Any standard report are there we can check the weakly or monthly wise status of our P R's mean how many PR's are release or how many PR's are still pending for release in required date.

Release Value Contract Report

Hi,
As we can get individual customer released value contract amount through T Code VA43 and report Via T code Z_XX_SD_059 for mass customers which is usually not giving the correct amount of released from value contract. The report which is extracted via T code Z_XX_SD_059 normally not reconciled with the end result of T Code VA43.So, Is there any other T code for getting correct release value contract report for multiple customers? Please share if anyone knows.

tcode Z is an in house development. Check with an abaper why there are differences with respect to VA43.

Credit Block released Sales order report

Hi Experts,
My client is given few sales orders (around 4)no and requesting us, to prepare the credit block released sales orders report (include released person user ID).
*.No change logs is existing for all sales order and deliveries.
For above requirement I am using CDHDR table data but I am not getting credit block released sales order report.
Below fields I am using in CDHDR Table.
Change doc.Object (objectclas) : VERKBELEG
Document No (CHANGENR): Sales order no XXXXXXX
Transaction no (TCODE) : VKM1,VKM2,VKM3
Date(UDATE) : 25.09.2011 to 09.11.2011

Try this, simple report... Here we check the new value of credit status field VBUK-CMGST and if it is 'D' we know that someone used VKM* transaction to release the document. Also you need to format the sales order number with leading zeros so it occupies all 10 digits and pass it to CDHDR-OBJECTID field (and not CHANGENR field). In the below code I am using select option for sales order number, so I know it will be formatted with leading zeros and so select on CDHDR will be successful.

This may sound like an odd question, but does Solution Manager / ChaRM have a list of all tables and a data dictionary? If so, would somone point me in the right direction.

But, my reqmt is date of final release of PO.
Say, PO date in EKKO is only created date, ie 28.08.2007, where as this po is finally released on 01.09.2007.

9iAS Release 2 Forms/Reports Servers

With 9iAS Rel1, there was a forms and a reports startup script for the servers. I'm not seeing this with Release 2. Also, we have had problems with Reports with regards to the DISPLAY environment setting. Where do I alter the DISPLAY for the reports server? Is there a dummy variable that we can set for this?

DISPLAY:
In $ORACLE_HOME/bin/reports.sh you can add following:

PO release codes in report/list

Hello,
Is there any Purchse order report/list, where we can see the release status's. For eg if there are two level release codes applicable to a purchase order (L1 & L2) , can we see the release code and whether released or not ?
I know there is a way to restrict PO's based on dynamic selections of ME2N, but we require the actual relase code and status.

Hi,
You can the desired report through t/code: ME2L / ME2M , after executing the report go the change layout & select the Release code / release status field. Release staus field will be appear like , if first release is done , the status will come as X or if second release done, the it will come XX. And from release indicator field , you can get the code release code .

Releasing Licenses Crystal Reports 2008

We are considering to migrate our infrastructure to Crystal Reports Server 2008. We have setup a test server with 5 CAL, and in order to make our reports work here, we had to modify our code slightly to use a different viewer (Interactive viewer is not available anymore), we had also to modify a bit our web.xml to configure a new servlet.
In our current infrastructure (Crystal Reports Enterprise 10) once we run a report via our Intranet Web application by invoking it through the Java APIs and displaying it with the crystal viewers, the licenses seem to be released even if the user still have the report in their browser's screen.
With the new Crystal reports server (Crystal Reports Server 2008) this is not happening and the licenses are released only when the timeout happens.
This doesnu2019t really work for us and we would like to reproduce the same behavior from the old version. Is there any server configuration or modification of the code that would allow me to achieve our desired behaviour on the new environment?

Issue with New Release Deploying Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2010

Previously I created a deployment project with Visual Studio 2010 using the Beta 2 release of the distributable. This worked fine and installed on a 32-bit XP machine.
I've since updated the project to use the new Release version of the distributable CRRuntime_32bit_13_0.msi. Now when I run the installed program it gives me the following message -
"An error has occurred while attempting to load the Crystal Reports runtime. Either the Crystal Reports registry key permissions are insufficient, or the Crystal Reports runtime is not installed correctly. Please install the appropriate Crystal Reports redistributable (CRRedist*.msi) containing the correct version of the Crystal Reports runtime (x86, x64, or Itanium) required. Please go to http://www.businessobjects.com/support for more information."
I've had a look at verious posts and added code to the app.config file so it looks like -

and also tried targetting various .NET frameworks, but without success.
Am I missing something?

More info, are you installing on the same PC as the Beta was installed on or a clean PC?
Your app must be set to the full framework, not the client version.
Are you installing by right clicking on your setup.exe and selecting run as administrator?
Setting that option in the app.config is only required if you are using that driver you found the info on.
Run ProcessMonitor and set it to filter your installer and see what it reports.

Release upgrade: dump report KE30

Dears,
after the upgrade release some of the reports of the transaction KE30 dumps. The error message is the following "Syntax error in program RK310011".
The problem is due to the fact the the flag "unicode check active" is missing.
The sap document "Unicode conversion guide" suggests to create a customer message under component CO-PA in the case of problems with the generation of programs RK31, RK32, RKE33* and RK34*.
How can we solve this issue?

Here custome message means, may be changing the error message into warning message. If it is that case you can do the same with the TCODE :OBMSG

VA14L why after release credit the report can't get the order again

Operation step:
1: create one order with delivery block indicate, also block by credit check
2:run VA14L, the order is in the list
3:using VKM3 to release the credit block
4:run VA14L, the order is missing in the list
Find out:
Some status(tabke-VBUK) have been changed after credit release
Question:
Why the order with delivery block indicate, but after release credit, it can't be shown in this report?
Does the report filter these order?What's the solution?
Pls give me some advice, thank you in advance.

VA14L Used to show sales orders that are on credit hold and need to be released by the credit department.
So once released the sales order will be removed from the list.
