While working on PO versions
I found entries in EREV, CDHDR, CDPOS.....
But when i Check in se 37 for FM "BBP_PD_PO_GETDETAIL" and 'BBP_PD_CTR_GETDETAIL'
or cheked for table 'E_VERSION ' or Transaction BBP_PD
I didnt found anything.... Not a function module or table or transaaction so please let me know how i can aceess PO version Data....

Unable to select logical relations in DataModeler version 4.1.0.866 Build 866 on Mac Yosemite 10.10.1

Hi Team,
I can not select logical and physical relations in DataModeler version 4.1.0.866 Build 866 on Mac Yosemite 10.10.1 (Java SDK 1.8). DataModeler does not allow me to select them. I mean the next scenario: I create two entities (or tables) and add a logical (or physical) relation between them. After this I can not select the relation in diagram window. Meantime I still can select the relation in browser window.
Could you please suggest me is it a bug (maybe a platform specific problem) or did I miss something in software options?
I found a topic about the same issue. It describes the same problem, though the topic is without an answer and was archived.

At the end, if this is a bug (even a platform specific one), where may I publish details about it to ask for a fix from Oracle team someday in future?

Hi Philip,
Thank you for the good hint about "default line width and colour".
Meantime the option does not resolve the problem in my case.
According to your suggestion I set maximal width for relation lines and I still can not pick (select) it in diagram window.
I checked behaviour of DataModeler with next display resolutions on MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014) in System preferences Displays: "Best for display"; Scaled "More Space", "Larger Text", and "Best (Retina)"... And the problem takes place in all these cases.
Please see attached image - this is how I see the relation line. And I still can hit it!
If I use the DataModler on a casual external monitor, the problem is absent (no matter what a width is). Also I believe the problem takes place only on mac retina displays. Therefore I think this is a platform specific bug.
I do understand a root cause of the problem may have no direct relation with Oracle DataModeler source code.

I don't know since I don't share anything. You'll have to peruse the help files and check the permissions and ACLs on the Shared folder. According to the permissions on the Shared folder everyone can R&W. If you want those to be inherited by everything dropped into the folder, add an ACL for
everyone allow read, write

Noticed a time related issue in version: 6.22.0.10...

1) Recently updated to version: 6.22.0.107 and in my opinion the look & feel doesn't seem to be that great. Please provide users choice to revert back to older skin or continue with newer one...
2) Noticed a bug related to the time display associated with a contact:
I opted for Simple list view and when you click on a contact name (who is in a different country), the chat window opens up. Further, when you click on the thumb nail photo of a contact, a pop-up window with an enlarged image and details of : skype name of contact, location information, his country time, phone number, gender, language etc is displayed on it.
I normally observe this time before I call my contact in another country. The time displayed on this pop-up window never gets updated and always shows the time at which this window was opened. It gets updated only when the window is closed. The user will be mis-led to assume that the time of the contact shown on the pop-up window is the current time.
Have attached a screen shot of local contact, which clearly shows the time variations shown on pop-up window and the current time.

1.1 vs 1.4 : SDK API's and how they relate to JVM versions

Hey all,
I'm hoping some Java expert/guru/enthusiast can help me understand a little (OK, a lot) more about designing applets for backward compatibility .
My situation is that I need to design applets which are compatibile with the built-in Java features of Internet Explorer and Netscape 6.x - which appears to be JVM versions 1.1.4. I know going with Java2, JDK 1.4, web start whatever would be MUCH better, and will do whatever I can to push clients to plug-in & non-MS browsers, etc. etc., but believe me, supporting MS JVM 1.1.4 is a requirement...
...So my question is, are there any things added to the JDK since 1.1.4 that can be used in a 1.1 JVM? If so, how would I be able to determine what those things are without testing them all?
Like could i take java source for some 1.4 SDK code and add them to a 1.1 project? how do I know if the api requires a new intrinsic or not? (native keyword?)
Also, I'm using the 1.4 SDK compiling for 1.1 targets, aside from the 1.4 SDK api's & packages, will there be any code I can write that will happily compile for a 1.1 target but then mysteriously fail when testing? What I mean is, if I use a new language feature or compiler feature since 1.1, will the 1.4 compiler's byte-code still be 1.1 compatible, or will there be some potential run-time problems?

As a rule of thumb, avoid all swing components (just use awt) because they are only available in 1.2. You can use all enhancements and bug fixes to awt components that are available in 1.4 (even 1.5).

Pour la 1ère question la réponse est Oui.
Pou la 2ème question: avec LV 7.1 tu peux lire que les Vis compilés avec la version 7.1 et antérieur, si version très ancienne il se peut que tu rencontre des problème de compatibilité

J2EE and related J2SE/JRE versions

I understand the difference between J2EE and J2SE/SDK/JDK, and JRE. However, I'm having trouble identifying what version of SDK each of the J2EE versions uses. Maybe they match up.
For example, if I have an old project someone says was built with J2EE 1.3 SDK, does that use J2SE/JRE 1.3? Does Java EE 5 use Java 1.5? 1.6? 1.4? (For example, if I'm setting Eclipse Compiler Compliance Level for a J2EE 1.3 project, what should it be?)

Edit: Slight clarification - the class files in the application contain a magic number that corresponds with the compiler target - so for any given class file you can determine what JRE was targeted at compile time. what version of Java does the Application Server on which this will be deployed support.The Application Server will be running on a JRE corresponding to a particular Java release. That JRE will support all versions of Java prior to the release. Whether they in fact work or not depends entirely on what library calls they make.

Profit center related Financial Statement version

Dear Sap Gurus,
I created one fsv ob58. While executing of f.01 system asks coa and fsv and company code it is showing profit and loss account balance sheet but dynamic selection in this one i selected profit center after execute system shows popup message no datat exit but in s_alr_87013326 it is showing profit center wise balalnces.

S_ALR_87013326 is purely a controlling report. Befire new GL implementation you can not derive profit cener wise balance sheet in FI Module. If you are already on ECC6.0 with New Gl you can use Tcode S_PL0_86000028, S_PL0_86000030, S_PL0_86000031.

TARGET database is not compatible with RMAN version

we have an issue related to RMAN version.
A few weeks ago we update our 10.2.0.1 Oracle Database to 10.2.0.4 using 6810189 pacth set.
Now when we try to execute RMAN this is the output:

As is shown in the output the RMAN version installed by the pacthset is higher than database version, is there a way to downgrade RMAN or to solve this issue?

I'm pretty sure patchset 6810189 does not install RMAN executable 11g. I did several patchings to 10.2.0.4 and that never happened. Patching may sometimes leave components at a lower level than the patchset,but never the opposite is true. That would be definitely a bug. So you (or someone else) installed 11g software.

How to get the version no of a document created/updated in KM

Hi All,
We are currently working on SAP 7.0 SP16.
We have used the KM API to store our documents into the KM repositories.
The problem we are facing here is related to the version no of the documents created.
I will explain this with an example :
I have created a document "test.txt" --> default version no is 1
I updated the same twice now there are 3 version for this document 1, 2 & 3.
Now if I delete the version no 1 then there are only 2 document versions remaining in the system, but the Portal still displays them as 2 and 3.
Now when I want to read the version history of this document I get an IResource object for each version but I am not able to find any means through which I can retrieve the version no of the IResource object which is currently being read.
Can someone please help me the information regarding how to retrieve the version no from the IResource object returned whenever a document is read using KM API.

In the Flash Adnroid settings I changed the version label but that did not help.

How to detect the OS version and the hardware info??

Hi all, according to the project needs, I to know how to detect OS version and the hardware info.
The point is to detect client's OS version, weather Win98, 2000, XP, Vista.
I have been search the information for several days already.
But can not really found a example which returns the OS version like"Windows XP Version 2002 *****".
And also could not find the CPU type such as"Core 2 due, or pentium D".
Is there anyone have done this before?

Well, in fact I have the VI and also read the topics as well...... The searching tag is OS info , system info......... After reading your post, now I understand the relation between the version number and the real OS version now, tks. And another problem is, the processor type returned within the VI have only 4 type:"INTEL 386, INTEL 486, PENTIUM, Unknown".
It can not really return my CPU TYPE. For example the desktop I’m using now is a Pentium, D , 2.80G, 2.80G.. and it only returns type "Pentium". That's why I'm asking is there any other way to do this...... (( Please forgive me if you can not really know what I'm talking about in my first post, now I know how bad my english is....... )) I guess I can only try to find out the solution from the registry then... IDLE event problem with newer versions of the flash player

I have an issue that seems to be related to newer versions of the flashplayer in how they handle IDLE events. I have an IDLE event handler that works as expected with flashplayer version 10.0.45.2. With flashplayer 10.2.153.1, the IDLE event does not fire when my flex application is not in focus (browser minized, different browser tab in focus,etc...). Or when it fires, it's usually after a longer lag than normal. Has anyone experienced this issue? Thanks

Thanks for the reply. Are there any fixes/workarounds for this issue? Say I have a need to create a timer that fires every 10 minutes regardless of whether the player is in focus or not, how do I implement such a timer? Same goes for the IDLE event, I want to be notified if the application has been idle for X minutes regardless of whether it's in focus or not.Prior to 10.2 (and per your reply, 10.1), this all worked fine in flex without needing to adjust for the player being in focus.
