Release necessary after GetInterface?

My Acrobat plugin implements inter app communication support - it exposes an interface that I can access thru AcroExch.App.
My question is - do I need to Release the object when done? eg myObj->Release()? Or is there another way to release the interface?
Having recently tried this on Win2008, I am suddenly seeing a DEP (Data Execution Protection) exception on the Release call. Either that is unnecessary, or something else is going on (always seemed to work fine when it was run on Win2003, which doesn't have DEP[?]).

You've not given us a lot of information to go on.
If this is that important, then I recommend that you submit a formal support request though Acrobat Developer support...

       System---->Status , here copy the program name (SAPLMEGUI),
     go to abap editor and specify the program name SAPLMEGUI and find the package "ME".
     tranx code : CMOD , Utilites--->Sap Enanchement,

Table space and recollection of released space after client deletion

Dear All,
I have two questions:
1.Can any1 tell me how to determine the fastest growing table and how to reorganize table space.
2. Is there any way by which we can recollect the space released:say after client deletion. I had deleted one client two weeks back and when I saw the SAP/user drive I fow free space available remains the same.
I searched but found no relevant clue.

1.- You can see the largest table report in ST04 (as far as i remember)...
2.- You can reorganize your db using brtools - brspace...

Cannot cancel release stratigy after output is printed

Dear Expert,
I has been configuration output for PO ( print auto after release stratigy)
After I release stratigy there is a scenario that user need to cancel release stratigy
But the system is error not allow to cancel release stratigy after output is printed
What's I miss? thank you very much.
I release stratigy using ME29N and cancel using ME29N and ME28 also.

Invoice is not Release MRBR after GR

Hello,
*Usually the vendor sends invoice before the good is receipt. The invoice is paid after the GR.*we want the set up
(1) create purchase order**
(2) MIRO the PO**
(3) IR becomes blocked**
(4) Run MRBR - invoice receipt not released due to GR not having been done.**
(5) Do GR**
(6) Run MRBR automatically as a background job
(7)Check IR freed for payment
(8) Pay the Invoice
(9) GR/IR clearing
When I run MRBR #6 automatically system is not releasing IR for payment. I also tried tolerance DW, BR and PP-50%. May be I am not setting them correctly.
Please advice.

IPhone No Longer Sorts Podcasts By Release Date After 3.1 Update

After upgrading to iPhone OS 3.1 and iTunes 9.0(70) Podcasts on the iPhone no longer sort according to their release date. The ordering is definitely not alphabetical or any of the other user selectable sorting options. If I had to guess I'd say it's sorting them by reverse download order (which when you update less frequently than once a day is quite confusing since iTunes downloads most recent first). Is this a problem with the iPhone OS, iTunes or an option that I'm missing somewhere (the iTunes podcast tab is set to sort by release date).

I'm thinking this is not a iphone 3.1 upgrade issue, as the only thing I have upgraded is to iTunes 9 and I am having the exact same problem. After upgrading my phone did lock up really bad. The screen was on, was showing slide to unlock but was totally unresponsive to the home and sleep buttos. Plugging it back into the computer also did nothing. I had to hard restart it with the home and sleep button in sych.
My Podcasts have no sorting capability what so ever. There is no logical reason they are so jumbled up.

Run the Diagnostic OM order Information report against the order. In the report you can the find the picked date.

Is a reboot necessary after a kernel upgrade? [SOLVED/Answered =)]

Hey folks, longtime arch user (since ~2006), first time registration/post.
Just a dead-simple question: is it necessary for me to reboot my Arch systems after 'pacman -Syu' kernel upgrades? I've always done it out of sheer habit coming from a WIndows Sysadmin world where every darn update needs a reboot.

I have to say I'm blown away by the reliability of this Linux distro. Like I implied, my day job has for years required me to interact with Windows client & server OSes on a daily basis, and the level of random issues/headaches that crop up in that ecosystem is rather astounding. In contrast, I've had as of yet zero problems with my 2 Arch servers. I've had the same essential configs since the first installations of them years ago, and barring a couple reinstalls due to hard drive failures they've been smooth as silk the whole time. Kudos to that.

PO Release cancel after GR/IV

We have release strategy in PO .
We observe that the release can be canceled at any stage that is even if the GR is done or Invoice is parked/posted .
I want to avoid revoking of release once the GR/ IV has been done .

Based upon the release indicator, you can make the purchase order totally in to display mode. So no changes will be possible after final release.

Regarding the issue of re-releasing a PR/PO after it has been released and then subsequently changed, please follow the steps below.
1) SPRO --> MM --> Purchasing --> PR --> Release Procedure --> Procedure with classification --> Set up procedure with classification --> Release Indicator
2) Double click on the indicator that you use for the Release (Most of the time, it would be 2 - RFQ/purchase order)
3) Set the changeabil to 4 (Changeable, new release in case of new release strat or val change)
With the setting above, it will retrigger the release strategy. It can be retriggering the same Release Strategy or a different one, depending on the changes that you have made to PR.
However, if the change is a decrease in Value, it will not retrigger the release. Only an increase in val change will it trigger a new release strategy.
Currently, there is no way to retrigger release strategy when there is a change in value (decrease).

PO Release Resetting after Value Reduction

Although I searched through the forum but I was not able to find any practical answer to the query. When there is a value reduction of quantity or price in a PO, if after reduction PO doesnu2019t fall into another release strategy, POu2019s current release strategy doesnu2019t reset. Customer has such a demand that whenever a reduction occurs in a PO, it doesnu2019t have to fall into different strategy, all previous approvals should be reset and approval of PO should restart from the beginning. I also found that to complete such a requirement I need to use user exit ZXM06U22 but I couldnu2019t succeed to write the ABAP code.
Any idea, thought would be appreciated.

Hi,
When you reduce quantities or values the system only resets the release
if ANOTHER release strategy is determined for the lower quantity or the
lower value. If no other release strategy is determined by the reduction
of the amount or value, the system will keep already existing releases.
For example:
Once the approval has been made for 5.000 EUR there is no need to
re-approve it again till the total net amount is lower than 5.000 EUR.
(e.g. 2.500 EUR or 3.000 EUR)
The release indicator will only be reset if the total net value of
the PO is HIGHER than the old one (5.000 EUR).
This is the standrard behaviour.

Donu00B4t release tasks after releasing a phase

Hi guys,
after searching a lot and programming in dpr_events i have no further idea.
Does anybody know if it´s possible to do not release a task after releasing the upper phase?
I tried the method set_data_ext from cl_dpr_task_o in dpr_events but there is no field for changing the sytem status from '1701' (released) to '1700' (created).

thanks for the help. I solved the problem with your suggestion. In DPR_EVENTS first I buffered the task types and then I removed them, so that the system cannot release the tasks.
In the project itself, I import the buffered task types and then I search in the project for tasks that have no task types. If the GUID matches I set the task type and remove the entry from the buffered task type table.
Now I can release a phase without releasing the underneath tasks.
Because of the filtervalue ON_PPO_RELEASED in DPR_EVENTS I can release top-tasks so that also sub-tasks are released.
So the behavior is correct again except that there are some error messages when I release the project. But that´s OK so far.

Multiple bin-release folders after 4.6 upgrade

Hi,
I've searched for an answer for this and I assume its a dumb question, but after upgrading to Flash Builder 4.6 from 4.5 whenever I run an Export Release Build I get a new bin-releaseX folder. Is there a configuration item I can set to make it reuse the current bin-release and not create another Linked Resource? Its actually only using the same physical directory (which is what I want). But I don't need a growing list of bin-releaseX folders in the project.
It didn't do this in 4.1 or 4.5 so I 'guess' I'm just missing a setting?
Any ideas?

I am in the same boat! And when I tried to delete the extra bin-release folders some of code started to get warnings, it would still work, but it has warnings where it shouldn't

Can I revert back to release 5 after installing rel 6

I installed itunes release 6 (I know, I know)and have had system instability (automatic reboots)on XP Sp2. How can I get a copy of release 5 to reinstall?

Well after doing this and yes restarting my computer etc. it took 2 minutes for itunes to start up
yuck. that shouldn't be happening. i get a 10-second start up on a good-but-two-year-old PC using itunes 6.0.0.18.

it might also be worth experimenting in there to see if there's a conflict between itunes/QT and one of your other start-up itmes.

Block Cancel release PR after creation RFQ & PR

Hi Gurus,
I have created a PR. I have set my PR releae at header level. Then I have released PR items. After release, I have created RFQ & PO for that PR. Now after RFQ & PO creation, system allows me to cancel the releasePR . msg 076 is not usful for me. How to block the release process of PR once it is processed to PO stage?
Please suggest.

To block a PR, Use T.code: ME52N, enter PR number and then -
status tab at item details-Block id-choose-Blocked by requester-save.
