Reinstall creative cloud

Just got my computer fixed after it crashed. I have to reinstall creative cloud, but it says it's already been used. What do I do?

    You can delete the alias also Adobe creative cloud if you have that in Application folder and try downloading CC cleaner tool for MAC Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6 
    Run the software and remove Creative cloud Desktop app.
    Navigate to the OOBE folder.
    Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
    Delete the OOBE folder.
    Access hidden user library files | Mac OS 10.7 and later
    You can download it again from here: Free Creative Cloud | Download Adobe Creative Cloud free trial
    Sign in and then try to install CC apps.

    If you are on MAC Open Activity Monitor and check for Creative Cloud, it it Running Quit it
    MAC HD /Applications/Utilities/Activity Monitor
    If you are on Windows check in task manager
    Ctrl + shift +  Esc keys

    There is no need to uninstall on the old machine, but you can sign out thru the CC Manager if you like and then uninstall like you would any other software (depends on your operating system).
    To install on the new machine repeat what you did originally with the old machine...
    Download/install the desktop application, sign in, install the subscription application(s).

    Uchinan please try running the uninstallers in the Programs & Features control panel to see if it is restores your ability to reinstall within the Adobe Application Manager.

    Hello, I recently downloaded creative cloud and then subsequently photoshop cc. I was only actually able to use it once and then later that day when I turned on my laptop it then told me that there was a problem and that my computer needed to revert back to a time before there was a problem and that meant that creative cloud and photoshop were removed. I then went back to reinstall creative cloud and i got a very confusing message.I have attached a picture of the message that displays, I have no idea what to do.     Where did you put the LR catalog?
    Did you install the same version of LR, which one?
    OS and version?
    Open the folder where the catalog (*.lrcat) is located. If you see a file with lock in it while LR is not running, delete it.
    Now try to start LR again.

    I am unable to run, or reinstall creative cloud. I received an error code of 214 when trying to run the update and an error code of 204 when trying to install using a new download. I was unable to find any concrete information on the adobe site other than "contact customer support" but I am unable to easily find that information as well.
