment config, Is special stock going to play an important role. Can anyone please explain what exactly the impact is on the bussiness if we assignt the Special stock categories.
    Has anyone who did the upgrade created these account assignment categories for the PM module.
