You do not transfer Adobe applications, it does not work. You need to install using installation files.

I recently hd to wipe my entire drive and restore and reinstall everything. How fun...not!
Reinstalling adobe creative suite 5.5 now, it keeps saying
"please close SafariNotificati" (spelt exactly as is) I have quit all programs including safari, tried force quitting safari, and this is STILL happening!!!
i Am a photo student and need my suite!! Someone please help!!!

Go to Applications > Utilities and launch Activity Monitor.
This will show a list of all processes and applications running:
Select SafariNotificationAgent in the list. Then click the little X icon at the upper left to kill that process.

after a did a clean install in mac book pro I am not able to reinstall the creative suite in my mac. I tried to install it from the cd I had bought it but it says "the seri a number you entered is valid, but a qualifying product cannot be found on this computer ' any help to solve this issue please ?

You must have an Upgrade CD. It's only asking you for the serial number ("key") of the older versiuon you used to upgrade to whatever version you are trying to install.

You can download Acrobat from this page: Download Acrobat products | Standard, Pro | XI, X.
You'll need your serial number to install. If you can't locate it, please see this document: Find your serial number quickly.

I need help!
The business I work for has Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium and Adobe Creative Suite 6 Production Premium.
We currently have theses suites on a number of computers (5 or 6 roughly?) and only 2 computers have a full version of these suites.
We are needing to have a full version on more then 2 computers.
What are my options?
How would I provide a different seriel number?
Can I change settings to allow the programs to be used in more then 2 computers?

Crash of my computer - How do I re-install the Adobe suite cc ?

I need your help with the re-installation of the Adobe suite cc on a second computer.
My main computer has been out of service for several weeks. It can't be repaired and returned to service, forcing me to use my second backup computer on which I installed the Adobe suite.
I purchased a new computer that will become my main computer. How do I install the Adobe suite on new computer since it is impossible for me to restart my old computer to disable the Adobe suite?

I have checked your subscription, right now the subscription is active on two machines.
1. Pease launch any CC product from the second computer in which you can acccess the CC, go to help menu & "Deactivate".
2.Next install CC on 3rd computer,activate it.
3.Please log out & log back in of the ccdesktop app in the machine from where you had deactivated, launch any product, click on "license this software" prompt, sign & activate it again.

Help with reinstalling Adobe Creative Suite 6 Master Collection

About a year or so ago, I purchased and installed the Adobe Creative Suite 6 Master Collection on my 1TB external hard drive (since that hard drive was bigger). Unfortunately, the hard drive just died, which means that all the programs in the suite are gone. I'm now trying to reinstall the suite internally on my computer, but it isn't letting me pick the directory. Everything else is fine; the serial number works, my account is working and there aren't any errors. But when I reach the 'options' page, I'm stuck. I check the option to install all the programs, I pick the language, but where it says the directory, it still has the directory of my old hard drive. I've tried unplugging the external hard drive (just in case it was still reading it), but it still has the directory chosen, and there isn't any button to let me browse and change it to another hard drive. I tried installing it anyway to see what would happen, but the install fails and stops. I even tried to copy and paste the new directory into the space, but still nothing. Can anyone help? Also, I went to Control Panel to see if the files were still there, but they weren't.

Thank you so much! I ran the cleaner, and it's given me the option to change BUT now, it gives me this when I pick the new directory. Any suggestions?
