Rejected orders

Hi thr,
Could someone please explain me why rejected orders are still blocked by credit. Is there any configuration change that is to be done to prevent this problem?
When a sales order is blocked by credit and is rejected, it still continues to be on credit block. Is this a standard behaviour?
Thanks very much
Swetha

That is the standard behaviour. The rejection and the credit is not integrated. If you reject, you can release it at any point of time. Hence it is not integrated with Credit. I think even it is not related to Schedule lines. The schedule lines with confirmed quantity wont be deleted when the rejection is set. However it only prevents you from delivering.
So if you want to reject the sales orders, first you have to release it from credit block and then reject them. Then only that amount can be used by some other orders.

    Hi,
An option would be use Oracle Alert. Create an event based alert on the table where you have order approvals or rejections. This alert will be raised after inserting or updating this table. Create an action linked to this alert, and choose message as action type.
This setup can be done under Alert Manager Responsibility.

  • How to handle rejected Orders in BTS

Hi - I have a requirement where for instance there are 1000 Orders received, and out of them say 900 are good and 100 are wrong, I need to Process those 900 Orders  and remaining 100 wrong Orders needs to be sent back the the client.
How can this be achieved through BizTalk, can anyone throw some ideas please ?
    MBH

There will be lots of permutations to this based on specific technical aspects and varying business requirements but here's some general guidence:
Process the inbound orders.  Apply Schema Validation, BRE Policies, an internal LOB to validate the Order.
'Wrong' Orders can be flagged with a custom Context Property that is Promoted.
Have an Aggregator Orchestration that subscribes to and Correlates on the flag property.  It would be a Sequential Convoy.  It will collect the Orders flagged as wrong.
After some amount of time or number of rejected Orders, the Aggregator will flush the collected Messages.  Then you can transform to .csv or any other format and return to the client.

  • Rejected Orders in Standard Business Content 2LIS_13_VAITM to 0SD_C03

    Hello Folks,
My (new) employer has implemented standard business content for SD (VAHDR, ITM, etc.), and we are trying to reconciile data to ECC.
We are running Netweaver 2004s (BI 7.0) with very recent ECC.
It seems that 'rejected orders' still reflect the original 'incoming orders value' in ZSD_C03_Q009 Query.
I can see the rejected reason in PSA, InfoSource, and transfer structure, but not shown in Update Rules from InfoSource to 0SD_C03.
I would have thought that this is standard functionality in SAP, and doesn't require any 'enhancements' to deal with it.  Howeveer, if enhancements are required, has anyone done this, and how do you deal with rejects that happen in a different period from the order creation?
Am I just missing something in standard business content?
Many Thanks for any assistance you can provide.
    Regards,
    Martin.

  • Rejected orders coming in Tcode V23-Help please

    Hi Forum...
Got a situation  here with TCode V23...
When we run transaction V23, we are getting all sort of orders stuck out there..in the list,We are supposed to get only the SD _blocked_ orders . However, this orders are _rejected orders_ and we don't want to see them in the log.
Is there is something you can suggest me to remove this rejected orders from this log...? Can you suggest me any solutions or Any OSS notes..?
    Thanks in advance...
    Safeer Rahman
NOTE: We are using SAP 4.7 and OSS notes 397414 is obsolete for us...fyi..

    Hi Safeer
For your problem you can use seperate block type by definining new reason for rejection in Define billing block reason in spro setting.
Advice user to use these block for rejected documents.
For v23 create transaction varint using tr.SHD0 where make selection without this block ,make this avriant as standard variant .
So everytime you will run v23 ,automatically rejected documents will be filtered.
    I hope this helps

  • How to remove billing block for rejected order

    Hi gurus,
There is a question about billing block that needs ur help..
A sales order's credit status in header level is "Not approved" and thus it's blocked for billing. We've rejected this sales order in all items, but this sales order is still showing in V23-Billing block report, how can we remove it from that report without changing Credit status?
Or we have to update the credit status and then reject it again?
Looking for your advice and thanks in advance.

First tell me have you checked the credit status of that particular customer.
Have you rejected all the item in sales order of the same order in which you have set the credit limit.
then in that case you will have to increase the credit limit and then reject it.
I hope it completed your work
please let me know is it a proper solution.

  • Incompletion log for rejected order lines.

I've one order with 3 lines items, and the 3rd line missing Plant Value (WERKS).  Whe I rejected the 3rd line, the order still shows on V.02, and the incompletion log on the order still show the order is incomplete. So it stops me from further processing the whole order.
Is this SAP standard functionality? Do I miss any configuration to allow incompletion skip the rejected lines?
    Thanks.

    Charles Zheng,
This is default you will have to enter plant to proceed further, Based on the plant your shipping point will get configured in the sales order based on which your delivery will happen.
It is manadatory that you need to maintain  PLANT in sale order. wihtout which yes you can save the document. But delivery is impossible.
It is standard Feature. You will have to maintain Plant either in Customer Master record, CMIR or Material Master from where the plant will come automatically. If Suppose you have not mainatined in masters the you will have to enter it manually..
    It is Standard Format...

  • Notify all approvers for any reject order

Under the on-line help, I had a question regarding on the following statement:
What happens when I reject an order?
The approval process stops. The order owner is informed of your rejection, and the order is canceled
Why rejecting the orders, only the order owner is informed? How about all other approvers, shouldn't they get notify, too?
    null

Your idea sounds logic, however we think it is better to give the rejector the option to notify both requestor and all approvers.
This to avoid a mass of e-mails sent for orders not that important.
Could also be a setting by the company admin to define what should happen.

  • Reject a customer order and purchase order requisition

    Hi alltogether,
I have to give a recommendation for the following case:
user created a customer order with one item and item cat. TAB!
user created a po with ME57/ME21N and ordered the parts
user received the parts (with or w/o MIGO, doesn't matter)
Now the customer rings and does not want the parts anymore.
User wants to keep the po with the specific number 45xxxxxxxx, because he will receive a supplier invoice with relation to that po number. He also wants to keep the ordered parts in his own stock, means he doesn't want to return to supplier.
How can we reject the customer order and change the po so that we can post the stock to unrestricted use?
    Thx a lot
    Wolfi.

    Hi,
Still same Error-Message: "Delete purchase order 45xxx and item 000010 first"
    There is one workaround:
1.) delete po item (garbage icon)
    2.) reject order item
3.) change account assignment category in po item to BLANK (was set to M, because of the TAB item in cust. order)
4.) clear Purch.req and req. item reference in po item line
    5.) save po
6.) undo deletion of po item (unlock icon)
    Too complicate, isn't it?
    Any other idea?

  • User Exists In Sales Order Creation Program for adding "Reason For Reject"

    Hi gurus
    I have following requriement
As New Sales Order created (VA01) by default or at the time of saving the sale order, perticular "Reason for Rejection" should be set to each line item.
This is then can be removed in change (VA02) with Mass change.
We need this to review the sales order / block sales order from MRP run.
Please let me know how to manage this or is there any user exist for the same.
    Thanks
    Sunil K

    Hi,
As per my knowledge the automatic creation of rejection order is not possible, still will check out and know.
but for urgent use you will have to follow the manual way of changing the line items from OK to blocked for apporoval so you can achieve their not passing on to MRP.
manual way is what is described below:
You can either reject the whole sales document or individual items.
    Reject all items:
If you want to reject all the items, choose Reject document in the change modus for the sales document.
The system automatically selects all the items and you can enter a reason for rejection in the following dialog box.
Enter the appropriate reason for rejection and choose Copy.
The system assigns the same reason for rejection to all the selected items.
    Reject individual items:
If you only want to reject some of the items, select those items in the item overview screen and choose Edit - Fast change of... - Reason for rejection.
A dialog box appears in which you can enter the appropriate reason for rejection.
Enter the appropriate reason for rejection and choose Copy.
The system assigns the same reason for rejection to all the selected items.
Reject individual items with different reasons of rejection:
If you want to enter different reasons for rejection for the items, choose the Reason for rejection tab page from the overview screen when changing the sales document.
You can enter a different reason for rejection for each item in the Reason for rejection field.
    regards,
    Siddharth.

  • Changing Rejected Sales Order Items with BAPI?

    Hi Forum,
I have the following challenge, would be great if someone of you could help me out. Will help me solve some of my performance problems.
I have sales orders which are temporary and have 'rejected order items'. Now the requirement is that I have to change the 'rejected order items' (quantity and Delivery dates) based on some XYZ criteria. Now using the BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE bapi I have to
    1. first get rid of the 'REJECTION REASON'
    2. Change the order item and then reset the above.
I tried doing it by populating the order_items internal table with two entries but to my surprise it works once and fails twice!!! I get some errors that are totally irrelated and wierd.
As for now, I've just adjusted the program(dirtily??) and will be calling the BAPI twice for a change !!!(Huh!)
Now if anybody knows how to deal with the above problem just drop a few lines, will be of good help to me.
    Thanks and regards,
    ZAM

    Hi Srinivas,
Thanks for the reply. The rejection reason is set manually, when creating the sales order. I do set the update flag to 'U' and also activating all the X structures. But still it did not work.
Let me put it very simple. Is it possible to change the rejected order items, through BAPI's? If yes, how?
Regarding the error messages I will have to change the code again to recreate the messages will let you know as soon as I am finished with some things. But however here are some errors
Field 'WMENG' cannot be changed, VBEPKOM 000100 0001 ready for input
Field 'WMENG' cannot be changed, VBEPKOM 000100 0001 ready for input
Sales document 0030000031 was not changed
there are few others which appear now and then indicating a system error !!
    thanks,
    ZAM

  • How to look for SAP provided rules while changing orders ?

    Hi:
we have a requirement to check for order type when the change order request ( in form of IDOC via EDI)  is passed to SAP and the requirement is such that we can only accept certain order types like TA and reject order order type........from a very high level though process the idea is to check if SAP has certain pre build code that can be called before the va02 is called.....
I am new to sap and was told that we need to first look if SAP has a existing functionality if not then find user exit and customize it .....
my question is where does one look in SAP for such code ...or out of the box feature..........which can be called ....I understand if nothing is found we can write ABAP program to do this.....but I am puzzled as I do not now where to look and eliminate that such feature is not already provide ......
    Thanks

check which FM you use to post your IDOC (like IDOC_INOUT_ORDCHG) and then check in this FM ... you'll find exits like 'call customer-function'.... I'm sure you'll find one which is called to validate data passed in your segment (where actual order type is passed).... or just use the one which works always after the order number is known and then just check your order type & raise error to fail IDOC so it will not even try to update your order.

  • Order Item ODS  (0SD_O01)

    Hi
I have a problem with cancelled order lines in R3. The delta system generates a before image of negative values and an after image of the same positive values (not zero's) but the rejection status is set to 'C'. Obviously when this is processed to the order lines ODS the values of the order will still reflect the original and not the current state of the order.
Is this normal behaviour for cancellations or is there some kind of config issue here ? Although I'm relatively new to BW and R3 it doesn't seem logical to pass the original values of a cancelled order line back to BW rather than zero's or am I supposed to handle the rejection status  = 'C' when further processing to Order cubes?
Any help would be greatfully appreciated.

    Hi Barry,
As far as I know it works how you describe with cancellations. In our system it also generates a Before Image with the negative values and and after image with the positive values. In fact only the rejection status of your order item changes, so that's what will be loaded into the ODS.
This will be loaded into Cubes as well, and you can exclude the rejected orders in your Query. If you delete them, you are not able to see which orders are rejected and what is the value of them...
With an deletion of the order (item) you will get an Reverse image with negative values. This will, depending on your routine in the update rule, delete the record from the ODS and set the values in a cube to 0.
    Good luck
