I believe the following extract will give you a brief idea on the size limitations for an internal table.......
Internal tables are dynamic data objects, since they can contain any number of lines of a particular type. The only restriction on the number of lines an internal table may contain are the limits of your system installation. <u><i>The maximum memory that can be occupied by an internal table (including its internal administration) is 2 gigabytes. A more realistic figure is up to 500 megabytes. An additional restriction for hashed tables is that they may not contain more than 2 million entries.</i></u>

Hi,
Most of the data for IM comes from the tables MSEG andd MKPF. You can go to MSEG contents and see the data there. You will find all the movement types, stock types and stock categories there. You can also use the transactions MB5B, MB51 etc.. to see the related info in R/3. As I said most of the data comes from these tables but not all the data. It uses some internal programming to get the data.

i know the concept of cluster tables, how data is stored in cluster tables and related to small tables.
i want to know what are all the tables to related to a cluster table.
Say for BSEG is a cluster table, and BSIK, BSAK and other tables are related to BSEG.
how can we know what other tables are related to BSEG?

BSIK and BSAK are index tables for BSEG, but are transparent tables and not part of the cluster.
To see what other tables are part of the cluster:
Go to SE11 and press the "delivery and maintenance" tab. You will see that cluster is RFBLG. double click on it. It will display RFBLG.
Take the menu path
Utilities -> where used list
then select tables.
You'll see the tables in the cluster.

I have two LOV's. First one is Module Name. Here I will select Module Name as GL, AP, AR.... In the second LOV it should populate all the API's available in the module. I tried with the following tablesFND_APPLICATION AND ALL_SOURCES. But there is no relation between these tables.
Can anyone suggest me..

Relations Between MLCD table and material movements type

Dear all,
I Have a question about relations between MLCD table and Material movements. For Example We have a movement type Z71 when we did a movevent with tis movement type from MB1C Transaction. System creates a record in Mlcd Table. in this table Category field is VN and PCat field is V. How system decides about VN and V
is there any table which contains these conversions or is there any custimization in MM or CO modules ?

all wp are in wait condition and status is yes but when go to logon through sap front end it shows an error
that is abap run time error:-

what should i do to remove that and face that plz help me out.

Positioning a layer relative to a table

Hi,
I've created a site based on a table that is centered in the
browser window.
I want to add a small layer to accommodate a dropdown menu -
which should be positioned just under one of the navbar buttons.
I know I need to somehow position the layer relative to the
table - but I'm really bad at code. Can anyone help?
(The navbar is actually a seperate file called 1nav.php that
is 'included' in the main file called 'template.php'. - in case
that makes a difference.)

We have set up the following method for displaying reports via our website:
User is sent to a report-specific page. The user is given some filtering options specific to the report that will be viewed. When the user has specified the data filters, the user clicks a button.
The page wraps up the report parameters -- selection query, formula values, report location, the name to be displayed, etc. -- into a class which gets put into the Session object.
The page redirects to DisplayReport.aspx. ALL reports redirect to this page.
DisplayReport.aspx retrieves the report parameters from Session. A ReportDocument object is created and loaded, then set with the data from the parameters class.
A ConnectionInfo object is created and set with the relevant log on credentials. All of the reports draw from the same database, so the connection information is hard-coded as the same for all reports. The page then iterates through all of the tables in the Database.Tables collection of the ReportDocument and calls ApplyLogOnInfo to each table using the ConnectionInfo object.
The page is rendered and the user gets the filtered report.
We currently have seven reports. Five reports work fine and display the correctly filtered data with no error messages. Two reports generate a Failed to open the connection error and do not display. I have verified that the queries being sent to DisplayReport.aspx are valid, and as I said the connection information itself is hard-coded in the one page that displays the reports and this is identical to all reports.
The five reports that do work all have a single data table, either an actual database table or a single view. The two reports that do not work all have multiple tables. As far as I can tell, this is the only difference between the sets; all seven reports are based on the same DSN and I have verified the database on all of the reports. All of the reports were written using Crystal Reports 8, and all of the reports display fine in a Windows app I wrote some years ago using Crystal Reports 8. Again, the only difference between those reports that do work and those that do not is the number of tables used in the report: one table or view in the reports that display, more than one table (tables only, none use views) in the reports that do not display.
As for the code I am using, below are the relevant methods. The function MakeConnectionInfo simply parses out the components of a standard SQL connection string into a ConnectionInfo object. Should I relate a fact table to a fact table to a dimension table?

I'm designing a dimensional data mart for a client and I'm now forced to think about many-to-many relationships, among other complexities I haven't dealt with until now. Said client needs to be able to analyze contracts, subcontracts, bids, and bidders.
Each contract and subcontract can have multiple bids. Each bidder can only submit a single bid for any single contract or subcontract. And each bidder can submit a bid for any number of contracts and subcontracts.
My initial plan is this: FactContracts, with FactContractKey, ContractID, SubContractID; FactBids, with FactBidKey, FactContractKey, and BidderKey; finally, DimBidders, with BidderKey.
I've left out degenerate dimensions and original business keys only to keep this message short. Please let me know if more info is required, I really need a qualified designer or architect to advise me but I don't know anybody else that's accessible.

Thanks, SQLBIGuyMN, you answered our question. It makes sense, too, because bids are only analyzed if they've been accepted and contracted, and they would only be related to the bidder through the contracts fact. I think we've also determined that contracts
needs to be an Accumulating Snapshot Table.

Creating relation in child tables

I have two child tables to the master table tblClients as per image below at the end; tblClientUniforms.ClientID<-Client.ID->tblClientRates.ClientID.
Now I want to restrict tblClientUniforms.Role values for a client to only those values that are in tblClientRates.Role for the same client. What sort of relation do I need between tblClientUniforms.Role and tblClientRates.Role and how do I create
it? When I try to drag one role field on the other in SQL Server Diagram I get an 'The columns in table 'tblClientUniforms' do not match an existing primary key or UNIQUE constraint' error.

Just to clarify, all three tables contain a column named Role, now you want that Role value will unique for all three tables? Do you have client id in all tables? You can create an unique constraint on ClientID,RoledID...

How to relate data of tables returned by FM for reading data from ST03N

Hello,
I am using the FM SWNC_COLLECTOR_GET_AGGREGATES to retrieve data displayed in T-Code ST03N into my report.
I am able to get the required data in different tables like Times, Memory, Usertcode, Userworkload, Hitlist_database.
However I am unable to undertand how to relate the data of these different tables, prepare another internal table with only the fields that are required for my report and then display those details.
Like, I want to loop through one of these internal tables, read data from other internal tables and consolidate my required data. But I am unable to understand based on what criteria I can read other internal tables inside a loop of any one of the above said internal tables.
I searched a lot and found many threads and blogs related to ST03N and learnt a lot about this T-code. But I could not find how to relate the data of all these tables.

I see the common fields like TaskType, EntryId. But, I want to make sure that these are the fields that are enough to read the records or is there any other way that I can be sure that I am getting the correct record in my read statement. So my question is specific to the tables returned from the FM SWNC_COLLECTOR_GET_AGGREGATES and not a generic one.
