Reinstalling Cloud????

After subscribing to the Cloud ended up w/an incomplete system. what is the procedure to reinstall Cloud access without deleting CS4 and CS5.5 which I would want to retain if not satisfied with the Cloud system????

What do you mean by an incomplete system?  Did you receive an error when trying to download and install the applications from the Creative Cloud?
To begin with using the Creative Cloud you will want to go to https://creative.adobe.com/.  From there you can download and install the Adobe Application Manager and then choose to install the applications from there.  You can find more details on this at http://forums.adobe.com/message/4396277#4396277?tstart=0.

  • Had to reinstall Cloud and trail is now gone.

    Recently I had to reboot my computer and got help here on how to reinstall Creative Cloud, well I got it installed but now I installed Acrobat XI Pro and it is telling me that my trail has expired.  If I have 30 days even with the problems I've had, I still shoul have at least 24 days left on  the trail subscription.  Can anyone tell me why this has happen and why I can not use the Acrobat XI Pro?  I downloaded it and on the same day I have to reinstall my computer to original factory settings and I had to install everything again.  I had problem installing Cloud at first but you guys help me out on how to fix this, so I installed the Acrobat XI Pro and now I can not use it saying my trail subscription is up.  Whats the deal?

    Did you have the Creative cloud as a trial before? If it had expired it may have caused the Acrobat XI trial to expire early too. This can be caused by the fact that you had to restore the computer or possibly by antivirus software running on  your machine. Sorry, once the trial has expired there is no other option except to purchase the software.

  • Re-install / reinstall cloud application(s)

    Using CC with Flash Builder 4.6, on startup I do get an error never seen before:
    A problem has occured with the licensing of this product. Restart your computer and re-launch the product.
    If this problem still occurs after restarting, contact Customer Support for further assistance, and mention the error code shown at the bottom of this screen,

    Pressing "ok" on this dialog window starts the program as usual.
    I did try to find a way to reinstall flashbuilder, but the application manager only allows for update. There is no reinstall option whatsoever. How can I reinstall a particular application from the cloud???

    Hi Pete,
    There is no option to reinstall. You can uninstall and then the option to install again will be shown. However, you do not need to do that for your current issue.   • While reinstalling Cloud desktop app, its stopped by message that says another installer is running

    First thing that happend was that my CC said that there was an update waiting, but I couldnt download it because a pop up window said that another installer is currently running and that I need to close it before installing the product, but there is literally nothing else running, Restarted and closed everytthing I could think of, uninstalled Cloud desktop, and when I went to download it, the same message popped up.
    Nothing is installing or updating, nothing us open. Im on a Mac, and literally nothing is open besides finder. Why can I not download the CC app? I cant download any other apps now because there is not CC app.

    Please launch Activity Monitor and close every Adobe process and then try installing CC Desktop apps. It should fix the issue.

    I had to refresh my PC laptop due to a virus (unrelated) which caused me to lose the apps and creative cloud I installed earlier.  I re-installed the cloud but can not get Indesign to re-install or update.  I keep getting a "failed" error message.  This is the program I really need to use.  If you have any help or hints, please let me know.  Thank you.

    If you remember which apps were delete, it's easier to go to the app store and re-download them; it won't cost you.
    If by "reinstall icloud" you mean restore from a backup, then you'll need to reset your ipad (this will wipe everything from it) and connect to iTunes and select to restore from a backup.  I'm assuming you had set ipad to perform backups to icloud (or to iTunes).

  • My old computer crashed before I could de-install cloud - how do I get it on my new computer?

    I got Creative Cloud through my school last semester. Just a month ago, my computer crashed and I had to have my hard drive replaced, losing my entire creative cloud. I got a new computer and tried to reinstall cloud but when I put in my depemption it says that its already been redeemed. Which, I would expect, since I was never able to deactivate cloud on my last harddrive.
    How do I go about getting the programs onto my computer now?

    You simply sign in with your Adobe ID in CC app. There is no need to run the redemption procedure just for a reinstall. If you need to reset activations, contact support by web chat.

  • Why can't I sign into Verizon's Cloud on an Ellipsis 7?

    Have a new Ellipsis 7 with software MV7B_31D41_422Y
    Open the Cloud app on the Ellipsis and sign into Verizon account and I get:
    "Mobile Number Changed.
    The Mobile number for this phone has changed to 650-xxx-xxxx (the # listed in My Verizon for this device).
    Before you set up Verizon Cloud...
    When the phone restarts..."
    I click OK and it briefly shows "Mobile number updated" then returns to the log in screen.
    Restarted the Ellipsis 7, force closed Cloud, deleted and reinstalled Cloud, made sure Cloud is enabled in My Verizon, same results.

        I'm sorry to learn of the Cloud issues you are encountering jpnsco! Let's get some more clues! Were you able to access the Verizon Cloud from device before? When was the last time that you were able to access the Verizon Cloud from this device? Did this issue start after installing/updating any application/software?   • Problem with updating Photoshop CC in Cloud.

    Update failed. Updating Lightroom Worked. Have a Mac and It worked before. Have reinstalled Cloud according to Adobe’s suggestion. Still don´t work.

    Try below steps once
    click Gear icon on the top Right corner and Quit Creative Cloud App
    Click on Finder and then hold Command + Shift + G keys on your keypad
    It will open Go to folder window, type  exactly ~/Library and click on Go
    Then open Application Support > Adobe folders
    Trash AAMUpdater
    Then navigate to MAC HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe
    Trash AAMUpdate
    Then launch Photoshop CC 2014 Applications and click on Help > Updated
    Then try once
    If it is not working then you may try to download the update directly from below and link and try to install it

  • Premiere CC - cloud says it's installed but it's not

    Hi!
    My windows 8.1 pc had a hardware issue so had to go back in time via recovery. Have to reinstall premiere pro cc because it was not installed at that time. When logging in to the cloud it says it's installed but in fact it's not.  Also nothing in Program Files.
    Read about logging off from cloud, did that. Als removed and reinstalled cloud. No luck.
    Any ideas how I can fix this?

    Hello, I have an account in the cloud, but my programs do not work on my iMac. when I try to use photoshop cc 2014, give notice of trial expired. Ok I created 2 nd account reinstall cloud and gives me the same message. the program ask enter a serial number but I have not received one. Uninstall all adobe product in my iMac , use the adobe clean and reinstall again the cloud with new account but the problem still same again When use some accounts on my macbook work without problem.   • BT Cloud Freezes

    Downloaded and set up BT Cloud with no problems, as I thought, but situation has arisen where when I 'pause' BT Cloud to make other running apps a little faster, BT Cloud will not continue when I stop the 'pause'.  I am forced to restart laptop.
    Solution would be nice - should I uninstall and reinstall Cloud?
    I note that I can generate diagnostics file - but to whom does one send it?

  • Voice memos app crashing after updating to iOS 8

    After upgrading to iOS 8 today, when I launch the Voice Memos app, it attempts to re-index the memos and then in the middle of the process, it crashes. When I re-launch the app, it simply says "No Recordings".
    I was really distressed, because I had some adorable recordings of my 3 year old that I didn't think I had backed up yet. I restarted the phone and it tried to index again and crashed.
    If you run across this issue, don't panic - they are still on your file system on your phone. Apple will hopefully fix the bug soon. In the meanwhile, to retrieve them, you can use a program that can read your iphone's file system. I used a tool that turned up after I did a search "download iphone file system reader ifun".
    After connecting the phone, I went to the leftmost tab and right-clicked "Voice Memos". There is an option there to copy the files to the computer. After they all copy, try dragging the files into iTunes and you should hear all the memos again.

    Yes. Me as well. Did a factory reset on my iPad 3 (because iOS 8 killed speed and was crashing) Now I need to do some reinstalls. When I hit the cloud download icon it spins for a second then goes back to the reinstall cloud icon. Nothing!!

    Second, could you please tell us more about this statement: I took my older macbookmair in for service and was told I had several viruses...some bad. I suspect you were being scammed. The term virus is sometimes used to describe "malware". Perhaps what was on the computer was some other form of malware.
