Hi Suresh,
WEDI documentation on IDOC types -> Basic types talks about SAP delivered SAP IDOC types. Documentation button displays what is the format of this IDOC in terms of structure, fields and data type it will accept.
By going through docuemntation on basic IDOC types you can understand what data type and what are valid data that can be part of IDOC types. You can also understand what information you can exchange between your business partners using BASIC IDOC TYPES.

Not really links or docs as such but common uses :
reserved OBIEE RPD settings (Security, Default Dashboard etc) :
USER, GROUP, PORTALPATH, LOGGINGLEVEL, WEBGROUP etc
Time Based values - use init block to populate variables to hold :
Current period, previous period for evaluating in answers / default values in prompts etc.
ETL / Cache Clearing
** e.g use init block to retrieve last ETL date for cache clearing, displaying in dashboards etc.
Theres a few, be interesting to hear others!

Regarding AIM Documents

Hi All,
I have a doubt regarding AIM Documentation,
What are the various AIM documents that a Senoir Functional Consultent needs to be prepare for an implementation project.
If it is an implementatin project say example the documetns are like MD 050,BR 100 what else documetns a senior person needs to be prepare,
Could some one please help me in this regard,

For Senior Functional Consultent , the TO-BE, AS-IS, SETUP are main delieravals. which is mapped to your BR 30,Br80,BR100. You can also use RD 30,50 for requirement capturing.
Apart from that ,other area where you required is Training and User Manual which is again mapped with your some of the standard template of AIM's.
Just to add, AIM is just a methodology which is is a set of guidelines or principles that can be tailored and applied to a specific situation.
This incorported two things. First, it is a methodology showing what tasks are required, what order they should be completed in, and what resources are required . second ,it provides deliverable templates for all the tasks that require them.

Any SAP R/3 implementation is a big effort which is done by a team of experts from different backgrounds, not by an individual. So if you are going to be on a project as technical person, in all probability you will join the team as a member of the technical team during the implementation phase. By this time, the blueprint and design phases would have been almost complete and some standards and procedures with regards to documentation, coding, transports and migration accross systems will have been established.
A team lead will brief you all the requirements of the project as far as documentation standards are concerned and migration of the objects, testing procedures etc. You don't have to worry about that. This will be specific to the project, so you cannot generalize it and apply it to every project.
Now the difference between a new implementation and support is that the first one is new one which goes through the phases of blueprinting, design, implementation, testing and go-live. The support phase comes after go-live. You will just be supporting the production system, in that you will be fixing any bugs in the existing programs or change some existing programs to add some more logic or remove some logic, or write new reports or programs as per the users' request.

Basic Documentation for J2ME MIDP?

I am new to developing for J2ME/MIDP and have not been successful in finding any language documentation to help me further my knowledge.
As a case in point, I have a sample app that I have been playing with, it is very simple and uses an object of type TextBox as follows...

t = new TextBox("Heya!", "Welcome to MIDP development", 256, 0);Now I want to append some more text to this TextBox at from another method in the app, but I can't find any documentation on TextBox to show me how to do this.
(I have tried "t.append(new StringItem(null, "More text"));" but it doesn't work).
Where is the documentation for MIDP? Is there something similar to the J2SE documentation here -

Also, I have difficulty understanding how MIDP and J2ME relate, what is their relationship? Is MIDP a part of J2ME? And how does CLDC relate to them both?

The documentation is part of the SDK when you download it.
If you downloaded the Wireless Toolkit or any other SDK, there should be a docs directory there with all the documentation (and if you don't have any SDK you can't do much development in any case).
As for the TextBox issue you would need something like:
t.setString(t.getString() + " some more text");And about those general J2ME questions, there's a good FAQ on this site.

I need to login on web authentication on HTTP instead of HTTPS.
If I login on HTTP, I will not receive certificate alerts that prevent the users connections.
I saw how to configure it with 7.x relesae but I have IOS XE Version 03.03.05SE and I don´t know how to configure it.
Web Authentication on HTTP Instead of HTTPS
You can login on web authentication on HTTP instead of HTTPS. If you login on HTTP, you do not receive certificate alerts.
For earlier than WLC Release 7.2 code, you must disable HTTPS management of the WLC and leave HTTP management. However, this only allows the web management of the WLC over HTTP.
For WLC Release 7.2 code, use the config network web-auth secureweb disable command to disable. This only disables HTTPS for the web authentication and not the management. Note that this requires a reboot of the controller !
On WLC Release 7.3 and later code, you can enable/disable HTTPS for WebAuth only via GUI and CLI.
Can anyone tell me how to configure web authentication on HTTP instead of HTTPS with IOS XE?

The documentation doesn't provide very clear direction, does it?
To download the WLC's default webauth page, browse to the controller's Security > Web Login Page. Make sure the web authentication type is Internal (Default). Hit the Preview button. Then use your browser's File > Save As... menu item to save the HTML into a file. Edit this to your liking and bundle it and any graphics images up into a TAR archive, then upload via the controller's COMMAND page.

Let me just say you guys are amazing, this entire community and how you support eachother... Ive strolled through just about every post in rebuilding section for the most recent 20 pages and must say, everyone here is absolutely glorious. However I have a few questions about my own personal roadmap if anyone could provide insight Im not a complete noob but so far Ive just been reading, taken no action except paying full without getting anything. I have a ClosedOut account with CITI, should be paid in full today or tommorow or whenever the check clears. CAgency was working I assume on behalf of CITI because both checks were made for full amount to CITI and balance was the balance. I had perfect payment for 2.5 years, the was delinquent for 8 months, paid in full 4.1k in two installments. When is it not greedy to ask CITI for some love and peace and kindness with a GW letter? I have valid reason as to why I stopped (2 car accidents april, july) and why I paid them back (accident settlement)How likely are they to help me out? I can provide them anything their heart desires with regards to documentation - medical, college, police reports, absolutely anything. I was making maybe $300 a month during that time and literally borrowed $33 from my neighbor to buy gas. Paying them seemed so huge at the time I just closed my eyes.I also have a natural gas account on my report that is negative in this manner: JUL-OK__AUG-OK__SEPT-ND__OCT-120Is this possible to be real? 120 is 4 monthsIf I still dont believe you, who do I call first, gas company or experian?If I call gas company, do I say youre wrong give me statements or do I nicely ask them to change it off the bat without disputingIf they give me statements and they are in fact wrong, do I call back or write a letter? Certified or no? Do I send said statements to bureaus? When? Finally, was it a mistake to take out and pay off a Discover student loan in two years? It was for 4k and I applied again and was denied.. Did they not make enough to bother with me? I sent them a recon letter, saying Im loyal please love me. Hope to hear back because loved them much more than Sallie. Any insight as to where I should have sent such letter (email)? I sent it to application status questions on their site.. Thoughts/suggestions?

Significance of BC Set Activation for GRC AC 5.3

Request you to please help me understand the significance of the BC Set Activation in an HR implemented ABAP system,
w.r.t. AC 5.3
The AC 5.3 runs separately on the a java instance and connected to ABAP with the help of JCo's.
Kindly assist, if you have any clue regarding the documentation for the same.
I want to understand, the criticality of activating the VIRSANH and VIRSAHR BC Sets on ABAP side for the proper functioning of the GRC AC 5.3 and if their is any variation in the results of GRC , if the BC Sets are activated/ or if not activated.

the BC Set needs to be activated as part of the post-installation process. It will also provide you with data that the RTA needs to work.
I have done this for many customers, there is no risk involved. All the "extra" data is in a separate namespace.

But I am not able to use it as per the selection screen given.

Line item in PNP logical database

Hi All,
Can anyone tell me, what is the selection logic for PNP Logical database, suppose in one report we use PNP Logical database,
So when we put some date range, so in the output of report there are 2 fields, so during that date range 1 field occurs two time and other field 4 times, so how many line items would be displayed by that report.

ITunes Crashed when attempting to access Music Store

hello. I am using iTunes 6.0.5.20 as of today, and continue to have a problem carried over from the previous version...
when I attempt to access the iTunes music store in the regular manner the program closes without any error messages, the icon remaining in the system tray until i scroll my mouse over it upon which it disappears - the program crashes outright -
i have e-mailed apple support and attempted to use all of their automatically generated solutions in solving this problem including -
upgrading (was never the issue i stay up-to-date generally)
checking my network and program access settings including firewalls etc.
run the repair process
run the un-install re-install process of both itunes and quicktime
i've also tried re-calibrating the itunes library by deleting the appropriate files and having itunes re-determine the included files... nonetheless the problem remains
this is becoming immensely frustrating and to be frank, i work in the recording industry and for all the talk about apple support - i have been immensely frustrated by the lack of personal support whatsoever - i have received only automated responses regarding online documentation... as if i didn't spend horus trying to solve the problem before sending an e-mail at all.
please if anybody has any ideas i'm desperate to solve this.

Your problem is the same one affecting countless iTunes users, including myself. There seems to be a common factor in that most if not all are using Windows XP Pro and I've noticed that the computer make, when listed, is a Dell. I have been through all the same Apple fixes, waited on hold for support for 1 1/2 hours just to be hung up on. I've had this issue for over a month and it has transcended both iTunes ver 6.0.4 and 6.0.5. Interesting thing, sometimes I get an error message telling me iTunes has to shut down and most of the time, the application closes unexpectantly and I have the same icon in the system tray till I hover my mouse over it. Frustration has turned to anger and a desire to find another product to get music into my and my 2 kids Ipods. I'll keep an eye on your post and let you know if I uncover anything as well.

Down Payment Processing on the Basis: Document Condition

Hi all,
since Enhancement Pack 2 there is a new possibility of down payment process. The new process is not depending on billing plan instead depending on Document conditions.
With this you can also have the the final invoice delivery related. In the order you have just a new header condition AZWA (debit down payments).
Is there also a possibility to create for this new downpayment process a down payment request with financal bookings (similar to billing type FAZ) ?? The documentation doesn't give any information about this in the new downpayment process.?
Any experience would be nice??

Online help is incomplete (e.g. condition class is missing, etc.) and system didn't add automatically these new condition types after business function activation.
