Reinstall AppStore apps

Had to reinstall my OS when done I tried to reinstall apps from app store but they are not there.  When I go to that apps page it only give me an option to purchase again. How can I download again? Does the app store have a feature like iTunes to view all purchased apps?

    You can't gift it, gifting can only be done from within the store, not from within your library.
    Puchases are considered final but you can try the 'report a problem' link to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit you : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

    Hold the home and power button down until your phone restarts. If that doesn't work, backup and restore using iTunes.

    i downloaded the wal mart app for my i phone a while back. i just recently tried to use it. when it asked me to log in, i realized i did not have a user id or password.i tried to set up one and it gave me an error message stating the e-mail i was using was already linked to an account. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app.it did not give me the icon to install the app, but the cloud icon popped up.i selected it and my girlfriends name comes up on my phone with my e-meil attached. i was able to set it up with a different e-mail, but i do not like using that e-mail because im so used to using my hotmail account for everything. what do i have to do to unshare all info between our phones and i-cloud? I WOULD LIKE TO AT LEATS HAVE ONE THING PRIVATE THAT WE DO NOT HAVE TO SHARE!!!

    It sounds like that your email is associated to another Apple ID. You may want to check her Apple ID at applid.apple.com, and see if your email is linked to it.

    I recently purchased an ipad for my son and I am pretty sure it had the appstore app on it for I was able to download apps (angry birds etc). However when I presented it ot him and was going to add more apps the app stoe app was missing and I could not envisage any other way of downlaoding apps.

  • IMovie has frozen up on me. I've tried rebooting and reinstalling the apps- no help. I can play some of the files- but I can't get into the libraries.Even when I can get something to play the whole system crashes after a few minutes. What can I do?

    I desperately need your help. I was working on iMovie last night when the thing froze up on me. I've tried rebooting. I've tried reinstalling the apps. No change. I can play some of the files- although I can't tell which ones will play until they magically appear. I can't get into the project library or the event library. The bar that lets me scroll through the clips is gone. Even when I can get something to play the whole system crashes after a couple of minutes and generates a "problem report" that says "iMovie Quit Unexpectedly". This all started when I was adding cutaways- and one clip just would not load. After I tried several times everything froze up. Have you ever heard of something like this? Maybe I pushed a button or somehow changed a setting? Maybe some of the video is corrupt? What do you recommend?
    Thanks for any advice you can offer!

    Do you have one of those newer Macs which require a special update? From other posts, it seems there are now three different OS versions/updates - each one of specific Macs.
    I'd call Apple and give them your serial number as well as - important - your build number (click on the Apple and About this Mac; under Mac OS X, click on the numbers until you get to build .......)

  • I have use Apple TV with the remote app on my iPad 4 and my iPhone 5 I reinstalled the app on my iPad but the gestures do not work

    I have been able to use my remote app from my iPad4 and my iPhone 5 until recently. I can connect and the tap to select works fine. But the app stopped responding to hand gesutres to navigate the ATV screen. All my software is updated to the latest versions. I deleted the app from my iPda and reloaded it from the app store. I turned off all my devices, including my router before reinstalling the app. I did not unplug the ATV. The app will activate the ATV and tapping menu brings me to the main screen but I cannot navigate the screen at all.

    It reboots it but unplugging can also rectify communication issues like this. A restore would be the next step.

    In more specific terms. The apps that came on the iPod like the weather and maps and whatnot have been working flawlessly. It's just when I download an app and then disconnect from wifi it's almost like I'm on a timer until the app stops working. It acts like it wants to open, the screen flashes black then resets to the home pages. I've tried all of the basic fixes, rebooting, reseting, uninstalling then reinstalling. But like in my...long...question, the reinstalling option only seems to be a temporary fix. I just recently downloaded the 5.1.1 udate (I think that's what it was) does that have anything to do with it, or am I just derpy when it comes to iPods?

    Hmm. I've seen some posts about the iTunes Store having some issues today.  I'm having an issue logging in.  Says my password is incorrect even though I know it's the right one.  You might wait a couple of hours and try again.

    Delete the app and all the associated files using this utility > Download AppCleaner for Mac - Uninstall your apps easily. MacUpdate.com
    Then re download the app. You won't be charged again.
    How to re download apps from the Mac App Store:
    Open the App Store. From the menu bar click Store > Sign In
    Click Purchases from the top of the App Store window.
    Select which apps you want to re download. Then right or control click where you see Installed  then click Install.
    Make sure and use the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
    If you continue to have problems with the app you can report it to Apple here >  Apple - Support - Mac App Store - Contact Support
    And go to the app at the App Store. You should see a link to the app developer's site for support.

    That's a peculiar one to get in the context of a QuickTime uninstall.
    Which particular version of QuickTime for Windows are you currently running? (7.7.5, 7.7.4, something earlier?)
