RELEASE - PR - Material With / without contract.

Hi everyone !
I have an issue concerning my release strategy for Non Production purchase Stocked Item.
All my Release strategies have been created in fonction of PR/PO document time.
BUT My Release strategy related To NPP Stocked Item follow a specific work flow :
- I want a release if there is no existing contract related to the Article
- And no release if the article already link to a purchasing contract.
(It has been define that a contract is mandated before created a Scheduling agreement).
I know how create a Release based on one of the following item characteristics :
Account assignment category
Material group
Plant
Total value
But not on the criteria " existing contract / no existing contract"
Does someone has a clue ??????
Many thanks !
damS

You will need to activate the user exit for release for this.
Have a characteristic based on field USRC1. In the release, maintain X in this.
In the user exit for PO Release (EXIT_SAPLEBND_002), if the PO is created with reference to contract, pass "blank" to CEKKO-USRC1, otherwise pass "X".
So release will be triggered only if PO is created without contract.
If this is for PR, use the user exit EXIT_SAPLEBND_004. The comm structure is CEBAN. USRC1 is available here also.
Hope this resolves,
Lakshman

    Dear sir
I bought my iPhone 4 from Apple store in Charlotte N/C about 2years ago without contract.
Now I tried to upgrade it to iOS 7.0.4.but after that my phone not work with last sim card.
And invalid sim appeared.so I bought it without contract but it seems to be lock in my country
Please tell me whats the matter?
    My phone serial no  86034HTCA4T
    Modem firmware  04.12.09
    Thanks

Without contract is not the same as unlocked. The update to iOS 7 relocked
the iPhone to the wireless carrier to which it was originally locked. You must
contact that wireless carrier to see if they offer unlocking and if you qualify.
If you used jailbreak or other hack to unlock the iPhone initially, the method
used may prevent a legitimate unlock from succeeding and may render your
    iPhone unuseable.

Jim Level 5 person ....I am very happy for you that your usage will not be affected, please accept my  congratulations.
Now I have to point out that going ballistic has certain connotations but posting on an internet forum is not one of them.
I appear to be one of thousands who are all expressing their outrage in a rational and intelligent manner which cannot be said for your lebvel 4 + collegues on this forum.
Finally there has been an ongoing issue wiith the iPad 3 Wifi on certain wifi only models , I have not encountered it and it seems clear neither have you. That of course does not discount the fact that many others have experienced this issue , an issue which may reveal itself to you or I in the future particularly as I have only been using mine for a fortnight.

  • Is it possible to release Process Order  with Material Shortage

    Hi All,
We are using PP-PI & still wants to have behavior of the PP prod order
i.e. Release Process Order with Material shortage.
    Is it Possible.
    Regards,
    Jatin

    Hi Jatin,
Go to Transaction OPJK. Select your Plant, order type and Business function as 2-Check availability during order release.
Under Material Availability tab, maintain '1- User decides on release if parts are missing' if user wants to decide for release of Process order or '2-Release permitted despite missing parts' if you want directly the Process order should be released despite of shortage in Release material field.
These settings are similar to PP.
    Please check and revert.

  • Iphone 3GS with contract/without contract

Is Iphone 3GS freely available (without contract) in canada ??? Pls let me know the store nearby winnipeg

    The answer is no.
Once again - the iPhone is sold in Canada as carrier locked with Rogers only. Carrier locked means the iPhone sold in Canada can be used with a Rogers activated SIM card.
I believe the iPhone is sold by Apple in India and if so, you should purchase an iPhone in India where you will have support and where Apple will honor the warranty for the iPhone if needed.

  • If i buy an iphone 6 without contract from the US, would it work in other countries with non-US carriers?

if i buy an iphone 6 without contract from the US, would it work in other countries with non-US carriers?

Contract free versus SIM free are different. What you want to do is to wait for Apple to sell the SIM free version of the iPhone 6. See this explanation from the Apple 5S page that details this...
If you buy iPhone for T-Mobile, it will arrive with a nano-SIM card already installed that you can activate by visiting an Apple Retail Store or a T-Mobile store or by calling T-Mobile. If you buy a SIM-free iPhone, you will need to purchase a GSM-compatible nano-SIM card separately. In the United States, you can purchase such a SIM from AT&T or T-Mobile. When you travel internationally, you can use a nano-SIM card for iPhone 5s from a local GSM carrier.
Also be aware warranty service is country specific. So if you buy a phone in the US and it develops problems you would need to return it for service in the US...

  • Pipeline material with contract

    Hu Guys,
Went through the forum to find some answer about pipeline material I have almost everything.
My compnay wnat to use pipeline material for electricity and Gas.
I have seen on the forum that Pipeline material can (ONLY??) work with info record or souce list.
Can we assign a contract to the source or it has to be a PIR.
    Cheers
    Julien

    Hi
Do check with your MM consultant to fix the item category group "PIPE" defined the used material. Error is explanatory.
I have no idea whether we can use pipeline material with Item category "N". Generally Pipeline material (raw material is pumped from storage tanks to produciton unit. this material could be in the form of liquid or semi liquid. In my past project we have different concept used by PP to measure Qty consumed to produce final product but not used these materials on project network) are being used in process industry to measure the Qty being consumed for producing final product. In that case, I guess, your material never be a Non-stock item. Becaue of this reason system might be throwing error.

  • Re:No release of production order without standard cost estimate

    Hello Experts
I do not want to release any production order without standard cost estimate
I have come acroos the same problem raised by some other users and can you please suggest how to achieve this?
Is there any way to achieve this without user exit?
    Thanks and Regards
    Subbu

    Hello Subbu,
In this case, you need to put the status as "B4" Blocked in costing 1 view of material master, when you create the costing view and change it to "03" status when you released the cost estimate.
Please note that this field can be overwritten in MRP view also. Hence please get the good control of material master and good coordination with PP team to achive this.
Please let me know if you require any clarifications.
    Thank you,
    Regards,

  • SRM and Inventory with a Contract

Using ECC 6, SRM 7(Extended Classic)
Contracts maintained in backend and replicated into SRM.
Inventory Contract created in a 'bulk' fashion - e.g. - without a specific Material.
Contract is setup in ECC with an Item Category of 'M' (Material Unknown) and an Account Assignment Category of blank.
If using ECC we then raise a Purchase Order - this works fine.
When replicating the Contract into SRM it fails error is 'BL001' - Item type error.
General Scenario - We have a contract for numerous goods (Clothing) , so we enter one (1) line in the Contract. We can't define a specific material on the Contract as the goods required vary ecah Shoppnig Cart - e.g. - Shirt Blue Size 10 on 1 SC, then next day may be Trousers Grey Long - whatever. All of the various types of clothing are covered under one (1) Contract.
We can;t specify a particular Material on the Contract because the SC (and subsequent PO) will validate against the Contract Material. This all works fine in SRM and it seems that our problem is the inability to replicate teh contract into SRM since it does not recognise the 'M' Item Type category.
    Any guidance appreciated.
    Thanks.
    Gerry Steer

    Hello Gerry
I dont know the answer but i am telling the fact of SRM
    SRM has three Item types
    Material
    Product category
    Services
but i understand you use this report BBP_CONTRACT_INITIAL_UPLOAD program to transfer all ECC contract to SRM as a repository upon your business rule,
SAP SRM dont have idea how material unknown M item category mapped in SRM
as of i know there is no option in SRM for this MATERIAL UNKNOWN item type .
    SERVICE - AVAILABLE IN SRM
MATERIAL - KNOWN MATERIAL AVAILABLE IN SRM
MATERIAL GROUP - Available in SRM
Please kindly report to SAP via OSS message  , i think this unknown material mapping must be done as equivalent to ECC or some alternative like product category contract.

  • Material specific value contract

    Hi SAP Gurus,
I have a problem while creating material specific value contract WK2. After creating the value contract for INR 50000 and doing the neccessary settings in item category WKN, i created a relaease order with value as INR 500.
I can see the release order in the documnet flow of the contract, but in the contract overview screen value released is not reflecting, which i am expecting as 50000-500 = 49500. So the value released should reflect as INR 500.
Please correct me if i am wrong.
    Regards
    S R Sahoo

    Dear Friend,
Thanks for your reply. I have already done the following settings.
In VTAA I have already set the Cont. item copy mode to B for both
WK2 to WA and WK2 to OR.
    Please suggest further.

  • How can i buy iPhone 6 without contract?

how can i buy iPhone 6 without contract?

No, it is contract-free (meaning no 2-year contract that you are locked into), but it is not unlocked. Here is what the Apple iPhone 6 site says about the T-Mobile contract-free device:
If you have selected an iPhone for T-Mobile, it will come with the appropriate nano-SIM, but you will need to contact T-Mobile or visit an Apple Retail Store to activate your iPhone.
In order to activate it, you have to select a T-Mobile plan and pay for it (it is monthly). Once the device has been activated, you can use other compatible SIMs with it.
When the unlocked phone is released at a later date, this is what the site says about it:
If you have selected an unlocked GSM phone, you can insert your own nano-SIM card or obtain one from the supported GSM carrier of your choice and activate it in order to use your iPhone.
So, the T-Mobile is not unlocked. It is contract-free, and you will be paying for at least one month's worth of service from T-Mobile.

  • How to speed up fast refresh of materialized view without primary key

Thought I'd share this info, as I couldn't find anything on here to help me diagnose the issue:
I had a materialized view that was taking longer to perform a fast refresh than it took to perform a complete refresh. My mview had no primary key, as the base table had no primary key.
I created a trace file for the session and saw references to a column M_ROW$$ in my mview. Nowhere in the data dictionary could I find a reference to the m_row$$ column in my mview, but apparently it exists and is created automatically. After creating the index below, the fast refresh took 6 minutes to add 500k rows to the materialized view. (versus 4+ hours without the index) When I looked in the trace file, I noticed that for each row in the mview log, it first tries to update the mview with an UPDATE statement, then it performs an insert of the new data. Seems like it should be able to determine whether to perform an update or insert based on the DMLTYPE$$ column of the mview log. What was killing my performance was the UPDATE phase. Since I had no primary key on the mview, and no index on the m_row$$ column, the UPDATE phase was performing a full table scan of my mview for every row in the mview log. I was expecting it to be smart enough to only perform inserts, as the only transactions against the base table were inserts.
In summary: If you have a materialized view without a primary key, create an index on the m_row$$ column of the mview, even though no such column displays in the data dictionary.
    ex:
    CREATE MATERIALIZED VIEW mv_minidrr ...
    CREATE INDEX pk_mv_minidrr ON mv_minidrr(m_row$$) ...

Well, there indeed is a column called M_ROW$$
Your MLOG$_EMP is nothing but the materialized view log on the base table.
    SQL> create  materialized view log on emp with rowid ;
    Materialized view log created.
    SQL> create materialized view emp_mview refresh fast on demand with rowid as select * from emp ;
    Materialized view created.
    SQL> desc mlog$_emp
    Name                                                  Null?    Type
    M_ROW$$                                                        VARCHAR2(255)
    SNAPTIME$$                                                     DATE
    DMLTYPE$$                                                      VARCHAR2(1)
    OLD_NEW$$                                                      VARCHAR2(1)
    CHANGE_VECTOR$$                                                RAW(255)
    SQL> select table_name, column_name from user_tab_columns where column_name = 'M_ROW$$' ;
    TABLE_NAME                     COLUMN_NAME
    MLOG$_EMP                      M_ROW$$
    1 row selected.

  • US iPhone 3GS with out contract. Can you use it on any network

    Hi there,
does anyone know if you buy an iPhone 3GS in the US with out a contract, for the full price, if it is unlocked or you have to use it with ATT?
    Thank you
    GG

All iphones sold in the US are carrier locked to AT&T with no way to unlock them as AT&T does not unlock iphones for anyone for any reason. Thus, an iphone purchased in the US can only be activated and used on the AT&T network. It will not work with any other carriers sim. Without contract means just that, no two year agreement. That has nothing to do with whether the phone is locked or unlocked.

  • Intial upload of Stock in Transit Material with in plant / Inter company

    Hi Friends,
How can we do Intial upload of Stock in Transit Material with in plant / Inter company.
In this case accounting entries has already completed while doing post goods issue (thru SD route) or in 1st step 301 mov. type.
Now the material is in transit. While we go to new system how can do this without hit of aacounting entries.
I tried 565, it Intial upload of stock to Blocked, so accounting entries took place.
    Regards
    Sai Krishna

    Hi,
    What I am proposing is:
At this juncture both plants accounting has been done in legacy.
Coming to new system whatever stock we upload that much value only updated in receiving plant. In reality there is difference between legacy & new system in this case. In legacy stock in transit value also added in receiving plant (since we did PGI). If we do stock upload with 565 mov. type .. intial entry to blocked stock i.e value of inventory is matching the legacy.
Actual receiveal of material do transfer posting from blocked stock to unresticted stock.
    What is your opinion.
We won't upload the G/L inventory, it will come thru stock upload for kishore infor.
    Regards

  • Is it possible to Create Material Master without Profit Center ?

    Hai,
          1) Is it possible to Create Material Master without Profit Center ?
          2) How SAP System Validate Profit Center in material master. ? is it material Type wise ?
          3) Whether PO Order Creation,GRN & MIRO Possible for those material Master without Profit Center.?
    Kindly Explain me clearly..
    Thanks & Regards,
    Swetha

    Hi,
Profit center is at the plant level.
You can create material master even with out a profit center. This field will be there in the costing view and and general sales/plant data.
while creation of the materila master if do not select these views system will not ask for that.Normally it is pertaining to the costing analysis.
A profit center manager is held accountable for both revenues, and costs (expenses), and therefore, profits. What this means in terms of managerial responsibilities is that the manager has to drive the sales revenue generating activities which leads to cash inflows and at the same time control the cost (cash outflows) causing activities. This makes the profit center management more challenging than cost centre management. Profit center management is equivalent to running an independent business because a profit center business unit or department is treated as a distinct entity enabling revenues and expenses to be determined and its profitability to be measured.
Business organizations may be organized in terms of profit centers where the profit center's revenues and expenses are held separate from the main company's in order to determine their profitability. Usually different profit centers are separated for accounting purposes so that the management can follow how much profit each center makes and compare their relative efficiency and profit. Examples of typical profit centers are a store, a sales organization and a consulting organization whose profitability can be measured.
