I check add-ons and I can't find it there but it's installed in program,s and features in my control panel. I'm usin win 7 32-Bit and I always download the latest 11.3 F player. I'm tired of going through the same process everyday! BTW, I delete all my cookies and browsing history every time I want to close my explorers. But it's not new I've always done that but the problem with the lawstest F player is quite recent since the first time I download F player 11.3! Please help me.

  • Why do I have to reinstall Flash Player on my system everytime I start/restart sys?

I have to reinstall Flash Player (latest ver) everytime I start or restart my system (Win7, x64, IE10). I have followed all the instructions provided by the Adobe community on correctly installing FP, but to no avail. Is there something in my system that deletes FP when I start or restart the system? Could you do the following please.
Click "Start" and then in the search box at the bottom of the menu, type: CMD
When you get the link, right click it and choose "Run As Administrator".
At the prompt, type CD\ and hit Enter. This will take you to the root.
Next, type: net user administrator /active:yes and hit Enter to enable the hidden Administrator account.
Type: EXIT to close the command prompt.
Reboot the machine and you'll see an additional logon option called Administrator. Choose that and then hit Enter to boot to the desktop (the Aministrator account doesn't have a password by default).
Disable your antivirus to prevent it interfering with the installation. If you have AVAST antivirus, right click the orange icon in systray, go to Avast Shields Control and disable all shields for 1 hour. Otherwise consult this list for instructions on how to disable it: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic114351.html
Next, download Flash for Internet Explorer from here: http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player_ax_64bit.exe
When you see the prompt, click "Run" to install it immediately.
After the installation completes, open a command prompt again and type: net user administrator /active:no to disable the Administrator account.
Reboot the machine and then open Internet Explorer.
    Click "Tools", then "Manage Add-ons".
In the dropdown menu on the left near the bottom (see screenshot), choose "Run without permission".
Scroll down to "Adobe Systems Incorporated" and verify that "Shockwave Flash Object" is installed and enabled. If it's present, but disabled, click the "Enable" button bottom left of that menu.
Finally, re-enable you antivirus and reboot again. Check the "Manage Add-ons" menu to verify that Flash is still present.

  • How do I reinstall Flash Player after accidentally uninstalling it in Windows *?

Accidentally uninstalled Flash Player in Windows 8.
The Adobe site still sees it as on my system.
I tried the update in Internet Explorer and went through the steps on the Adobe site to no avail.
How can I reinstall flash player in Windows 8?
    HELP!  And thanks.

Thanks, Mike.  I saved the info you sent in case I need it later.  I did in the meantime find a backdoor and got the plug-in version of Flash Player installed after using Chrome as the browser instead of IE and Flash Player seems to be working fine in either browser.

  • I am using Windows 7 and using IE 10, I have to reinstall Flash Player each time I start my computer

Hi I am using Windows 7 and IE 10 and I have to reinstall Flash Player each time I start my computer, even with a fresh install. The same thing is happening on my laptop and is driving me crazy. Does anyone have any suggestions to fix this problem. I have tried some suggested fixes from this forum with still no results. Thanks.

Make sure that you allow Firefox in your security software (firewall).
Remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.
    See:
    *https://support.mozilla.org/kb/Firewalls
Try a clean reinstall and delete the Firefox program folder before reinstalling a fresh copy of Firefox.
Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.
    *Firefox 19.0.x: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all.html
Uninstall your current Firefox version, if possible, to cleanup the Windows registry and settings in security software.
*Do NOT remove personal data when you uninstall your current Firefox version, because all profile folders will be removed and you will also lose your personal data like bookmarks and passwords from profiles of other Firefox versions.
Remove the Firefox program folder before installing that newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.
*It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored in the Firefox Profile Folder and won't be affected by an uninstall and (re)install, but make sure that "remove personal data" is NOT selected when you uninstall Firefox.
If you keep having problems then also create a new profile.

  • Macbook pro. app tries to use flash player and get " Blocked plugin" how to uninstall and reinstall flash player. update does nothing ?

Wife has an older MacBook Pro. when an app uses flash player "Blocked plugin" comes up. I don't know much about mac, tried to update flash player and get newer version already installed, and update and still get same message. How do I uninstall flash player and reinstall?

Sounds like it is blocked for the website you are at. Check with this:
You can quickly test whether a recently added plug-in is causing problems by blocking it.
Choose Safari > Preferences, click Security, then click Website Settings next to Allow Plug-ins.
Select the plug-in you want to disable on the far left, then click each pop-up menu on the right and choose Block. For some plug-ins, you see pop-up menus for different websites, and you can choose to block each one individually. Use the “When visiting other websites” pop-up menu to block all other websites that don’t have individual settings.

  • How to uninstall and reinstall FLASH player?

    Using Intel Mac with Leopard:
I am having problems viewing Myspace pages, it feels the embedded music player doesn't work! or takes an extremely long time to load if it will play. From a search on other posts, I read the suggestion to install latest Flash Player 9. That didn't help so I wish to uninstall it and reinstall it there is not a file called flash player as outlined here:
Hard Drive > Library > Application Support > Adobe > Flash Player
HOWEVER - Under Hard Drive-Libary- Internet Plugins there is "flashplayer.plugin could i just move that to trash and reinstall?
    Thanks

  • I have windows 7 and IE 11 but have to keep reinstalling Flash player on start up.

Does anyone know the solution to this problem?

    See: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/flash-player-windows-registry-permissions.html
THis addresses registry problems that prevent installing, but some people have found success in eliminating the "reinstall" problem with the SubinACL fix.

  • I can't reinstall flash player - why?

Flash player has been working perfectly OK on my Macbook pro.  Suddenly several weeks ago, it stopped working.  I cannot view programmes sent with emails.  So I tried to reinstall, but in vain.  At the end of installing flash player it asks for my password.  I have been using this mac without password from the beginning.  And yet why did it ask for it now?  What can I do?  Did Adobe change anything?  Can anyone help?

O/p sent me a PM, asking what kind of password s/he needs to enter.
It is your Macbook's administrator password that you need to enter.  Sorry, I don't know much about Macs, so I cannot give you any further instructions.
But there are other Mac regulars here in the forum; please reply to this topic if you still need help, and someone will give you further instructions.
