Registered cs6 software automatically identified as not genuine so I cannot update

I  contacted the chat line and he said that I had to go to the forum. He did check and the license key is genuine.  But he said he could not offer any assistance.
How do I go about getting this fixed since I am only supposed to be able to get cs6 answers on the forum? The update is for ACR

That the "support" chat staffer sent you here is outrageous, but par for the course for the outsourced Adobe support staff in India.  These are user to user forums.

    Not sure what you are saying. You can install and activate on 2 systems, but generally standalone installs have platform-specific serials and can only be installed eitehr on Windows or Mac, not both. However, your description seems to indicate a TLP volume license, so that would be possible.

  • How do you register iLife software that came preloaded on an iMac (I cannot seem to locate the Marketing Part Number) on the DVD?

    I just purchased an iMac with iLife and iWork preloaded.
    I wanted to register the software, but I cannot seem to locate the Marketing Part Number (MPN).  Help states the MPN is located on the product packaging near the barcode.  I can locate the barcode on the sleeve of the disc, but the MPN does not seem to be there.  Help states it starts with a letter and has the format M#####/#.  I have tried to enter each set of numbers shown, but all are invalid.

    You registered it when you registered the computer. Apple software bundled with a Mac can't be registered separately from it; that service is for standalone purchases only.

    That is very strange. I think this has to do with the ico file being enabled or disabled in about:config ? Try to disable javascript and restart the browser. You can still access it from about:config or by installing an add-on.

    I had to reinstall my entire CS6 after a crash. Got my number through company I purchased the program. Went onto Adobe to download entire set. But discovered my CS6 was not registered. So I decided to do so. BUT it didn't recognize my serial number, when I've just installed my programs with it.

    Where are you and where did you get the phone? All iPhones come with a 1 year warranty from the original date of sale.
    Make an appointment at the genius bar of your local Apple Store and take it in for them to have a look at.

  • After installing a Register type software and running a scan, I decided not to purchase the software and deleted it. Since then I cannot get a listing of my hotmail or Yahoo e-mails. My hotmail and Yahoo work fine on other PC's.

    I did delete my cache also to help my PC speed up. I do not remember if this was before or after I noticed the problem of the missing e-mails. I have no problems that I know of with any other software.

    Use the trackpad to scroll, thats what it was designed for. The scroll bars automatically disappear when not being used and will appear if you scroll up or down using the trackpad.
    This is a user-to-user forum and most people will post on here if they have problems. You very rarely get people posting to say there update went smooth. The fact is the vast majority of Mountain Lion users will not be experiencing any major problems with the OS, or maybe with apps which are not compatible, but thats hardly Apple's fault if developers don't update their apps.

    Did you correctly format your usb stick in accordance with the Boot Camp installation instructions? Go here to the Boot Camp System Requirements page, http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5634, look for your computer model/year and download the correct version of Windows Support software.
