Regarding WebDynpro Certification

Hi SAP Knoladge gurus,
I am having 6 months experince in SAP .I am currently working on WebDynpro ABAP . May I know Can I go for certification on such small experince .
What are prerequisites for doing any SAP cerification .Is that nessasary that consultant should have minimum 1 or 2 years of experince.
Please let me know .

I think that the years of experience on SAP are not a prerequisite for take any SAP certification. The only requirements you need are study and practice on:

Sure you can call a smartform in WebDynpro (ABAP):
This is the procedure:
1. Create your smartform (if not already available).
2. Create a view in which smartform should be displayed.
3. Insert interactive form UI element for smartform to be displayed in.
4. In method WDDOINIT (for example), retrieve the FM for the smartform.
5. Call function module for smartform (set control parameter getotf to 'X' and no_dialog also to 'X'. Set device type).
6. In import parameter job_output_info-otfdata the pdf is contained.
7. call FM CONVERT_OTF to convert to pdf format.
8. Now the bin_file will be returned (import parameter).
9. Use this data to set the attribute of the smartform UI element.

Query Regarding OCP certification

Hi.. I am planning on giving the OCP (1z0-043) certificates in a couple of weeks time. I am also planning to give the 11i Apps DBA (1z0-033) right after that. I have already cleared the OCA certificates a year ago.. Now, what i would like to know is Can i give both the certifications(1z0-043 and 1z0-033) in a span of two weeks and then attend the instructor led class or is it necessary that I have to clear the 1z0-043 first, attend the instructor led training and then only give the 1z0-033 exam

First of all 1Z0-033 is not for Oracle 11i Apps DBA Exam. It's 1Z0-233 - 11i Install Patch and Maintain Oracle Applications - Oracle 11i Applications Database Administrator.
Step 1:As you have already completed the OCA, then you will have to write the Oracle Database 10g: Administration 2 - 1Z0-043 Exam, then you will become as Oracle Database 10g Administrator Certified Professional – OCP.

    I want to do HCM certification, SAP was changed the pattern as Associate, Professional and Master.
I'm Abaper so that Can go directly Professional Certification instead of Associate
I was very familiar with HCM but I didu2019nt work in HCM but flow and knowledge is there so that Can I go for Professional Certification.
One more question
There are 2 methods to reach certification
                          1. e-learning : 200 hrs or 5 Months    its about Indian Rs : 180000/-
                          2. Directly with Mentor                      its about 3Lacks

   I do not have HR module experience but I have knowledge of HR Configuration. Basically I do have 2 years of experience in ABAP.
            Is this enough for Professional certificaton. If the certification questions asked from Real Time or from Exprience I may not able to answer those questions.
           Is Professional questions from TAB Materials or they will ask Experience Questions
            I'm still confusing which one I have to Choose either Associate or Professional

Regarding OBIEE certification

Hi All
I'm looking for some advise on how to go about certification in OBIEE. According to information at education.oracle.com, we need to attend training courses before taking the Siebel Analytics Application Developer exam. Is there any change in the certification path where the course/training is not mandatory to take the exam. I would like to start at the beginner level certifications. Would really appreciate any help in this regard.

Advice me regarding the certification path for 10g database certification.

Hello friends,
I am planning to take the certification for Oracle 10g database Associate, and am confused about the codes of the tests I need to take.
I have following queries:-
1) Is it enough to take 1Z0-042, to take Oracle Certified Associate, certification?
2) Is it necessary to take 1Z0-047 as a support for this certification?
3) Would I be considered for job openings if I get certified? (I mean the frequency of jobs). I know it is hard to answer this question, however I want an idea of applying for certified related jobs that accept OCA.
Please advice me in this regard.

To become OCA you need to do the 1z0-042 exam and one of the following exams: 1z0-007, 1z0-051, 1z0-047.
Becoming certified will put you in front of many people, but what employers are mostly looking for is experience. Many companies require a certification for the person to be even eligible for the interview, others use it as a differential.

Hi,
There is no special pre-requisite.You will have to take the ear file from the project. The iViews and roles of the application can be exported as epa. Deploy this ear in the other portal and import this epa in it. You are done. But make sure if there are any references like host name in the project which uses model from webservices, then you may have to change it if required and create a new ear. Use this ear for the new server.
