Please Help Me .
I have found in my phone Some of the problems and download Nokia Suite , And I can not find any update for my phone
So I reinstall phone software , the program download software and then , do back up , and in the third step , it will install software , it`s do error " Cannot Install Software " !!
Please Any One Help Me

they could make it i believe.. Now every hard reset (three fingers combination) earlier or later makes users to bring phone to nokia care point. and i believe if i take my phone to nokia care point in lithuania>Naujoji akmene ill loose warranty anyway, cause i dont think its a real nokia care point even it shows in a website. With phone i got a warrianty tablet. And theres no nokia logo or even nokia.com link in it.. theres some random phone repair centre link: www.etaisykla.lt

I have erased my iphone 3 and want to reinstall the software but my phone is not taking software.

In reset setting i have used erase iphone option and after erasing the whole setting and contents i want to reinstall the software but my phone is not starting up only the apple image is there on the main screen. how can i reinstall software in my phone.

Was your iPhone jailbroken ?
Put it in DFU mode so that iTunes recognizes it in Recovery mode. Restore.

Not able to update Nokia X2-02 phone software usin...

I have got a Nokia X2-02. Since past six months I am trying to update the software of my phone using Nokia PC Suite, Nokia Suite and Nokia Software Updater. But its not working. This problem started when I updated my Windows 7 to Windows 8.

You don't mention whether 32 or 64-bit but have no issues with any Nokia Software using Windows 8 Pro on 64-bit machine. Nokia Suite should certainly be compatible as here: http://www.nokia.com/ng-en/support/product/x2-02/
Once a Nokia software installation goes wrong it can take a lot of sorting out sometimes necessitating removing redundant key entries in registry and may be quicker to try to get access to another PC.

Nokia 6500 phone software update problem

i m having nokia 6500s-1. product key is 0556765. the software version is 4.04. now 7.62 version for 6500s is available. but my product key is not showing any upgrade version of phone software. again my phone sometimes hang and restart while talking. the theme also shift to default theme suddenly. what can i do ???

Hi there Hamraam, been reading this thread and if you continue to have the problems with your phone, I would suggest taking your phone to your local Nokia Care Centre for them to take a look at. That is strange that calendar entries and personalised settings are not being restored to your phone after the update.
It is unlikely that Nokia will release another firmware update for the 6500 Slide. It was released in October 2006 or thereabouts, same as the 5610 XpressMusic, and with the release of newer models, the support cycle for the 6500 Slide has most likely ended with the release of the last update, 10.00, for unbranded product codes of the handset.

The 6230i is too old to be supported by the nokia software updater.
It can only be updated at a nokia care point.
Care points/service centres and repair info:

Phone software updating with Nokia Ovi Suite

I'd like to update my E65 software using Ovi Suite. I know the newest phone software for E65 is 3.0633.69.00 and my phone has 2.0633.65.01 software. The problem is that Ovi Suite still claims that the phone software is up-to-date. Any suggestions!?

First off, Ovi Suite is not currently showing your phone as supported. If it came on a CD with the phone, Nokia may have later determined that there are some compatibility issues. Uninstall it and install Nokia PC Suite.
As to the update, Nokia dose not release the same update in all markets at the same time. North America seems to be the last market they release to. Wherever you are, you may have to wait. Worse, if you bought the phone from your cell service provider, you have to wait until they approve the update. Nokia has no control over that.

my Nokia sw update is telling me it has a phone software update to 12.0.110 but it wont let me update using the phone i then use my pc an Nokia says it doesn't to update as i have the up-to-date software which is v 10.0.020 which is old is any one else having this problem ?

try hard reset your phone.
press and hold Caps shift + Space bar + Delete button whil turning your phone on.
try software update after hard reset.

Nokia Suite does not offer latest phone software u...

Nokia website shows latest software for C7-00 is 111.040.1511. My phone is using 111.030.0609.
Nokia Suite (3.7.22) offers a couple of minor software additions, such as widgets, but does not show the later phone software available.
How do I get it to see and offer the latest software?

Availability of update depends on Product Code / Region. Also, for Network locked devices, update is possible only after an approval from the Operator.
Did you also check thru' FOTA ..(i.e. Software Update option available on your Phone - Refer P. 104 of the User Guide ) ?
If No update is available thru' both FOTA and Nokia Suite.. As per the reasons mentioned above, even if an update is released by Nokia, it need not be for your Device.

NOKIA 5800 OTA "phone software" update not startin...

I am trying to update the phone software via the software update application on my phone. I dont know if I have the option to do it on my laptop as I have a mac. Anyway, so I have done other updates this morning, ovi maps with sat nav, adobe lite and these started no problem however the "phone software" just doesnt do anything when I press the start update button or go option start update.
Any ideas anyone?

Can't reinstall N95 software

I'm having problems with Nokia Map Loader and Nokia Maps. I tried various things and got nowhere (even reformatting the memory card doesn't work), so I called support and they told me I need to reinstall the phone software. I downloaded Nokia software updater and when I run it, it just says "updating the software" for a few minutes, then a screen comes up saying "phone recovery" and tells me to take out the battery, put it back in, etc, then click retry. It just keeps doing this. I can't reinstall the firmware.
I called support again, they told me to reinstall PC suite, which I have done, but it still does the same thing. They told me that if this is the case I will need to take the phone to a care centre to be reflashed with software.
Before I have to go all the way to a care centre, has anyone else got any other ideas? The firmware version I have is 11.0.026 which it says is up to date.

Going to a NCP(Nokia Care Point) is probably the best solution.
But before you do, try this.

This will reset your phone and hopefully wipe anything off that is causing your error.
Then try connecting your phone back to the computer and try the maps again.
If this fails, NCP it is im afraid.

N 97 Mini problems while refreshing phone software

I have updated via Nokia program the phone software of my N97 mini, after which i could see some japanese (chinese) letters in my menu. So I decided to change the product code, and reinstall the software with new code. After that my phone is not working at all, it doesent even turn on. It shows only white screen, with no info on it. I tried everything hard reset, connectng to computer cable. My computer doesn't even recognise it. What can I do? How can i fix my phone?
Please help dears...

Hopefully firmware version(s) for the two product codes were identical, as you certainly can't revert to an earlier version; unfortunately by carrying out this process you have exceeded the support parameters from this manufacturer's sponsored forum, as any response concerning un-authorised processes would be deleted by the moderators.
