REINSTALL 2014 PHOTOSHOP

I installed CC & 2014 photoshop on a trial basis several hours ago.
I got this message
("ONE OR MORE FILES IN THE ADOBE APPLICATION SUPPORT FOLDER, NECESSARY FOR RUNNING PHOTOSHOP, ARE MISSING. PLEASE RUN THE PHOTOSHOP UNINSTALLER AND RE-INSTALL PHOTOSHOP").
i uninstalled photoshop intending to re-install it as suggested.
However my creative cloud thinks it is already installed so i can’t seem to install it again.
How do i re-install it?

Run the cleaner tool and try again.

I have been working with P/S 7.0 for a long time. M y DELL desktop crashed
and I lost everything in my working projects. I want to load the program
onto my laptop (enough space) but all I can find is my serial number. I don't
know if I EVER had a program disc. Can I find the download and use my old
serial # to access it? I really don't want to buy again and I don't know
what would have equal capabilities.

Download and save both files to the same folder then double click on the file2 (a .exe file) to start the unpack of the other file. May take a little while to get going.
Or you could copy the contents of the DVD to a memory stick on the PC with the DVD drive and then use that.

However, there are many highly experienced volunteer users here willing to help.
Can you please clarify: are you saying that your Flood filter (whatever that is) is in your Bridge folder but not in Photoshop?
UPDATE: I Googled your Flood Filter and discovered it's not an Adobe filter at all. Have you contacted its manufacturer, Flaming Pear? What do they say?

Sadly, it looks like that site has expired and the download is no longer there.
The link works fine. I just tried it and it's the link given to everyone who posts here asking for a link to Elements 10.
You must follow the Very Important Instructions (steps 0 to 6) on that page first otherwise the download links will not work.
Once you've followed the instructions then click the download link.

After wiping my computer clean, I had to reinstall Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 but realized I no longer have the box with the serial number. I purchased the softward from a camera company called B&H Photo but they don't do anything but ship. I have the external box with barcode but not the internal box with serial number. What can I do to reinstall?
