Hello,
In the âUpgrading Autonomous Cisco Aironet Access
Points to Lightweight Modeâ guide I've read that if I want to upgrade an access point from autonomouss mode to LWAPP mode, access points must be running Cisco IOS Release 12.3(7)JA or later before I can perform the upgrade.
My access points are running Cisco IOS Release 12.3(8)JEC. I'm confused about the âJECâ part of the name. What does it mean? Is it a feature identifier or a release number? I suppose the 12.3(8)JEC release is greater than the 12.3(7)JA, isn't it?

the JEC has some security fixes for Wireless EAP - CSCsj56438 in it as well.

I have heard a couple rumors and was wondering if anyone can confirm them:
1) future releases will incoroporate DSO's
2) future release will be able to incorporate data from an External DB - i.e. Oracle and can be used in conjuction with existing BW data

Hello Mike,
You need one extra blade for BOEA, and this doesn't have to be as same as your other blades. You can purchase a new nehalem G6 blade which has 12, 24 or 48 GB ( 12 or 24 should be more than enough)
To answer your questions, you cannot join those indexes, you will have two different information spaces.
1) Is that calling the EDW_SFM_STATUS index directly without a query object or is my query object being saved on my desktop?
>>> When you create the indexes for EDW_SFM_STATUS, it will be stored in BWA as a snapshot of the time that you created the indexes. So there is no additional query you need to create.
2) Can I join data from the 0COOM_C02 index with the EDW_SFM_STATUS index? Is that query object with the join stored onmy desktop?

Also here you have three options to create indexes here; 1) You can create a snapshot index of this multiprovider's data, or 2) you can create regular BWA indexes of the each infoprovider in this multiprovider or 3)you can create a query on top of this MP, and index the results of the query as a snapshot data.
As you can see options 1 &3 are snapshots, you need to reindex everytime if you need new data. Also for option #1 & 3, there are limitations. You need to run a check to see if you can create index for this MP and query. If the MP has compounded chars that is not stored in one of the part provider , you can't create BWA indexes for this MP. Similar issues in #3, you need to run a check program RSR_QPROV_CHECK to see if the query is eligible for BWA indexes. If you have more than one structures, some hierarchies etc it won't let you create BWA indexes.
Lastly, even you think that you are creating indexes for only the resultset of your query, it will create indexes for all the masterdata in your query. e.g. your query runs for one customer+one material for one fiscal period, and brings 10 records. When you create the snapshot index of this query, it will create indexes for ALL customers and all materials, not just for this one customer.

Itunes global release question

heya all, we recently joined itunes as a user to check on our release.
For a few weeks we have been blindly signing in to the Aus itunes.
Checking our track popularity etc. It wasnt untill we started gearing
up our internet links to fans we started thinking that the link our label
gave us for myspace etc hopefully allowed access to all the itunes stores
re- countries. We have friends from all around. Can anyone draw some light on
our concerns. Does a link to a particular band that can be posted as a fanlink
distinguish. If a fan from the states clicks our link to buy tracks will the link
take them to our artist page in their country. In other words, will a US itunes
user be taken to the us version of our release, an Aussie to Australia a Britt to the UK itunes and so on? I would put the band name and itunes search words on here but do not want this post to look promotional at all.

You can check which iTunes Stores your music appears in by changing which country you are looking at in the iTunes Store main window.
Scroll down to the bottom and there will be a drop down menu for choosing country. If the list is not readable, for example you have selected a country that uses a different character set (cyrillic, kanja, etc), there is also a flag icon next to the drop down. Clicking on the flag will allow you to select countries based on the flag.
However, labels and distribution rights tend to be country specific, and even when a label hold worldwide distribution rights they may partner with another label to distribute in other countries. This may affect which iTunes Stores your music appears in. You would need to check with your label in regards to questions about that.

Credit Release Question

Dear SAP Experts,
Currently, our automatic credit control is configured as follow:
Credit Control --- Reaction ---Block
1) Sales Order --- C (Warning) --- Y
2) Delivery ---C ---Y
3) PGI --- C --- Y
By default, if credit check fails at SO creation, user can still proceed to save but unable to create the DO. Once released through VKM3, user can proceed all the way to PGI.
However, if user releases the document and creates the DO, but tries to do PGI only the day after it is released, the user needs to release the document again. Does anybody knows where to configure this so that once released, the user doesn't need to release it again if PGI is done the following day?
FYI, the Number of Days field under "Released documents are still unchecked" is set to 0 days.
Your advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

- Check if you have assigned any routine at 'Document controlling -No credit check'
If the document is not changed then," the Number of Days field under "Released documents are still unchecked" is set to 0 days" is fine.

IPhone UK release question

Right, lets face it, I will be buying an iPhone when it comes out, the question is this, I am an existing O2 customer billing through CARPHONE WAREHOUSE. I have 8 months left running on my existing contract which is BELOW the cost of the lowest iPhone tariff.
So, does anyone know whether you will be able to SWAP you existing O2 tariff (billed via Carphone Warehouse) to an iPhone tariff of eqaul or greater value, obviously tying you into a new 18 month contract, I believe this can be done in the states with AT&T, thus meaning that I don't have to run two contracts at once...
PLUS - Are we looking at a 6pm launch, I believe like the states, or will we be able to purchase as of opening of stores on the 9th?

Upgrade to Netweaver 7.3 components release questions.

     I want to upgrade an BW environment from Netweaver 7 EHP2 to Netweaver 7.3 but I'm not sure what release I have to download for this components... I mean... for this components what are the release supported or what release I have to download for this components compatible with Netweaver 7.3?
This are the components that I have right now and I have to know what destination I have to use..

For more information, you can check SAP note 1532805. I would suggest you to download patched from MOPZ and it will take care of dependency of all the objects instead of downloading all components separately.

Modern Warfare 2 Midnight Release Question.

Alright so im planning to hit the Midnight Release of modern warfare 2.
I get off work at 12:00 am exactly and it takes me 30 minutes to get to the best buy.
How late will best buy be open for this? and will they have enough copies if im not able to make it?
If im not able to make it for the midnight release will they have copiers later on in the day?
I have not preordered, will that affect anything at all?

they usually stay open for an hour for midnight release you dont have to have a preorder to get a game...they should have plenty of extra copies tonight and tomorrow

IPod Touch 5th gen release question.

I was wondering when the iPod is released if we will get an e-mail or something to tell us that it's on it's way instead of having to constantly having to check the "Track an Order" tab.

You should get an email when it ships. No one knows of a date though. :-(

Password for eBook release question

I downloaded two books from Kobo.com into my eReader library. When I went to to open them I got a message saying since these books had DRM I needed to use my Adobe ID and Password. That did not work as, maybe, my password for ADE is different from my password for Adobe.
So, my question is how do I find if the password for ADE is different and, if so, how to find out what it is or how to change it.

New Release question!? Printer question as well

Hey, i am looking to get a MacBook Pro for college. However, I'm wondering if Apple has talks of releasing a new laptop any time soon that will be dropping the MBP prices?
Also, do Mac's talk to standard HP printers?

Apple has maintaned the same pricing for a number of years now so the prices should be about the same. I think the biggest changes to come are in the OS and the possible ellimination of the hard drive in the next generation. As for printers the Mac will talk to an HP but it will most likely not understand and HP support will not talk to you. Wether you pay $100.00 for the printer or $10,000.00 for the printer HP does not support the Mac they never have and never will. I have had way too much experience with them to know better than to ever buy or support an HP product again. You couldn't even give me one. If your not experienced in writing drivers I would skip them altogether. I prefer Epson or Oce' because if/when an issue arrises it is corrected and the higher quality printers are supported much longer over OS changes and updates and they always let you know in advance wen they are not going to update drivers for a particular printer anymore and when they don't GIMP Print always seems to get them to work properly anyway. I still have a 740i that I use on this MBP to fill in the blanks on preprinted forms which is not always an easy task even on the latest machines.

CL24N : check all ur Charcteristics are assigend to class
Here u select your release strategy and select details icon and check whether your characteristics are assigned to Value you want.U have to check the Box here.
CL20N : Check Standard class check box is tick mak and under status tab select option 1 Released.

I've used JDev9i heavily for months (pre-beta and now using the officially released beta). I run the product on a Toshiba 8200 laptop running Windows 2000 with 512MB RAM and a 800Mhz P3 processor.
I use code insight a lot and never see this minutes-long wait or 100% CPU usage.
Not doubting that you are seeing the problem, can you be more specific about the steps you follow to reproduce the problem, what other apps are running at the time, etc.
We'd like to track down the issue if it might be Pentium 4 specific, or if it's specific to a particular class you're trying to get insight on.

LMS Current Release Question

I been away from LMS since release 3.2.   Am now interested in what has changed since then.
   1) Is LMS now available for Redhat Linux ?
   2) Is HUM included with an unlimited license for LMS or is HUM still a seperate add-on ?
   3) Is Cisco Prime just LMS repackaged as an applicance ?

1. Among the distributions available is a soft appliance which can be loaded onto a VMware ESXi server and runs as a Linux guest OS. It includes the underlying hardened Linux, a variant of the RHEL distro, I believe.

3. Cisco Prime is the umbrella term for several products. Cisco Prime Infrastructure is the only ordering mechanism for new purchases and includes Prime LMS (4.2) and NCS (1.1). It is available as an installable application server (for Windows or Solaris), a soft appliance (as I mentioned above), or as a hardware appliance with the product pre-installed.

Halo 4 L.E. Console midnight release question

I know it might vary from store to store but I was just wondering if anyone knows if I'd be able to pick up my pre-ordered Limited Edition Halo 4 Console at midnight or if that would have to wait until normal business hours. I was under the impression that the standard version of the game is the only version you can get at the midnight release.

We have a situation where client needs reporting on BOBJ products as they have been using this product for many years now without SAP.
Scenarios I have
1)Client needs reporting on SAP and non SAP products ,hybrid approach since some data is in non-SAP and NEW implementation will be in SAP
2)Client has Microstrategy and data stage and want to know what should be done to those landscapes to discontinue or continue ,what is the best strategy ??
For both the scenarios want to know if the Pinoeer can be implemened or not ,if not what is the best tool to implement in case of
1)Analytical reporting - Bex or WebI or Pioneer ??
2)Adhoc Reporting - for sure its WebI
3)What is the timeline for PIONEER release ,when can the product be utilized for development ?
