Regarding Report(Document Flow Report)

Dear Experts,
I am working in generating a report which contain fields sales order number(YTPO),Date, Purchase requisition number,Purchase order Number ,date,invoice number,date.
Is there any standard report which can able to display these detail.Please guide me .This is very urgent.

After the upgrade to 5.0 we lost the document flow for the 8D Report. so whenever 8D report is attached to the notification it dont show the document flow. does anybosy faces the same problem? please reply ASAP. we already have applied OSS Notes 749201 & 750276 still its not showing up.

No document flow updated in Service Order regarding MM flow i.e. PR, PO, GR

Hello,
On creating a service order in CRM, the purchase requisition is created automatically in R/3 for the spare parts entered.
But this PR information is not getting updated in the service order's document flow in CRM.
I analysed the flow and found that PR gets successfully created and sends back the document flow data to CRM inbound queue.
The BDoc type involved is CRM_SRV_XTN.
In it's Extended part, there is a field called ORDERADM_H_GUID which is correctly filled in the BAPIMTCS structure in R/3 which is converted to probably XML format through macro MOVE_CASTING and sent to CRM inbound queue (function module BAPI_CRM_SAVE).
However, on debugging the respective inbound queue in CRM, I noticed that the field ORDERADM_H_GUID value is not the same as filled in R/3 but some CONSTANT value like 00230023002300560023002300230023 in all the cases.
Also, FYI, the fieldu2019s value in R3 after conversion looks like as following u2013

While in CRM i.e. FM BAPI_CRM_SAVE it looks as follows u2013

So there I feel that the value what is sent from R/3 is not the same as recieved in CRM, on XML conversion.
Please advise what could be the reason for this anomaly.

unfortunately document flow in PS is not like in SD
only in ECP there is a limited possibility
you can see the line item report and activate the relationship browser which will give the details of the documents related to that posting
other than that nothing

In selection criteria I selected full Sales - A/R area:
In Document Drafts Report, there is a columns about which I want to ask
1. Approval (Column) >> Values: a. Indirect Delivery and b. Direct Delivery
Can you please tell me about Indirect Delivery and Direct Delivery ?

Hi,
The 'Direct/indirect delivery' is only meaningful for orders. It changes along with the setting under Order-logistic tab-approved check box.

Can you please tell me when system close the Document and when system keeps it open ?

Hi,
First of all Happy new year!
The closed status in the document draft indicates that you have added the document from the draft into to original.
You can manually rt.click the draft and can change it to closed status and vice versa by selecting restore.
Once you have posted the draft to original you need to delete the draft document inorder to avoid duplication.

KM ctivity reporting -- Enhancing Customer Reports

Hi,
After deploy it, if you go to: Content Management->Report->Document Access Report->Schedule and planning its running.
Then if you click in the name of this report, you can see the result (xml files) of this execution.
Also, from System Administration->Monitoring->KM->Running Reports->you can see all reports that are currently running on all KM servers

Prevent Double click in Document Flow

Hello,
We have a need in our project to restrict certain users from veiwing price in Sales Documents. We have achived this by using various exits and hiding the price. But we have a problem regarding the Document flow. When the user clicks on the document flow and then double clicks on a line indicating a Sales Document, the price is shown in an ALV display. Is there anyway to prevent this?

Hey Anirban,
The same requirement we have done.
First we used some exists to hide th price but does not go well.
Finally we did using SHD0.
We created a transaction varaint by removing the conditions tab from the screen and added new tcode ZVA0* (1,2,3). Who ever the user uses the ZVA0* will not be able to see the price from anywhere .

Sales Order document Flow in Reports

Hi All,
I am develoing a Custom Sales Order report in ALV. Here the requirement is to include the Document Flow for the line item. This should be similar to the Icon in VA03 transaction. When I click this icon in my report, it should display the document flow (same as that of available in VA03 transaction). Can you suggest how can I get Document Flow icon in my Report?

Just to save time for others who have the same requirement , use below, fill the structure with sales order and other details. Leave the posnr blank if you need document flow , else fill the posnr if it is item level.
CALL DIALOG 'RV_DOCUMENT_FLOW'
        EXPORTING
             VBCO6      FROM VBCO6
             MAKT-MAKTX FROM SPACE
             KNA1-KUNNR FROM kunnr2000
             KNA1-NAME1 FROM name
             MAKT-MATNR FROM SPACE
             IVKORG     FROM VKORG
             IVTWEG     FROM VTWEG.
No custom screen required, no tree control required, no coding required except that you need to call this at right place in your module pool/ report etc. SAP internally uses this for display in SAPMV45A.

Regarding Cash Flow report

Hi all,
one of my clients has asked for the cash flow report to be modified. They are making incoming payment and outgoing payments with different series for cash and cheque. However, in the PLD of the cash flow report they want the title to be as " Cash Book" in case they select cash and " Bank Book" when they select the cheques. Is this possible in pld or is there any other way to achieve this?? Please suggest.

Checks on cash flow report

Hi ,
When I using cash flow report and have been issued and received a lot of checks, but I cannot seen those at security level - "checks". Why? All of those are belongs to "Cash accounts". Could anyone give me a explanation or example? Thanks

Documents in Reporting

We are creating a documents in reports and those are available for users to view and modify. but we donot want to allow the users to modify those documents expect few users who can have access to modify the documents? how can we achive this? please let me know the answer.
