I needed reinstall my Elements 9 and now doesn't update and doesn't function well.

In the past when I have updated successfully, the spinning circle would show me an indicator of time left on the update. I no longer have this Indicator. The circle just spins and times out and nothing happens. I've reset the iPad in the settings menu, reset the router, logged in and out of Apple id, powered ithe iPad off and on, and tried a couple other "fixes" that I've read online. So far no luck. AAny help would be greatly appreciated. Much thanks!

How much free space do you have? If it is low, installers may not be able to run properly.

This is incredibly frustrating for me too!
I have a repeated monthly event for a discount at a store that is offered on the first Tuesday of every month. So I have a repeated event taking place on the 1st of every month. In the previous month I reset next month's date from the 1st to whatever date falls on the first Tuesday.
But ever since upgrading to Yosemite, I am experiencing the same problem as the original person who posted. The date saves on my calendar but does not sync to my iCloud. When I reboot the computer, the date reverts back to the 1st.
I'm thankful I don't have any events that needed to be tracked because ALL of my previous changes in the past have reverted back to the 1st of the month. I would have been in the same terrible situation as yaz999 in having to manually change every event in previous months.
Why hasn't this bug been fixed yet???!!!

Reinstalling elements and premiere elements

I recently "refreshed" my windows 8 which much to my surprise removed my elements among other things. How do I reinstall my elements and premiere elements? I still have the discs and the product key but when i insert discs nothing happens.

For now I will assume that when you insert the installation disc that the autoplay does not go into action.
If that it what is happening, then go to File Explorer in the Task Bar, go to Computer and right click the drive in which the installation disc is inserted.
Select Run Auto-Play and then, in the dialog that appears, click on Run AutoPlay.exe.
If worse comes to worse, which it should not, you can always install from the Premiere Elements Folder's Setup.exe file.
Please let us know the outcome.

Downloaded app and doesn't update game

I downloaded a free game app on my ipad. Decided liked the game so dowloaded full version. Received message and bill that all ok but game is stuck and won't update full version?

As you can see when I go to my Updates page in the App Store, as an example you can see that Facebook shows an Update button. However, it's already updated and when I click update it simply opens FB.
If I open the App Store and search for Facebook, it shows the Open button next to it. This Updates page has a major bug.
And why does Chrome and Vevo still show up under the Updates page? Shouldnt they be under the Purchased section?
Im still on 7.0.6 but I highly doubt that is the issue as this wasn't happening up until a month or two ago. I thought nothing of it until so many people kept reporting the same bug/error. Has anyone found a fix for this?

I have an iPad mini, 16G, WiFi only. My operating system is iOS 7.0.3. My problem is that my App Store has stopped updating apps. And it's not like the update starts, but never finishes. It doesn't start at all. I touch the "Update" button, and the app opens instead of updating. I have 9 updates now, and none of them work. And the rest of the App Store is working fine. I have no problems searching for apps or downloading new apps. It's just the updates that don't work. I had thought that maybe I needed to update my software and then it would start working, but I can't. The available software update requires 5.9G of storage, and I only have 1.6G. I also thought that maybe there was not enough forage to update the apps, but if that was the case, then it would tell me that there is not enough storage instead of opening the app. Does anyone know how to fix this? I really need to update my apps!

It sounds like you are unable to update your apps in the App store because they launch, rather than update. I would recommend starting by signing out of your Apple ID in Settings:
iTunes: Using the iTunes Store for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Create New Apple ID on your device.
Then quit all the running apps on your phone:
iOS: Force an app to close
Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
When you have done that restart the device and test the issue again:
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting

Photos app gets stuck "downloading" and doesn't update

I uploaded my entire photo library to iCloud and once it was showing on all my devices, i added it to my macbook air. the issue I'm having is that it loads 543 pictures (out of 24,559) and stops, nothing else happens and i have left the laptop "ON" for days. My internet is 300MB down and 20MBUP so i don't think is my internet speed.
anyone having this issue? i deleted the iPhoto library files, and created a new one and the same thing happened it got stuck on 543 (says preparing 24,559). any help is greatly appreciated.

Is this Gmail account being accessed as an IMAP account, or POP?
I have many accounts, and my Gmail is not a prime one that I use. However, the last few days it has been acting a bit weird, and at the same time I have been trying to help a friend set his Gmail up on a new Mac, and having issues with that, even tho' his POP account from his ISP works fine.
I read that Google is in the process of rolling out new features for Gmail, and I am watching to see if the issues I have seen are related.

I have a requirement where if I'm creating a variable of Element Type in BPEL Process it is importing an entry of the schema location in wsdl also. How to
get rid of adding the entry of a schema location in wsdl. So that we can have a secure webserivce.
How to acheive this.
If possible kindly share me a link on this.

As I know, when you define a variable of Element Type you do not need to attach it to wsdl. You do need an XSD.
When you define a variable of MessageType you need to attach it to wsdl.
I don't think you can avoid attaching the variable into wsdl file.

I have not had wifi since November when I upgraded to the newest IOS version. I called the Apple help line and they told me some things to do and I tried them all and they worked for a few hours and then wifi shut off again. I kept doing what they told me and it worked for a couple more days and then I could never turn it on again. My blue tooth doesn't work either. I had to actually increase my data usage with AT&T becuase of this. When I did that in December I went to the Apple store and was told that it is a hardware issue and since my phone is out of warranty I would have to pay for a new phone because they could not fix the issue. My upgrade isn't up until June 2014 so not only do I have to wait for the upgrade and I am not paying for a new phone but I have to pay $10 plus extra a month on my cell phone bill because I was going over on my Data!!! I have been beyond upset about this and Apple is not doing anything about this nor did they offer up some way to resolve the issue because obviously it is not just some rare incident if several people are having this issue. Who knows how many people out there have had this issue and have not said anything about it. Now there is a newer update that I can't do because it requires wifi in order to download.
June can not get here fast enough and I may not go back to Iphone after dealing with this for so long with no help from Apple.

It sounds like you are constantly needing to restore your phone because it keeps going into recovery mode. Usually putting a device into recovery mode and restoring it can help isolate an issue to your iPhone hardware if an issue persists afterwards. I would try manually putting it into recovery mode and restoring it 1 more time:

If that does not resolve it the symptoms indicate to me that it is a hardware issue causing this to happen and would seek service for it:

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
