Release date Designer Headstart 10g

Is there a date on which the headstart for Designer 10g will be available?
If it is still pending, is there a document on what has to be changed to the headstart for designer 9i version (6.5.3.2) to make it work?
Regards,
Mark

Hi,
This is what i found today on the Supplement Option Website:
Oracle Consulting has tested Headstart 9i patch 6.5.3.2 in combination with Oracle Designer 10g, Oracle Forms 10g and the Oracle 10g Application Server. During this test no issues related to Headstart came up. Therefore Headstart patch 6.5.3.2 is certified for use with the components of the 10g toolstack mentioned above.

  • Release Date of OAS 10G Release 3?

    Hello!
I would like to know the Release Date of OAS 10G Release 3?
    Thank you!
    Harald.

    Hello!
Ok, I spoke of OAS 10G Release 3 (10.1.3.2.0) containing Oracle WebCenter Suite and the later Release 11.
I can't find in articles, if OAS 10.1.3.2.0 is a full version like 10.1.2.0.2 or more like a small j2ee version like 10.1.3. (the same question is for Release 11)?
    Thank you!
    Harald.

  • What is the planed release date for 10g for Windows?

    Hi,
10g fo HP and Sparc is already out, but windows not yet. Is it known what is the planed release date for Oracle 10g for Windows?
    TIA,
    Tamas Szecsy

On the other hand it's just somewhat funny for me, that it looks as if marketing woudl decide which platform is released first. Some times it is Linux, some times it is Solaris and then again it is Windows. You simply can never know.

  • Does anyone know the official release date of  the initial version of 10G?

Does anyone know the official release date of the initial version of 10G, I cant find it anywhere.

There's no general answer, it depends on the platform. On Metalink this information can be found under Certification & Availability.

The latest maintenance releases of Designer 10g (9.0.4.7) and Designer 10gR2 (10.1.2.2) have been available for download on Metalink for some time now. These releases were recently made available for download from OTN. In addition, the latest release notes, installation guide, bug fixes for Designer and SCM, and error messages are now also available online. Links to the downloads and these documents are available from the Designer home page on OTN: http://otn.oracle.com/products/designer/index.html

Yes, that is correct. However, SCM is no longer being released as a standalone product. You should use Oracle Designer (which includes the Repository and all SCM functionality) instead.

  • J developer 10g production release date ?

In this forum (also in blogs) Many thread from jDev team said that release date is in Q3 2004
    Q3 will finish tomorrow...(31/3/2004).
Is there any news about that...

Guys, believe us that we are trying to get this version out of the door ASAP. We are now going through final testing of what we believe would be the final version.
We'll make sure to let you know when we go production, just keep an eye on the JDeveloper home page:

  • 10.1.2.0.2 App Server Release Date?

    Folks,
Does anyone know what the expected release date is for the Oracle 10g Application Server Release 2 Version 10.1.2.0.2 (Aka, the one with Forms and Reports services) and the accompanying 10.1.2.0.2 Developer Suite? I would like to get a feel so I can decide which one to load. 1 week? 1 month? 1 year?, etc. Thanks.
    PJC

Well i badly need forms and report in my 10.1.2.0.0
    When will it be release.
    Expeting date please
RegardsWe waited for 9.0.4 to be released for way too long (about a year on the Windows platform). It is almost as stable as 9iAS R1 and it requires more resources (cpu and ram) to run but overall, it isn't too bad. We waited for 9.0.4 because it contained bug fixes we required to migrate from 1.0.2.2.2a. What does 10.1.2 have that 9.0.4.1 doesn't? I thought it was virtually the same thing as 9.0.4.1.

  • Release date for next version of Forms?

Has anyone heard of a release date for the next version of Forms (10.1.2.0.2 or whatever it will be)? I may be starting a major Forms project shortly and I'd like to use the most current version of Forms with the current Application Server.

We are looking at mid summer this year. Depending on your start times it may be as well starting on 10g (9.0.4) as there is a long support cycle for it.

  • Oracle UCM Release Date - Workflow

In Oracle UCM the release date is shown at the date and time the content enters workflow. Is there an easy way to update the release date field with the date that the content is approved?. I am trying to report on the date that the content item was approved in the workflow, not when it entered the workflow.
Does anyone know of an easy way to do this. Is there any way in workflow to write out to a custom metadata field the date and time the content was approved?
Thanks in advance for your help with this.
    Data_Bitz

What you're probably seeing is actually "dInDate" rather than "dReleaseDate".
On the content info page the revisions table at the bottom has an (intentionally) mislabled column called "release date" that actually displays dInDate
dInDate is when the content item was submitted.
dReleaseDate is when the content item is released from all the workflow processing and indexing into the general collection.
It is possible to have dReleaseDate set during workflow but only if you set wfReleaseDocument=1 in the workflow script(s).
So report on dReleaseDate and ignore what's in the revisions table.
Out of the box, UCM keeps dInDate as the date that you checked in the file. However, we have a product, "Workflow Solution Set" that updates the dInDate to the date that the item is released from workflow and thereby shows up in the revisions table and any other reports as the time the doc was actually approved for consumption. Check out our Workflow Solution Set product (for 10g and 11g) here: http://bit.ly/95Rocu
FYI: you can see what is getting loaded in that table by appending "&IsJava=1" to the URL and taking a look at the REVISION_HISTORY result set.
    hope this helps

  • WCC 11.1.1.6.0 Wrong release date for new item

    Hi All
When I try to check in item from contribution folder I always get release date 8/2/12 3:24 PM
Browse Content -> Folders -> MyFolder ->Add -> New Content Item.
I get right release date when I check in item from New Check In or DIS or from outlook.
from sql query: dCreateDate is right but dInDate is wrong
    Please help
    Thanks

Probably running into folder inheritance. This is as designed. You can suppress certain fields from inheriting by updating one of the .hda files in the folders component (or overriding that table in a custom component). I don't have the info off the top of my head but it's in the docs.
FYI, I'd be very cautious of doing any direct-db edits & dCreateDate isn't really a field that's used outside the black-box of the content server.
Is there a reason your folder has a Release Date?

  • How do you browse the catalog by release date? I would like to see all the new releases in specific catagories but it seems that feature went away. Or can you browse the whole catalog by release date?

It appears that you can not browse the catalog by release date or see all the new additions to the catalog.

    Hi zrxix,
Happy New Year! In the iBooks application on your Mac, if you pick a category, like "Best of 2014" or "Best New Fiction" then click on the "See All" link on the right side of the page, you can choose to sort by name, release date, or featured.

What's the typical file size for books from the iBooks Store?
The typical book is about 2 MB. Books that contain enhanced features, such as audio or video, vary in size depending on the content. Enhanced books might take longer to download or require a Wi-Fi connection to purchase.
