Rejected email login via Outlook

I access my email using MS Outlook 2007 (POP3). I have 3 BT mailboxes, and most of the time I can send and receive email with no problem.
However, several times a day I get a message from Outlook that the server has rejected my login for one or more of the mailboxes (no particular one, it can happen with any of them).
With no action from me, the login is accepted later.
Why is my login being rejected, seemingly randomly?

I'm afraid that this is a mail server issue, it's not a mail client issue (e.g. in your case Outlook 2007).

No email received via Outlook 2007 or Live Webmail 2012 since 11/14

I have 2 Windows 8 machines running Outlook 2007 and Live Mail 2012 Email clients setup and working fine for the last two months to the latest verizon email servers with SSL turned on send and receive, SPA off. 11/15 just started getting error that the email server does not support the connection encryption type you have specified. Try changing the encryption method. Contact your mail server administrator or Internet service Provider.
I spent over an hour on telephone support not to mention couple hours looking through support info with no success. Nicole came on my computer and tried to configure reconfigure my email account in Outlook 2007 so I could download my new email with no success. She claims conveniently that the problem is with Outlook 2007. I guess that means the problem is with Live mail 2012 as well. I can receive my email on my iphone with the settings unchanged from before the problem presented itself and I can access webmail no problem from the win8 machines.
Any hints from folks who have encountered this problem and fixed it would be greatly appreciated. Of course Outlook 2007 is no longer actively supported so I can't contact anybody at Microsoft.
I think Verizon made a change to the email server using a newer encryption method or something? But can not resolve the issue from my end.

Are you on a Verizon network, as some have had problems that require they whitelist there IP address when connecting through other networks. ESP. Foreign ISP's.
Both outlook 2007 and live mail 2012 (not webmail) work for me. Double check your settings and if necessary post all your non-confidential settings so your peers here can make suggestions.

Help required to get Talk21 e-mails via Outlook

Although not that new to using Microsoft I'm a bit of a newbie to Windows etc I have MS Office Professional 2010.
I have always managed to set my Talk 21 address up in Outlook and iPhone but I have to concede defeat after about 3 hours of trying. (mind you it's taken a few minutes to work out this forum)
Suggestions from anyone who has succesfully achieved this would be appreciated.

Hi Sadie. Welcome to the forums.
If I may say so, you say you've set up your Talk21 email address via Outlook before, and now have Office 2010. The latest version of Outlook is perhaps slightly different to previous, but should be very similar.
Are you getting actual errors when setting up the account ? or trying to send/receive emails ?
I believe that the talk21 servers are still working, pop3 (for receiving) is in.talk21.com and smtp (for sending) is out.talk21.com - however if not then you will need to use the trick of adding .t21 at the end of the username, replace @talk21.com with @btinternet.com and use mail.btinternet.com for both servers.
The problem will be if you still want to use your talk21.com email address as the "From" address - you will need to go through address verification, but perhaps go through that later if required.

Accessing emails via Outlook 2007

Up until last week, my emails were being downloaded fine from the BTyahoo server.
Since then after you have introduced SMTP authentication, I cannot get my outlook to save my password to access my emails automatically. I have tried to tick SMTP authenication manually and via the BT email tool, but outlook still contines to ask me for my passwords and doesnt save it. Now I cannot use outlook at all!

This sounds like the password rejection problem that has blighted many users for several months now (search the forum for password rejection, and you'll see what I mean). It seems to have improved but it's certainly not solved as yet.
There is a quick fix which often does the trick. Make sure your Outlook settings are as they were when it last worked. Then simply log in to BT Yahoo! and choose Mail (where you can view the messages you've been unable to download), then log out again. Go back to Outlook and hopefully it will download as normal.

MS Access Freezes and Closes when I save a draft email via Outlook 2013

I have Access 2013 Office 365. When I email a report from access via Outlook 2013 I have problems. Outlook opens fine. If I hit send everything is fine. However if I save the email as a draft Access freezes and then closes after a 10- 15 sec delay.
The email is saved as a draft in Outlook but very annoying to have to reopen my Database .
The message I get is : MS Access has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available
I tried compact and repair but that didn't help. Also tried turned of add ons. That didn't work.
Never had this problem with office 2010. What can I do?
I just discovered the same thing is happening in Excel and Word.

You can't. Apple's share button only supports Apple Mail (as specified by launching Apple Mail, choosing preferences and choosing general.). Maybe Apple will open this up to other apps in future updates.

Cannot send emails via outlook 2011

I have an iMac and I cannot send emails via outlook 2011. I get an error code 3210. Can anyone help?

Email via outlook 2010

I have the latest version of iPhoto running on a new mac mini. When I try to email via outlook 2010 on the Mac it fails. I've seen that this is a long outstanding issue that apparently neither Apple or MicroSoft wishes to address. Is there any current workaround?

Have you searched the iPhoto community for Outlook issues? Try these topics. Also report your problems to Apple via http://www.apple.com/feedback/iphoto.html. We're just users like yourself and can't affect any changes.

If you use Mac Mail and Microsoft Outlook mail like I do, you could switch from one to the other mail program for send photos.
iPhoto >> Preferences >> General tab >> E-mail foto's via >> select Microsoft Outlook.
Click a photo in iPhoto >> Share >> select E-mail … >> Microsoft Outlook will be launch.

Lack of email sync with Outlook may result in returned BB Classic

Our company president (who is responsible for 15 companies worldwide) recently got a BB Classic and we were extremely disappointed to find a lack of either an "auto-bcc on send" option or a way to sync her email in the hub to Outlook 2013.
I was led by tech support to believe that Blend would do this, but all it does is provide a mirror of the hub on the PC. This is all well and good if the user wishes to remain only inside the BB ecosystem. Unfortunately, a lot of businesses center their email ecosystem around Outlook, and those in management want to have their sent messages available to them in both places.
Why has RIM seemingly dropped such functionality from BB10 when iPhones and Androids have these functions right out of the box? This seems like a blunder of epic proportions given that RIM was on the verge of irrelevance not so long ago. Taking away features that business people rely upon is no way to win back would-be converts to other platforms.
And with RIM not allowing third-party email solutions on Blackberry World, there's no option to replace BB Mail with something that adds those features missing from BB Mail. I realize this is because of a focus on high security email, but if the user isn't utilizing that function why force the user to use an email client that doesn't meet their needs?
Taking features away from users is a good way to ensure users go elsewhere and don't return. And with RIM's situation in the market lately, this doesn't bode well for the "comeback" they're hoping for.
I know this is mostly a user-supported forum, but I'm hoping someone at RIM will see this and perhaps take heed of it.

Active Sync exists for such a reason. I don't understand why people think they need to connect their phones physically to make the synchronizations. Most premium mail servers support active sync. Set it up on the phone and it will sync all data automaticaly. Also this auto BCC I never understood why people cry so much about it. I have set in my office an Axigen mail server and use my phone via IMAP. I see all folders and emails in realtime push. When I send an email from my BlackBerry without even BCC I see it on my pc under the send folder and viceversa. I think people are used doing things the long way around and can't accept that things can be done easier today!

You have radius setup for managment? If you have radius setup, make sure you don't have the managmeent check box enabled unless you are using TACACS or Radius for management users. Seem's like radius if sending a reject back to the WLC.
