Regarding sap nstallation master startup

i donot know installation of the IBM jdk1.4.2_18amd64.rpm
when i trying executing command rpm -i IBM jdk1.4.2_18amd64.rpm from terminal.
it saying that libxp.so.6 is required
so where it can be download
my system configuration is
os: RHEL 5.0
processor is intel duo core processor 64 -bit
RAM:2GB
HARDDISK :250 DISK
i just copied the IBM jdk1.4.2_18amd64 folder to /opt folder
i give the environment varaiables like this
export JAVA_HOME=/opt/IBM jdk1.4.2_18amd64
export PATH=/opt/IBM jdk1.4.2_18amd64/bin
export SAPINST_JRE_HOME=/opt/IBM jdk1.4.2_18amd64/jre
i execute the command line also java -version
it says
ibm java version 1.4.2
jit (enabled) and extra
i declared environment variable correctly but sap installamaster connot initializing
it saying that while executing tmp uname 7 command line got error
(in tmp directory sap3322.exe folder)

Read Note 1048303 - Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.x: Installation and upgrade
The necessary libraries are part of the Redhat installation media. Check that you have installed all necessary pacakges.

Partner functions for SAP Customer Master

I am in the MDM solution definition phase for SAP Customer Master at one of our Cients place. The requirement is to set up a central master data scenario where creation & modification of any customer record will be done via MDM. The following components of Netweaver are in the landscape - SAP MDM, EP, XI.
I need clarification on the following points -
- Is it possible to set up the partner function in MDM, if so, how?
- Need to replicate the standard SAP functionality where the system can be configured to create Ship To, Payer, Bill To automatically when a Sold To record is created. Is this possible? Are there any work arounds?

Partner Function comes under Condition Technique in SAP ECC.here some config has to be done.
For mapping it in MDM, First create a Qualified Table - Partner Function.Determine the Non-Qualifiers and Qualifiers.Then as said by Suresh, u need Java API stuff to complete this task and frontend being EP.

It can be done using EP as front end and Java API to dertermine the partner based on the account group.

Non-SAP to SAP Material Master Data Transfer

Hello Leo,
There are a number of options to do this. You can use the standard SAP tool named LSMW - Legacy System Migration Workbench (transaction LSMW) as a starting point.
Also please read this [Documentation|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_47x200/helpdata/en/0d/414538bc0fe927e10000009b38f8cf/frameset.htm] before undertaking the data migration activity via LSMW.
Additionally, there is also a Direct Input program available named RMDATIND - please go through the program documentation before you use it. You can use this program to transfer material master data to SAP but
make sure you assign this program through LSMW for mapping structures etc. The internet link above will give
more details and step-by-step instructions to follow.

I don't know about a function module, but the vendor master table LFA1 has a field ADRNR pointing to the general address table with the fields for e.g. language and to the tables ADR2 for phone numbers, ADR3 for fax numbers and ADR6 for e-mail addresses.

The SAP Corporate Master Program currently is found in three universities in Germany. The universities involved are long-time University Alliances member institutions. They designes their masters curriculum to employ SAP products in a number of their courses. They also offer the TERP10 SAP Integration of Business Processes certification in the first year of the program. SAP Education cooperated closely with these universities in Germany in the design of these programs.
This is also what a number of University Alliances member institutions all over the world including in Germany, at Victoria University in Australia, and at the various UK universities mentioned in an earlier post have done even before these three universities offered the SAP Corporate Master Program. You would have to say that the inspiration for the SAP Corporate Master comes from these innovative programs.
Indeed, these innovative universities often cooperated with SAP Education in their local countries (i.e. Germany, Australia and UK) to integrate the opportunity for students to choose to take further official SAP certifications as options in their programs. first releases of SAP NetWeaver Enterprise Search featured a preliminary connector to federate SAP MDM's search functionality. However, as no object level access authorization control could be implemented on the current MDM APIs, we have discontinued to deliver that prototype connector. We will be back with access-authorization-controlled connectivity in one of the future releases.

I would like to know the eligibity criteria for SAP corporate master program offered in Germany in all three universities(SCMT,TUM,Heilderburg) and the total cost the course would demand. As I am planning to support my master's by getting some part time job or something related. whether its possible??? Any scholarship awarded during the masters??? I am from India, So do i need to clear any enterance exams like(TOFEL, GRE)???

1.Graduate in Computer Science and Engineering with 62% as aggrigate.
2.Working in an IT company having 1+ year of experience.
3.SAP is totaly new for me.

My scenario is, I have employee master data, in a legacy system, i have to manage employee expense managent cycle i.e for all the expenses incurred by the employees, have to be reimbursed in the SAP FI by treating all employees as vendors. So, I need employee master data to flow from the legacy to FI.
Also, approvers of the expenses are also the employees, and their data is also is in legacy and we need workflows for such approvals, here also, we need OM data so as to assign agents in the workflows. this OM data is also is in Legacy.
Now, The question is the client wants to kill HR Legacy system and do not want SAP HR to be implemented just for the sake of Expense management. So, are there any alternatives to SAP HR-PA, OM in SAP?
Could you pls clarify me what is HR mini master in SAP? I m in a perception that it may be the alternative to SAP HR-PA, OM. Pls correct me if i m wrong.

This question is not related to the HANA developer center sandboxes - no user can stop/start these systems...
If the issue happened after a failed restore, your database is probably corrupted and cannot be started. Try to restore another backup. You can also try to restore the same backup again, and choose to not replay the log (recover from data files only). You will probably loose some changes, but at least have a consistent state...

My SO is 32 bits, I download the files kernel:
SAPEXE_69-10006346.SAR and

I already aply the sap Note 684106 - Microsoft runtime DLLs but the
problem persist.

The system cannot execute the specified program.
system event viewer log
Resolve Partial Assembly failed for Microsoft.VC80.CRT. Reference error message: The referenced assembly is not installed on your system.
Generate Activation Context failed for E:\usr\sap\SSM\DVEBMGS00\exe\R3trans.exe. Reference error message: The referenced assembly is not installed on your system.
The same error appear with sapcpe, disp+work, message_server. gwrd, etc.

I am a SD Consultant.
I want to learn SAP CRM (Functional) on my own without going to any training institute or some thing.
Therefore, can anyone help me in forwarding the link(s) or document(s) with which I can learn about SAP CRM (Functional).
I want information/training material regarding SAP CRM 7.0 (on system/software working, not the general information, for example- why CRM, where CRM, etc)
For example, about org data, org structure, possible scenarios, etc.
