i want an iphone how ever i am not willing to switch my phone service to crappy AT&T. when is the exclusive rights to iphone going to be released from AT&T so i can get an iphone?

Its a 3 year contract between at&t and apple. If i were you id go ahead and get it before then lol. There will be way better phones out there by then. Plus theres nothing wrong with at&t I have traveled in 40 states already now with my iphone and maybee did not have service 2 or 3 times.

How many devices do you test before releasing your iphone app

Just want to get an idea about how many devices do you test before releasing your iphone app. I am currently developing on iphone 2.5G. Do I need to test my app on iphone 3G and ipod touch? Are there any difference? My app does not depends on network speed.

It's not a bad idea to test on whatever you can but it's not necessarily required. You do have to make sure you're not doing anything that can't be done on all devices. (i.e. access camera in Touch, assume GPS, etc)

IOS 6.1.4 released for iPhone 5 Adds an Updated Audio Profile for Speakerphone

Apple has just released an Over the Air update for the iPhone 5. It seems to only provide an updated audio profile for the speaker phone. Nothing else listed in the change log.
I would assume that there will be an iTunes downloadable update available shortly.

It obviously is because you didnt understand. The iphone 4's last update to IOS 6.1.3 in some cases caused the phones speakers to not work (in which this happened to mine and a few people I know) which some people got rid of their phones. HENCE the AUDIO UPDATE that they recently posted but only iPhone 5 can download the update. That is my problem. I have alot of apple products diesel vdub and have had apple for a long time but I can't seem to understand why they would do this and I posted this in hopes to find more people that have had this issue and if they did anything to help fix it this issue. Thank you for your concern though.

Released from iphone contract

I purchased an iphone in November and it was activated onto an iphone tariff.
After months of billing/payment problems o2 have released me from my contract 13 months early so that i'm no longer in contract with them.
I'm puzzled as to what to do with the handset now, i'd rather use it legit so that I can receive apple updates and the like but obviously I want to be able to use it but if I put another sim card in it will just reject it.
Now when I put another o2 sim card in it's searching for activation.
I tried emailing o2, no reply suprise
I've been released from the iPhone contract by o2 because of their mistakes. I've paid £269 for a handset I can't use now, and that's o2's fault so they should fix it. No doubt they didn't think they'd have to deal with this for another 13 month or so. I bought an iPhone and activated it onto an iphone tariff and have used it for 5 month, I've now been legitimately released by o2 themselves.
I might actually be the first legitimate iphone user without a contract which is why no-one at o2 can tell me what my rights are with the handset, now.

These are failings of o2 and i'm now left with a £269 phone I can't use or the option of taking an further 18 months with the company that got it wrong in the first place! If i take another iphone contract with them i'll have been on the iphone tariff for 23 months, that's ridiculous. I'm essentially out of contract with o2, i've finished the contract - so the phone should be free for me to do what I want with it. I've finished all my obligations, and i'm in the exact position other people are going to be in 13 months from now when there contracts end!

i got an iPhone 4 one week before the 4s was released, and i was wondering if siri will ever be out for the 4. I dont want to trade in/sell my iphone so i can get a new 4s, and i dont want to jailbreak it because i jailbroke my ipod touch 4 and messed it up.

Asked and answered here many times already, but the bottom line is that Apple has announced no plans to offer Siri on anything other than the iPhone 4S. We'll all just have to wait and see.

Of course a new AppleID won't work. You need to use the one it asks for.
You must have a record of your AppleID and password somewhere... Are you not signed into the iTunes Store in iTunes on your computer?
Do you not keep important usernames and passwords stored safely somewhere you can get them if needed?
