Regarding the organization Structure

Hi All,
Can any one help me the basic organization structure for Extended Classic scenario.
How to assign the extended attributes to that particular user.
In my frontend if i select any of the product's then it is giving me dump saying that Template is not found.
Points to be awarded.

Hi Raju.
I don't think it sounds like problems with the org structure? It sounds more like the web-templates are missing or incomplete. You can check these via SE80.
But otherwise post some more info from the dump etc.

Error while creating the Organization structure.

I am trying to create an Organization structure in SRM 5 sytem, I have created a Root for the structure and when i try to click on the Attribute Inheritance or the Check tab below i am getting an error "Start program BBP_LOCATIONS_GET_ALL first (see note 563180 and long text)" but i have replicated one plant from the R/3 system using BBP_LOCATIONS_GET_SELECTED and the material groups and all the other relevant datas from R/3. I can see in the table BBP_LOCMAP the plant been associated with the relevant company code. I am now struck in creating the organization structure. I am not sure where i am going wrong while creating the Org model.Please give me your valuable inputs to overcome this error.

Go to transaction SM30, table T77S0
Add an X to the following entry:
Group = EBP
Sem abbr. = LMIGR
Val. Abbr. = X
Description = Locations Successfully Migrated
This tell the system that the locations have been replicated and the error indicating location get all needs be executed will go away.

Problems assigning BP to a position in the organizational structure

I tried to assign a bp to a position in the organizational structure,
but I receive this message "Object cannot be assigned to object CliC
Agent in the period 21.12.2006 - 31.12.9999".
Also, I notice that in the screen, the checkbox where i can select for
the business partner is missing.
However, I can assign a user to the org structure.
Before upgrading, it was working. This is the support packages that it was in.
SAP_ABAP: Level 9
SAP_BASIS: Level 9
PI_BASIS: Level 9
SAP_AP: Level 6
BBPCRM: Level 6
After the upgrade to the following,
SAP_ABAP: Level 10
SAP_BASIS: Level 10
PI_BASIS: Level 10
SAP_AP: Level 7
BBPCRM: Level 7
The assigning of business partner to a position no longer works.

we're facing exactly the same problem, it was all going well until we went on production.... we applied note 997009 which results in a different error... did you manage to find a solution yet ?

Set up the Organizational structure for MSS scenario

Hi!
I would like to set up the Organizational structure for MSS scenario within SAP Portal.
Question:
1) How to set up/map real user from SU01 to Manager? (tcode, report)
2) How to mark them as 'Chief' (tcode, report)
3) How to be sure that PA & OM are configured correctly and the integration switch is on?

Check It000 and IT0001 here u will get objects from OM and PA (position ID , Job Key, organisational Key)
and integration switch
check plogi orga , plogi plogi , plogi perli in V_T77s0

I'm afraid the only way is tcode: SCU3 (Table History), but it's not user friedly.
Most important info is stored in tables:
HRP1000 ( object info ),
HRP1001 ( relations ),
HRP1222 ( general attributes - id's ),
HRT1222 ( general attributes - data ).

How to get the organization structures of a compnay code (BUKRS)?

I have a requirement to get the organization structures of a compnay code (BUKRS), such as Controlling area, Credit control area, Plant, Sales Organization, Purch. Organization, Personnel area.
How can I get them, I only know the compnay code table is T001, but how to get the organization structures of a compnay code (BUKRS) into a internal table?

Hi,
A lot of table will be involved for the same.
The company code is the highest unit and all other things are assigned to it.
Check the settings in SPRO as to how the maintainance is done.
From here you will get the maintainance view details if you do F1 help on each field.
From this view you can get the relevant tables.
For eg.
Go to SPRO>Controlling>Organization-->Maintain Controlling Area
Here you will find the assignment of controlling area to the company code.
The maintainance view is V_TKA02 and the tables involved are TKA02, TKA01, T001
In this way you can find the relevant tables.

You can upload the Org. Structure using 'OODT - Legacy Data Tranfer' transactipn. For that you need to have this structure in sequentil file.
Use 'OOMV - Create Sequentila file ' to create sequentil file,Download it to presentation server, update the Org. structure, upload it to Application server using transaction and run the 'OODT' using this file.
To download and upload the sequential file use transaction 'CACS_FILE_COPY'.
By seeing this, it may look complecated. But take Technical person help to manipulate sequentila file.

Transport the organizational structure of PRD to QAS

Good Morning.
I have the following issue, I want Transport the organizational structure of PRD to QAS. I am using the report RHMOVE30 in PRD With the following entries.
Variant of Plan Active
Evaluation Path --->A003
without Test.
without With lock.
In the field Request/Task, I create a Request. and run the report.
However the system not generate object into the request, only is Request and Task and not have object into.
can anyone help me?

I tried to use RHMOVE00 to transport the organization structure.
In the transport request i included one Organizational Unit , the Position within , and the Owners assgined to that position.
Then when we got the request transported to QAS from our Dev server, I am seeing that Organization Unit and Position have been transported successfully. But the Owners assigned to the Position have not been tranported, because i guess we were not able to transport the relationship between the Owner and the Position, which we are struggling to find that how to transport the relationship.
You have also mentioned about expert Mode. But could u please tell us or guide us to some documentation on how to access the object by Expert mode.

I ordered the Tcode RE_RHMOVE30, the release without problems but when found in the tail of I transport the sample.
Wanted whether data within the directory or file cofile the order and not displayed.
Any help I can give will be welcome.

go to transaction code STMS_IMPORT in your production system. Refresh the import queue. If you can not see the request, go to "Extras>Other Request->add".. Enter the request number and click ok. If you still can not find the request that means there is no datafiles and cofiles for that request or you have to bring the data file and cofiles for that request manually. This depends on your transport settings.
But I guess you have moved the request from DEV to QAS. isn't it?..that means ...datafiles and cofiles are there.

Buffering of the Organizational Structure

Hello,
i have to implement the following things:
Implementation: The buffering indicator must be configured in transaction OOATTRCRUST for the
scenario you use in CRM.
To do this, call transaction OOATTRCUST. Check field buffering for the Sales, Marketing, and/or Service
fields, depending on the CRM scenarios you use.
Afterwards, schedule a background job to run periodically on a daily basis with the report
HRBCI_ATTRIBUTES_BUFFER_UPDATE and the
variant SAP&CRM. The report HRBCI_ATTRIBUTES_BUFFER_UPDATE must be executed on a daily
basis after midnight. One background job will be scheduled at this time. The runtime depends on the size
of the organizational plan.
In transaction OOATTRCUST i can see the scenarios BBP, SALE and Service.
How can I find out which scenarios are active?

Hi Yannick,
I think you should go for the ALE communication to do the transfer of Org management objects from production to target systems.
Tcode PFAL can be used to transfer the Org objects from one system to another.
But study the SAP's documentation on this transfer .

Other than that,I would suggest you to do is complete testing before the actual transfer.

Manager of user is not found in the organizational structure

Hi
While selecting check in the SSP PO screen, i am getting the above error.
Intially PO is ordered, Valid confirmation is also exists.
The actual issue is Goods receipent is no more in the company. so the PO creator wants to change the goods receipent to some other user. But here the without changing the PO itself it is throwing error.
I have cross checked all the posiblities in PPOMA_BBP attributes.
So please guide me to rectify this error.

I have limited a purchasing group in the organization structure to a date in the past. The purchasing group is no longer appearing in the organization structure. Now, how I can extend the validity of the organization structure to a future date ?

Kindly go to T-code BP....input the BP number or name of your Purchasing group and change the date under 'Address valid from' and 'Address valid to' date.

Queries Regarding Organization Structure in SAP.

I have a query regarding the ORG structure.
Can a sales & marketing organization be created in same organization structure in CRM 5.0 ?
My requirement is to create a Sales & marketing Department in a company say 'SK Co.'
Once these are defined then the respective sales hierarchy can be created like for 'sales' ; Sales organization, Sales office , Sales group.
I tried to define the 'Company' a the top level of hierarchy but there the function is by default selected as 'Sales'. Due to which If I define any entry below it , it always remains in Sales . The structure is as follows:
1) >SK Company (Top Node)
2) >>Sales & Marketing Deprtment
3) >>>Sales Department
>>>>North Region Sales Org.
>>>>East Region Sales Org.
>>>>West Region Sales Org.
>>>>South Region Sales Org
4) >>>Marketing Department
>>>>Channel Export

There has to be at least one function :Sales, Service or marketing.
Can I create a Top node in organisation structure without a function ?

I have a scenario where the Project/Support team members won't be mapped into the organizational structure. But they must be able to view the shopping cart details. Could you please help me in providing some clue to achieve this.

Hi Bharathi,
Make it more simple. Create a separate organizational unit for the Support/Admin team and intergrate the users there.
It's the common practic.
