Registered version now asking me to sign in for trial

I purchased Dreamweaver CS6 a little over 2 years ago. It's stand-alone - not part of a cloud package. I thought that I had purchased it directly from Adobe, but I can't find it within my products on the Adobe site. It is registered. Starting yesterday it began requiring me to sign in for my trial period or denying me access. I cannot locate the serial number in my records or in the Dreamweaver CS6 folder. What can I do to regain access to the program I purchased.

The Adobe site gave me the impression that I would have this feature after purchasing the new upgrade. I would not have purchased the upgrade, let alone five of them had I know this. Am I missing something?

    Acrobat XI comes with the Fromscentral AIR application and the ability to create PDF forms authored in Formscentral. To have more than the free (1 form with 50 responses) level account you need to sign up for a Formscentral subscription.

    sign out and then back in to your cc desktop app.  then install id cc 2014.

    Have you purchased the CS6 with a perpetual license? Or do you have a Creative Cloud subscription?
    If you had the former, you'd have a serial number. If the latter, you'd use your Adobe ID to login to your subscription.

    I have a subscription, it's paid up, I have the receipts, when I launch DW CC or PS CC, it asks me to sign in, which I do and then it asks if I want to subscribe. I had to accept a trial just to work the last couple of days, but I need this resolved. I haven't had any problems up until now.....hope this one doesn't turn into a big one.     I can tell you I had the very same problem. I got it fixed, though!
    Here's what I did.
    1. Uninstall EVERYTHING by Adobe! .
    2. Restart the PC
    3. Run the Adobe Cleaner Tool as administrator and follow the steps it tells you. Uninstall all. http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
    4. Restart the PC
    5. Delete the following folders by hand:
    C:\Program Files\Adobe;
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe;
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe;
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe;
    C:\ProgramData\Adobe C:\Users\Default\AppData\Roaming\Adobe
    C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Adobe;
    C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow\Adobe;
    C:\Users\username\App Data\Roaming\Adobe;
    C:\Users\Public\Roaming\Adobe
    6. (Win+R / Execute --> regedit --> Enter):
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Adobe
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe
    Save a copy of both and delete the ons in the registry.
    7. Start CCleaner and delete all errors in the registry. It's the second icon in the program. http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner
    8. Delete the domains in your hosts file from Adobe
    9. Restart PC and start the installation of Creative Cloud
    This helped me. I really had to get rid of everything by Adobe, after that it doesn't ask me to license it or use trial version. It works!

    Hi since upgrading to mountain lion and updated Itunes last week, every time i switch on my IMac Itunes opesn and automatically and keeps asking me to sign in to use this computer for Automatic Downloads. I can enter the password 10+ times but it still will not work.
    If i select to cancel then itunes will crash and ask me if I want it to reopen. If I try to cancel/quit Itunes it just keeps trying to reopen all the time and the crashes again

  • PS12 worked yesterday, today "required sign-in for trial version", uninstalled and reinstalled and now Editor won't open, however Organizer will open, using PC Windows 7-64bit

    Do you have QuickTime installed? If not, install it or Repair it.
    To Repair, START/CONTROL PANEL/PROGRAM n FEATURES/highlight QUICKTIME and click REPAIR.
    Another thing to check is see whether your system is clear of Malware but you have to SCAN it in a SAFE Mode:
    Start your computer in "Safe mode with networking", go to CNET's download.com to download a free version of Malwarebyte. Install and perform update immediately, then do a full SCAN. Remove malware if it indeed finds any. Restart computer to regular windows to let Malwarebyte complete the removal.
    To start your computer in safe mode
    Restart computer
    Press and hold the F8 key as your computer restarts. You need to press F8 before the Windows logo appears. If the Windows logo appears, you'll need to try again by waiting until the Windows logon prompt appears, and then shutting down and restarting your computer. 
    On the Advanced Boot Options screen, use the arrow keys to highlight the "safe mode with networking" option, and then press Enter. 
    Log on to your computer with a user account that has administrator rights.
    When your computer is in safe mode, you'll see the words Safe Mode in the corners of your screen. To exit safe mode, restart your computer and let Windows start normally.

    On the support page, select "I cant find my serial number" in the first dropdown menu.
    In the second dropdown, select "My product isn't registered.."
