Regarding payment methods on App Store
I have a Punjab National Bank(India) ATM&Shopping Card( Master Card).Whenever I try to purchase an app on my ipad 3, it shows "Your payment method is declined,Choose any other Payment method."
Can't I make a purchase using this card?

You need a credit card or debit card. A gift type card won't work.

I don't think that debit cards are still accepted as a valid payment method - they are not listed on this page and there have been a number of posts recently about them being declined. You could try contacting iTunes support but I don't think that you will be able to use it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
If you don't have a credit card then are iTunes gift cards available in your country ? They are not available in all countries and they are country-specific (they can only be used in their country of issue), so you won't be able to use those from another country. -
How to remove payment method in app store?
Im using ipad mini. I have problem with my credit card so now i want to remove my card from-the payment method and i don't want to use any of the cards. When i log in to the apple id, there's payment method there but there's no "none" button in the pop up payment method page. When i try to install app from the app store, they ask me to update the payment method but the app is free and they still want me to update the payment method. How can i cancel the credit card? Please, i need the answer :(
You can create a new iTune and App Store account without credit card details
1. Sign out of current Apple ID if you are sign-in to one (important)
2. Go to App Store and select a free app
3. Tap INSTALL APP
4. Create New Apple ID
5. Confirm Your Country
6. Agree with Terms and Conditions
7. Fill in your Apple ID and Password (you must create a new Apple ID; don't use your old Apple ID)
8. Create and answer your secret question
9. Select NONE for Payment Method
10. Fill in Billing Address
11. Submit application for new Apple ID
12. Wait for verification email
13. When email arrive, verify your account
14. Start downloading your free apps -
I can't change iCloud payment method when App store uses different ID.
Apple is emailing me telling me to change my payment method for iCloud storage. This does not seem to be possible as it tell me to go to "iTunes and App Store" on phone or do it through iTunes but in both those cases I am using a different ID than the one I use for iCloud. How do I change it?
Never mind. Sorted it out by signing out of buying ID on App Store and signing in with iCloud ID.

Create a NEW account using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before.

Using those instructions you may also be able to select PayPal if that is allowed in your country. -

Hello Muni,
If you want to execute the APP for multiple payments methods at one go, you Need to first Update the Payment Method in your Open Invoices. As suggested by Raman, you can do mass update using T. code FBL1N.
Once done, you can put all relevant outgoing payment methods in APP Parameters and execute the Payment run. Based on the payment method maintained in the Open Invoices, your Invoices will get cleared.

PayPal has been used as payment method. in-app purchase method was
suggested by apple. My app charges yearly subscription from users. In-App
purchase does not support this type of payment process ( or, I could not
get to it).
Please allow me to use paypal or guide me on how can I charge yearly
subscription from users using in-app purchase payment method.You're not talking to anybody from Apple here.
We're all just users like you.
But I can tell you without reservation that PayPal cannot be used in an iOS app. -

As mentioned by others, mention the payment method for cheque and bank transfer in the parameters tab and also maintain the respective payment programs in the last tab Printout/Payment media.
In FBZP, you define a Payment program for each payment method.
You can execute multiple payment methods.

Why I am asked to update my payment info while downloading a FREE APP from App Store? I noticed this change after updating to iOS 8.
If you are within 14 days of purchase you can still return the iPhone and get the phone that suits your needs, however, I think you will find that no matter which phone you get the content provider will want to know how you are going to pay for future purchases. For Android phones it is Google, and they will certainly want to know.
