Registering a new iPhone 4 online

I've recently bought the iPhone 4, and I also have a iPhone 2G. My issue is that I don't seem to be able to complete the registration of either products on Apples website (link to the NORWEGIAN registration page: https://register.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/GlobaliReg.woa).
I follow all the steps in the registration process, but in the end I always get an error saying:
"It's not possible to validate the information for the product. Click on the link below to register a new product". This messages comes even when the products serial number has a * next to it (meaning Apple recognized the product).
This happens all the time. My local authorized Apple Store (Eplehuset Bergen, NORWAY) urged me to contact Apple. I can't seem to find any e-mail addresses, so I try this forum. Any idea folks?

When I check on the phone itself (iCloud and App Store settings) the Apple ID is correct. I'm not sure where else to check.
Whilst setting up the phone, it prompted me to register, which I did. Then when connecting to my laptop through iTunes it prompted me again so I registered again. I even got a confirmation email to the email address associated with my Apple ID that the registration was successful.
How can I add my iPhone 5s to the list of devices on the correct Apple ID?

Hhave you signed into iTunes store using the same Apple id that you use for iTunes match?

According to our records, this serial number is registered to another Apple ID. If you have more than one Apple ID, log in to My Support Profile with that Apple ID to see your other registered products. Not sure if you have another Apple ID?
Like to know how possible? i just buy this from mall of the emiraites (Dubai, UAE) 3 hours ago!!!

Sounds like you bought a used gray market phone that's already registered to someone else. Return it and buy a phone from an authorized source.

Can I register a new iphone to an apple ID that is already registered to another iphone?

I managed to disable my iphone so went through the process of restoring it, then it asked me to enter my apple ID that was originally used to set up the phone. However it isn't having any of it and says '[email protected] cannot be used to unlock this iphone' so the phone is now pretty much useless.
So i'm planning on buying another iphone 4s but I have a few questions.. Can my CURRENT apple ID be used to register my phone (same ID i've used all along just changed the email) that's already registered on my old iphone or will I have to create a new one? I have no option to delete the current owner settings as I never created an icloud account. thanks for any help!

Wrong language registering new iPhone on iTunes. How do I get it back to English?

Registering my new iPhone 4 on iTunes on my Windows 7 computer.
Asked to input iPhone number (form already had home phone in iPhone place). I tried to input new iPhone number but it asked for 4 digit code. I ended up putting original home phone number back but it seems to have recognised my STD code as an international dialling code and changed reistration language to Spanish/Portuguese.
Am now stuck and can't go forwards or back until I get it back into English.

Thank you. I was having the same problem (registration was in English and then the Chinese screen appeared). Reseting the iPad solved this problem for me.
I unplugged the iPad from the computer and then held down the menu and wake button at the same time until the unit reset (the screen goes black and then the white apple logo reappears). I plugged the iPad back into the computer and the screen was in English.
If anyone is curious about the screen before I reset here is what it said:

The following Knowledge Base article offers a few steps to try and some additional recommendations for issues with activating your iOS device:

If your carrier provided a SIM card, make sure it's in your iPhone.
Restart the iPhone.
Try to reach the activation server another way, then try to activate.
Try connecting to a known-good Wi-Fi network if you can't activate using a cellular data connection.
Try connecting to iTunes if you can't activate using Wi-Fi.
Restore the iPhone.
Check the system status for iOS Device Activation. If the iOS Device Activation status isn't green, try activating your iPhone later.
If you receive an alert message when you try to activate your iPhone, place the iPhone in recovery mode and perform a restore. If you still can't complete the setup assistant due to an activation error, contact Apple for assistance.

New iPhone 4 keeps crashing my iTunes- any suggestions as to why?

I've registered my new iphone 4 with iTunes on my Mac- all fine, Apps, Contacts, iCal and so on. The music library is too large to fit so I've hit 'Automatically fill free space with songs".
Now every time I plug in it Syncs but whenever I try to do something manual in the iPhone through iTunes, it pretty much crashes it.
Any suggestions what is causing this and how I might fix it?

Preorder My iPhone 6 online but it didnt give me an option to trade in my device.

I preordered my new iPhone 6+ online this morning, however, it did not give me an option to trade in my current iPhone 5.
What do I need to do to get the trade in credit for my device and will it decrease my edge per month amount once it's applied?
Lastly, how does the trade in work since I won't recieve my device until 10/7 ?

We can answer all of that for you so you get that $200 you're looking for. You will need to visit our Trade In website http://bit.ly/GGnDDC to start this process by September 30, 2014. Then you will receive a box in the mail to return your iPhone 5 to us in, and it must be returned by December 30th, 2014. That should allow you plenty of time to have the iPhone 6 shipped and activated before returning your older model.

scodaddy, that is a wonderful question. We are super excited about the new iPhone. You can always pre-order your new iPhone online and then start the mail in rebate by following this link: http://bit.ly/GGnDDC Or you can always go into the store location and do it all in store on the 19th when the phone is launched. That would depend on if the store has them in stock when you go in. I hope that this was able to address your concern.
