Releveant Business content qureis in PP for Schedule Adherance

Hello,
I have 3 KPS that I want to map to the content quereis in PP. Any help/pointer in terms of the cube and specfic qureis is appreciated. The threee KPIs wrt to Plant Output - Schedule Adherence are as below:
1. Actual output to Scheduled Production
2. Actual Output to Planned Production
3. Scheduel to Plan

Where can we find Business content Cubes,DSO,Reports for CS,PM,Treasury Management modules in help.sap.com. I searched in help.sap.com.But i haven't get exact link in the site. I haven't have access for the BI system.Can any list out the cubes ,DSO's,report that are in Business content for the above modules or give me the help.sap.com links, so that i can go through on it. Documentation for Business Content Rapid Marts Reports for SAP R/3

Hi,
As we have technical documentation for SAP BI business content BI reports on SAP HELP Portal,
is there any link where we can find the technical documentation for business content reports supported by SAP BOBJ Rapid marts for R/3 solution like for HR module.
I would like to know what kind of reports are available as a part of rapid mart business content and what are the measures ( key figures ), dimensions ( characteristics ) supported by each of these standard business content rapid mart reports.
I have referred business guide and user guide for HR rapid marts but they just give an overview of what analysis can be done.But there is no technical documentation for each of the possible rapid mart reports.

Transfer Rules missing in Business Content (704 lvl 1) for CMS

Hi SDN,
We are currently on BI 7.0, and using Business Content 704 level 1. When collecting BIC InfoSources for Collateral Management Systems (CMS), we notice that the transfer rules are missing in business content.
Has anyone encountered this issue? I have been referencing notes 1171293, and 1179880

Does sap BI business content comes with transformation for standards

Hai Can anybody tell me whether SAP BI 7 business content
comes with fully loaded transformations with all routines in place like our 3x update rules.
For ex when i load 0hr_pa_0 and 0hr_pa_1 in 3x iam getting the routine with code in place for business contents when i migrate iam unable to trace the transformations in Business content can somebody help or is it we have to do the coding stuff for age calculation,age range etc in transformations

Business Objects Web Service Interface for Scheduling (without Java SDK)

Task:
> use BO web service interface to schedule report generation and fetch job with generated PDF object without having to use Java (Webservice) SDK
Detailed requirements:
> get session ID : ok, session WSDL, <BO server alias>/dswsbobje/services/Session , method "session"
> schedule a specific report : in general clear, via <BO server alias>/dswsbobje/services/BIPlatform, method "schedule"
> set report format to "PDF": is that possible ? With which WSDL and method ?
> schedule right now and only once: is that possible ? With which WSDL and method ?
> can I provide a parameter value for that report ?
> does schedule response contain jobID for later fetching of completed job ?

With focus on my research (have checked and tested with soapUI), WSDL interface of BO seems not to be sufficient to fullfil the upper requirements, so I have to use BO Java SDK, which is powerful enough. Am I right ? Can you provide insights how to fullfil the requirements with the web service interface ? Would make whole implementation simpler (invocation from Tibco, ESB implementation).

The error you're hitting is presumably JBO-25030.
Look to the "merge" command. In the parent you specify just the key of the preexisting parent record, and then in the child you specify your new child record.

Business Content Objects on BI side for the business content data sources

Hi All,
We are doing a fresh implementation, and would like to know the step by step way through which i can know the relevant business content objects on BW side for a BC data sources ,,,,,
0material_attr
and 0mat_sales_Attrt
As Per my understanding, once installed the BC data sources, the data would be feed to the master data info object 0material
But the question is how do i know the complete Business content object on BW / BI side, and use the same building the entire flow.
I have a hint that we can know it through the help.sap.com, and it would be highly appreciated and awarded for your expertises guidence, i have tried sercing in it, but dont know the correct trick.
Even for the other business content data sources.
Example, the relevant infoobject or the DSO or the Cube,transformation, dtp,etc..

Do you mean this way in the meta data repository, it will propose the flow for the business content object, and if yes, then even if they are in delivery version and not in active version, still it shall propose the flow for the business content objects,
And to cut short my requirement, as specified we are doing the fresh implementation,
and i have identified that we would require first to load the material master data, and based on our present requirement, the data source which i have identified are
0material_attr (for the table mara in ECC system)
0mat_sales_attr (for the table mvke in ECC system)
all the fields data would be loaded to which master data info object,
will it be 0material or ????

Transport request for Business Content

Hi SDN Gurus,
We have a Fresh BI 7.0 System and we are Doing a CRM implementation project. This requires standard Business Content related to CRM opportunity and Activity cubes. I have installed(Activated) the relevant Business Content for the same. As this is my Development system for demo purpose all the relevant Business Content objects are stored in $tmp package.
My Question is whether we need to allocate a separate package and Request for Transporting the same(All the Activated Business Content) to QA system or only custom created Objects required to be Transported as a new request to QA.
Please clarify whether the same Objects ($temp business content) will be available in the QA in activated state or we need to Activate the Business Content in QA also.
Any help will be rewarded.

Hi Vishwanath,
You need to put(collect) all the business content objects along with your custom created objects in a separate package and put them in a new request.
The business content will be activated in Quality system only when you activate these in Development and transport it to Quality.

How to make business content available for reporting

The business content is loaded.The version is 3.5.3 SP2 which we have and BW version is 3.5
I can see the business content going thru RSA1 for e.g for Sales 0SD_O01 etc
Now how can i make the content available for reporting.When I go in modeling and click on infoprovider, infoobject it doesnt show me anything.Its blank.
Do i have to connect R/3 to BW for reporting or load data to BW from R/3 and do reporting.Why the content is not showing in modeling?How can i make it available for reporting

First you need to install the Businesscontent object first...right side window in the business content will give you the option.once it is installed then u can view it in modeling then load data and do reporting...

BW Business content activation for BPC 7 NW.

What are the standard business contents needs to be activated for BPC7NW installation in BW?
I means any infoobjects, cubes specific to BPC which can be activated in BW/BI server.
Please let me know any input or links.

Good question.
This topic is covered in the BPC NetWeaver installation guide that in on the service marketplace.

The post activation activities are made up primarily of two things.
1) Activation of the delivered BPC Process Chains.
Within the DW Workbench goto the Business Content tab and search for all process chains with the prefix /CPMB/* and activate them all.
2) Activation of ApShell
You can do this by running the program UJS_ACTIVATE_CONTENT. This is not exactly Business Content however somewhat similar. This will create the cubes, infoObjects etc that make up Apshell and load ApShells applications with Data.

For Solman Service Desk, the following objects are used :
Cube : 0CSRV_C01
DSO : 0CRM_PROH
DataSource : 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_H
And apart from this there are some MD datasources, for BPARTNER, USER STATUS, CATEGORY etc.

Business Content for BW v7

Dear all,
I am looking for some information about the business content provided by SAP for BW v7 (meaning SAP BI within NW 2004s). I couldn't find anything... what's the practise currently ? Should we use the BC from BW v3.5 ?? What is going to happen in the near future if the BC for v7 are suddenly available ??

Project Systems Business Content - Residual Order Plan

Hi all,
I a issue which I hope someone can help me with:
I am lodading data into cube 0PS_C08 and then into 0PS_C04 as per the BC. When I view the BC restricted key figure "residual order plan" i get nothing (blank).
I look in R/3 I have values for residual order plan. I have looked at the Help on SAP and they say there is some config that needs to be done in SPRO. I dont really understand what config needs to be done can someone help?
