Reinstall windows and now can't download photoshop

Hi, i just reinstall windows 7 64 bit, install adobe cc, login, etc. But then i cannot download and install photoshop cc.
it just reaching 1% or 2% and stopped, and said something like "the download appears corrupted. please try to download again. (-60).
I have close all antivirus, firewall, HIPS, viruscope and kill the program (Comodo internet security) and still don't have effect.

Then i tried to delete folder AAMUpdater and OOBE as suggested in troubleshoot . But no luck. Instead the photoshop download now written "Try" not "Install", which is weird, since i've paid it.

If you have installed iTunes 7, the Store menu > Check for Purchases option should do the trick.
If you're still using iTunes 6, look for Check for Purchases in the Advanced menu.

If you updated the OS after Photoshop 5.x was installed, the nefarious Yosemite disjointed beast damaged your Photoshop installation. Thank Apple for that.
You need to UNinstall Photoshop again, look for, download and run the Adobe CS Cleaner Tool, Repair Permissions with Apple's Disk Utility, install Photoshop from scratch again, apply any and all available Photoshop updates, and ONCE AGAIN Repair Permissions with Apple's Disk Utility—in that precise order.

Before going back to McAfee, you might do well to stick with MSE for a while to see how it goes. A search of these forums will show that many people have moved in the opposite direction, and to my knowledge none have regretted it. More here: BT Forum AV Advice .

Go to settings/itunes & app store and logout of your new ID and log in with the old, then try looking for past purchases again

Please clarify the purpose of sync. I thought of it as a backup tool and reinstalled windows and now years of bookmarks are lost. This hurts!

I would like you to please verify the purpose of sync more clearly in the future. I had to reinstall windows and thought I could use sync to save my bookmarks. Now years of bookmarks are lost because the program was not specific in telling me about the recovery keys until it was too late. This put a huge dent in my productivity and really sets me back. I realize that nothing can be done at this point but please clarify this for others so that it doesn't happen again. This really sucks!

Help, i've uninstalled itunes and now can't download new version

First I downloaded newest versions for ipod touch, and itunes. Next, the computer & I-tunes would not recognize ipod. I followed every direction given on this site and nothing worked. So, now, i've uninstalled itunes and can't get the download to download itunes. I've turned off the antivirus in case that was blocking it, and still can't download. Please help.

Reinstalled windows. Now can;t see how to get Photoshop, Bridge and lightroom back

After a complete reinstall of my system, I just came to the Adobe site wanting to download my products and can;t see how to do it. Might just be missing the obvious, but I dunno...any ideas? Where do I go to download the Creative Cloud app, and from there I can presumably download the products I have paid for...

You can check your Adobe account onoline and see if there are links there for your products. If you purchased them as downloads thru Adobe then they might be. Otherwise, you should be able to find them thru the following page:

You will need your serial number as well, which might be found in your Adobe account online if you registered the software.

Erased photoshop and now can't download new version

i unistalled photoshop 6 from my computer when i renewed my subscription (i did this cause it wasn't opening) and now i can't download a new version.

I had the same issue with a purchased version of CS6....in my case i wanted to reinstall CS6 on a new PC. The kind folks at Adobe fixed this for me today. Here is the anonomised script from the chat

HT201272 Switched to new Mac (10.7.5) and now can't download any iTunes purchases.

Since I've switched to my new Mac, I can't download any of the (music) purchases I make. (I used a cable between the two Macs to make the original transfer of "all my stuff" from the old Mac to the new, so the iTunes stuff I had then is on the new Mac.)
I can see the download buttons, but when I push them, it stops it immediately and tells me I don't have the authority to do it.
I'm the sole person on the iTunes account. It doesn't matter whether I make the purchase on the new or the old computer. I even tried deauthorizing the old computer, so that the only one on the account is the new one, and it still won't let me download what I purchase. I did find something where I originally only had Read privileges, but I added Write as well, so that should be OK. Not sure what else to try.

OK, I'm replying to my own question, because I've figured it out... sort of.
It seems that when I transferred computers, it set up my e-mail/Apple ID as a separate user! Why it did this, I have no idea.
I went into the User folder and found that I was barred from accessing any of the stuff under that ID. It was not enough to simply give myself Read & Write permission; I also had to use the little pulldown under the gear symbol that applied it to all the items IN the folder.
No idea why It would do this, but now it seems to have downloaded my stuff—at least some of it. (I know that one album is missing a song—?!) I'll have to check more completley later to make sure that it's ALL there.

I have had to re-install the system on my computer and now need to download Photoshop/lightroom etc again. Can I do that without having to pay another monthly subscription?

So I now have to reload programmes.
I am a monthly subscriber to Photoshop & Lightroom but can't find a way to download them again without entering into a new subscription agreement.

Many developers when they updated their apps to support iOS 5 and 6 dropped compatibility for iOS 4.2.1 and earlier.
Your only way is if you have the version that was compatible on your computer such as in the recycle bin/trash or in a computer file backup. In that case delete the current version that is in your iTunes App library and replace it with the older version. Then sync.

Had to remove firefox and now can't download to re-install

Due to 'someone' downloading something and getting malware, which should now be gone, but to clear completely removed firefox. Now using IE (yuk) tried to download FF. The firefox setup screen comes up and the rolling progress bar is going across the page but for 20 mins nothing more.

If you don't have access to your rescue email account, or you don't have one on your account (an alternate/secondary email address is a different setting/address), then you will need contact iTunes Support or Apple to get the questions reset (you won't be able to change/add a rescue email address until you can answer 2 of your questions)
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57
When they've been reset you can then use the steps half-way down the page that you posted from to update/add a rescue email address for potential future use
