Regarding sound in my note book pc

This papireddy i am use ing currently HP2314Tu pc. now the problam is i am not getting sound some times and sound going to be shutdown automatically. may i know what is the reasone can you please resolve this problam

Hi,
Try the following.
Open windows Control Panel, open Windows Update, select 'View update history' in the left hand pane and then select 'Installed updates' link in the following window.
Locate update KB2962407, right click it and select Uninstall. When done, restart the notebook, open windows Control Panel, open Windows Update and select 'Check for updates'. You'll see the update you just uninstalled being offered again - right click and select 'Hide Update'.
After this you may or may not need to delete and reload the Audio driver - if you do, the procedure for using recovery manager to reinstall Software and Drivers is detailed in the relevant document on the link below.

Up grade now no sound on my mac book pro

I recently upgraded to mountain lion on my mac book pro 2009 and now I have no sound. Not sure how to fix it. The sound symbol is greyed out. When I select the increase sound button it has a international no symbol. My note book specks are listed below. I'm not sure if my computer meets the requirements of Montain Lion.

I tried one last thing before I did this. I simply shut down my laptop and then restarted and the sound now works. My laptop was only rebooted after the install. The reboot was the second cold start since I installed Mountain Lion. I usually only put it in the sleep mode. I will continue to explore mountain lion and try these fixes if I have any more problems with the sound. Thanks a lot for the help.

If the iPhone has Activation Lock - that is, it's asking for the previous owner's Apple ID and password to activate the device - then you will need that information, or you'll need to get the previous owner to remove the device from his/her iCloud account:

Until that is done you will not be able to activate the device.

Hi,
Compatible processors for your notebook ( and the replacement procedure ) is detailed on Page 81 of your Maintenance & Service Guide.
Considering the speed of your current processor, it would look like the first Four are Ok - I would always recommend checking this with HP first before purchasing.

Presario v6000 note book turns on but black screen and fan only

presario v6000 note book turns on, fan works but screen is black. No beeping sounds or blinking lights. Lights by numbers are on . Had new motherboard installed by repair store twice. Worked for a few days and now doing the same thing. Any suggestions please??

I see that you are having a start up problem with your computer. I have a couple of suggestions that may help with this issue.
Here is a link to some troubleshooting steps for blank screen issues on start up. Follow the steps in the link and let me know what happens.

We are trying to use Team note book in SP 2013 team site and we have Office web apps configured. I would like to know the limitations and possible issues when using this feature.

is there a way to retrieve a lost file from note book?

Check Settings>iCloud>Notes
Is the switch for this turned on? If so then your notes should be backed-up to iCloud. If not then the only backup that would be available will be when you last backed up either using iTunes or iCloud.
If you use iCloud to backup then then go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup - if you see a date at the bottom of the page this will confirm when your device was last backed up to iCloud, and you may be able to restore it this way provided of course that backup date was when required note was still on your device.

HP note Book G70-460 US Problem with microphone Windows Vista

Hi I have an HP note Book G70-460 US with Windows Vista.
The Built in Microphone is
Conexant High Definition SmartAudio 221 (built in).
I have problem with it. I go to control panel and check the driver, the driver is updated and it does not say it has any problems.
However, I test it and it does not get any voice. I tried Yahoo messenger, google talk to test my audio all say we cant hear yoir voice.
How can it be disconnected while windows show it is fixed.
If I buy an external microphone like desk top microphone or the ones with headphone, which type can I buy? would that fix it?
Where is the internal microphone physically located? Does it have a card? Is it combined with sound card or separate? Is the card between the hinges of the laptop? So it might be broken? Is it wired through hinges? Someone told me it is like that and the wire gwets disconnected after a while. So no hope?
I tried to restore my windows to previous date but regardless which dates i chose it after it restarted it said there was a problem with your restoring so windows wrere not restored to previous date!

I would like to address the System restore issue first simply because I think you were on the right path to resolving your issues with the microphone by doing a restore. Hi,
One thing can help is the following. Right click the speaker icon in the Taskbar and select 'Playback Devices'. Left click the default device once to highlight it ( it's usually 'speakers & headphones' ) then click the Properties button. Click the Enhancements tab and put a tick in the box next to 'Loudness Equalization'. Click Apply to save the change and then click OK in all remaining windows and see if this has helped at all.

Does it use hitachi hard disk for hp probook 4530 note books?

I gave my hp probook 4530s note book for install few software to a service center. But after few days my hdd is not working. when I remove the hard disk to chech there is a hithachi HDD. I'm afraid does it use hitachi hard disk for hp probook 4530 note books?

Well actually, if you really performed the impossible as you stated "formatted the laptop" how could anything work?
One can format and partition a hard disk which is a component of a laptop. Without reinstallation of an OS how can anything work?
Please restate in clearer terms what you did to which component to achieve nothing working.
Identify your notebook in more concise terms than just the series number from the front. Turn your notebook over and look at the tag. Post all but the serial number from the barcoded tag.

Sound Test will not stop running

I have a sound bar hooked into my desktop tower using the front headphone jack. I tried to run a sound test on it and the sound test worked. Now, the sound test will not stop running. Every time I turn on the sound bar, I get the annoying, electronic siren noise. How do I stop this and return the sound bar to its functioning state?

Cooling Fan of an A60 note book

I have noticed that when I first boot up the laptop, the cooling fan appears to be hunting. The time for the fan to run at full speed varies, is this a normal operation?

Regarding the note book cooling pad.If you do purchase a Meridian cooling pad please be careful to position the computer so that the rear rubber studs on the computer are resting on the rubber studs of the pad.Otherwise the air flow will be blocked and,despite the cooling pad,overheating will occur.If the pad is positioned correctly there is a marked difference in the number of times the larger cooling fan kicks in.Another thing to remember.The A60 equium is not a note book or laptop.It's a Portable computer ie Desktop Replacement.Hence the hefty size and fast CPU.
