Regarding reset the security code.

I have a nokia 305 asha mobile. I am using default security code for lock and unlock the mobile. But I am not getting a away to reset that password. How can I access the reset option? kindly do the needful.

How about going to Menu > Settings > Security > Access codes > Security code?

Today I tried to insert a sim into my old Nokia phone, it is an E52. it seems that I have left a setting on which requires security code if the sim is changed, but this phone is about 3 years old and I haven't used it for a long time so I cannot remember my security code.
The information in the phone such as SMS and phonebook is very important for me, so I don't want any solutions that resets the phone and wipes everything. the phone is not locked if I don't insert a sim, so I rather keep like this and not use it if there is no safe way to reset/change/unlock the security code. but I really need another phone right now, and I don't want to spend money if I could unlock this.
I have googled about this but I am not sure what is the safest way to unlock the phone while keeping my data. I found this website and it claims that it could unlock the phone but it doesn't look safe to me... what should I do? please help!

I locked the access to the volume control by inadvertently setting a security code, in the settings, and now I can not remember the code and i can not adjust the volume when plugging in to the car jack./.

Your only option is to restore the iPod to factory settings in iTunes.

people repairing iphones aren't able to do it. if you've made a backup in itunes prior to right now, you can restore from that backup even if you've got a passcode lock on the device by putting it into DFU mode. However, you're saying that you're trying to back up your device which can only be done if the phone isn't locked with a passcode. If there were a way around this, people could steal other people's phones with passcode locks on them, plug said stolen phone into a computer, bypass the lock, then make a backup of someone else's information. This simply cannot be done for security reasons

Nokia default is 12345 unless changed by user but if forgotten you would need to visit Nokia Care facility with proof of purchase for it to be reset.

HELLO: Can someone tell me how do I reset the security questions?
I recently upgraded my iphone and tried to make a new music purchase from itunes, I was able to log into my account but before I buy the songs, I am asked 2 security questions. I guess I forgot what I had entered some time ago because itunes will not accept my answers. I tried emailing itunes 2 weeks ago but they did not reply.

Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select "done", in the upper right corner
sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you should be asked to verify your security code for the credit /debit card and NOT the security questions.
At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security questions.
It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin from the credit card I am using.

It is not possible to detect or modify the code in use if you do not know it. It would be pointless having a code if people could do that!
If you have forgotten the code your only option is to get it reset at a nokia care point. They will need to see proof of ownership before they will carry out this procedure.
