Regarding running catcpu.sql after applying patch

Hi all,
database version: 11.2.0.2 (single instance)
Os: Windows 32-bit
I have applied a bug patch in oracle home 11.2.0.2, but as per the document i didn't run the catcpu.sql after applying the patch in my database.
After 1 month today i run the catcpu.sql in the database (Dev database), it gives the following sys objects invalid: (after running utlrp.sql also this persist)
DBMS_SCHEDULER
DBMS_ISCHED
DBMS_ISCHED_CHAIN_CONDITION
SCHEDULER$_JOB_EVENT_HANDLER
could anyone please help me.

Hi,
I made the changings as follows:
SQL> alter database default temporary tablespace temp2;
Database altered
But I got new error as such after starting the database in restricted mode:
$ sqlplus sys as sysdba

Issue with updation of PAN details in ESS after applying patch

Hi ,
We have applied a new patch recently,
as follows:
SAP_HR - To patch - 49
EA_HR - To Patch - 49
When users are trying to update PAN details it says throwing error " fill in the required fields,"
i tried to apply relevent note :1243216 , but iam not able to apply it as system says it cannot be implemeted.
Can any body come accross this issue please give me solution as this issue has become critical.

Hi Vani,
Just go to the System Configuration and UME configuration.
Now go to user mapping tab, and remove the entry for a reference system. Then check for the issue if persists, restart system.

Invalid package WWSBR_IMT_SERVICES after apply patch 3.0.9.8.1

After applying patch 3.0.9.8.1, get an invalid package.
Upon trying to compile the package WWSBR_IMT_SERVICES the following error

That currency conversion problem is solved
i checked TCODE:RSCUR IN PRD its not showing any details
again i checked in dev and moved all currency types dev to production
now its wokring

Internet Procurement responsibility error after applying patch

After applying patch 5156915 we get this errro when we select i Procrurment responsibility:
The POR SSP HOME function is not available under the Internet Procurement responsibility.
iProcurement is installed.

I am a little worried that I couldnt find that same document.
I entered in ML "The POR SSP HOME function is not available" ....and that document did not appear.
Then I entered it with underscores : "The POR_SSP_HOME function is not available" ... and now I can see the doc.
How did you do your search?! I am guessing you used udnerscores or else something different? ? ?

By the way we are told to "clear" the _pages directory. I would do this with
cat /dev/null > oa_html , etc ?

Error - While running Payroll Simulation After HR Patch Update

Dear Gurus,
Below is the system Information
OS : AIX
DB : Oracle 10 g
Current Patch Level : HR : SAPKE60471 (Old was SAPKE60453)
Basis Patch Level : SAPKB70115 (Old was SAPKB008)
Now at old patch level payroll simulation was running fine and with no problem.
We update patches related to HR & Basis.
After that we are getting error in simulation of payroll which is attached here with.
Please let me have any solution.

The error says there is not entry in table V_T511K for country grouping 40 for Constant "S80EM"
Employee contribution % NPS.
All you need to do is
Go to V_T511K -> Country Grouping 40-> Create a Constant S80EM- and enter the constant value in the last column-> Run the payroll again.

Hello, I installed oracle 11.1.0.7 and installed the CPU 2011 patch(10249534).
I am planning to create the database after few weeks. So after creating the database, should i run the below scripts?

The following steps load modified SQL files into the database. For a RAC environment, perform these steps on only one node.
For each database instance running on the Oracle home being patched, connect to the database using SQLPlus. Connect as SYSDBA and run the catbundle.sql script as follows:*
cd $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin
sqlplus /nolog
SQL> CONNECT / AS SYSDBA
SQL> STARTUP
SQL> @catbundle.sql cpu apply
SQL> QUIT
The catbundle.sql execution is reflected in the dba_registry_history view by a row associated with bundle series CPU.

System problems after applying patches

Hi all,
I was patching our netweaver 2004s system and now I am not able to use any transaction anymore.
First I updated the Abapkernel and the SPAM itself. Then I started applying the Abap support packages. I had no problem applying patch level 7 and 8. When I imported patchlevel 9, the system did not respond anymore. Every time I tried to execute a transaction I got a shortdump.
Do you have any idea what could be the problem?
We restored the system and now I got a similar error already when updating SPAM.

after applying SAP_BASIS Packs (SAPKB62019 and SAPKB62020) the transaction was canceled before finched implementing the patches and We are receiving ABAP dump errors while executing any transaction ( syntax_error)

           Symptom: After you import Basis Support Package SAPKB62020, you may experience a change in the system response at different points in an R/3 Enterprise system. This problem can be seen in the sudden appearance of screen elements, for example, or in changes in the process flow of transactions. In extreme cases, it can also cause data corruption.
           Reason: Support Package SAPKB62020 included an incomplete correction to BAdI processing that caused the execution of BAdI implementation of deactivated Enterprise Extensions.
           Solution: You must refer to SAP Note 601742. Import Basis Support Package SAPKB62023 as soon as possible (planned release date is May 06, 2003) or implement the additional correction instructions as described in Note 601742.

Avoiding a full reinstall of Acrobat 9/X after applying patches

After applying a patch, we redeploy the GP and our users get a full reinstall of Acrobat which takes a longer amount of time than if only the smaller patch were being applied. Is there a way around this so every time we patch and redeploy Acrobat (even the smallest patch), our users don’t have to wait through an entire reinstall?

Compliation after applying Patch

Hi,
After we have applied the support package, the program needs to complie. I know that it has the SGEN t-code to generate all objects. I have tried this. However, it still needs to complie the program after I have run the SGEN schedule job. Any solution to complie all programs after applying the support package.
