    Hi,
I had the SSIS packages (ETL job) working fine for a long time and then we moved the server/machine and ETL job keeps failing.
The ETL job run number of packages. The ETL job fails for the first run then I set the retires and it works in 2nd or 3rd try on the ETL job but it fails daily for the first run where DTexec.exe crash (log pasted below)
    Server: Windows 2008 R2
SQL Server:  SQL Server 2008 R2
    RAM 64 GB
    CPU cores 8
we had the similar specs on previous machine and ETL job worked fine. Only difference is we have 2 SQL server instances now on same machine.
I am suspecting it's an issue with ETL packages  but why it was working fine before for a long time and after machine move it keeps failing.
    Any thoughts?

  • Adobe Flash Player Update Service 11.6 r602 stopped working and was closed?

After trying many different fixes including uninstalling flash player  and unsuccessfully trying to reinstall it, would consistently stop  loading at about 57 percent.  Either there are remains of registry keys interfering or your site or my computer has been attacked.  No malware showing after checking with antivirus.  Seen same message on other computers.  Had to restore computer to earlier date but lost some contact info in the process in  Skype.  Possible problem from trying to install internet tv software, but restored to previous point there to.  Computer works ok but slowed on internet considerably but message shows continuously daily need a better solution or let your site analyze my flash player. What can I do?

thank you for your info, I did edit the question to show I was using vista (business to be specific).  I will try again with some afterthoughts.  Will enable Java first.  I remember that was a problem in a  previous update, I thought that was always running and go through the steps again.  I don't feel comfortable messing with the registry and if you can add some advice on how to deal with that safely that would be appreciated also.  Thank you so much for your quick response.  Also, isupgrade to explorer 10 recommended for vista or is it suppose to accommodate windows 8.  I don't want to be a beta tester before they work out all the kinks sincerelyadobelougLou Grubin

Use File Assassin. If it can't remove it. it CAN'T BE REMOVED.

Look at your system crash report for your Photoshop crash.  See what module failed.  I its is in you printers driver. See if the is an update available for it.

  • "Player update service 11.6 r602 stopped working and was closed" box keeps re-apearing

I have un-installed and re-installed several times, also followed lenghty tutorials on the internet to completely remove Flash player before re-installing, I still get the message box popping up several times in an hour or so, sometimes it does not show the message just the minimum/full/close boxes.
    It's driving me mad!
PS I cannot find an email to contact Adobe direct for help.

You CAN'T call Adobe for support for a "free" product.  There IS NONE. What you CAN do to eliminate this is:
Right click ANY flash content on the web and choose "Global Settings"
Under the Advanced tab Check "Never check for updates (not recommended)"
This will stop the updater from ever starting and it won't stop working if it never starts.
The downsiade is you'll have to manually check for updates afterward.

  • Adobe Flash Player Update Service 11.6r602 stopped working and was closed

Not sure why this is suddenly come up.

I have found the application causing these pop-ups C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash\FlashPlayerUpdateService.exe
But I can't seem to delete it - it always says "in use". I've downloaded multiple applications (like Unlocker, Lockhunter, Vob and FileASSASSIN) and they all seem to have a problem with this file. I've even tried die cmd route (disabling explorer.exe for the moment) but it says "Access denied". I've also tried deleting it in Safe Mode - that seemed to work until I rebooted in normal mode and it was back! Even deleting it with FileASSASSIN (the more effective of the lot) only works for a minute and then it magically reappears. I'm not sure if there is a program that is recreating it or whether the fact that it doesn't appear in Recycle Bin means it wasn't really deleted...
UPDATE: I looked at the "date modified" on the file and found something I had downloaded at that day and time. I deleted the downloaded app and then the file (using FileASSASSIN) but it still came back... =(   Any suggestions?

  • Print Filter Pipeline Host stopped working and was closed

I recently bought an HP Envy 5532 printer, which works OK when I print from my PC (Word documents for example), but deletes document and shows the above error message when I try to print from the Internet.  I have tried the HP Print & Scan Doctor to fix problem and when I run a test page all is OK, but as soon as I try to print from the web the same problems happens again.
I have downloaded new drivers and software but nothing works.
I tried to use an earlier post to fix things (had the same description as my problems and related to an HP printer) but when I went to select New Driver in the Printer Advance settings in Properties, it was greyed out.
Anyone out there who can help me?

Hello Luisea, and welcome to the HP Forums, I hope you enjoy your experience!
I see you are experiencing print issues.  I would love to try and help you, but I do need a little information first. I am linking a few HP Support documents below that will show you how to find which operating system you are using. Also, if you're using Windows, please include whether your operating system is 32-bit or 64-bit. With this information we can provide you with accurate information.
Mac OS X: How Do I Find Which Mac OS X Version Is on My Computer?
Which Windows operating system am I running?
Is the Windows Version on My Computer 32-bit or 64-bit?
Also, have you tried printing from multiple browsers, such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome?
Please let me know what you find.  Thanks for posting on the HP Forums!

  • Spooler SubSystem App stopped working and was closed????

Does anyone know what causes this problem and what I can do to fix it?

It's a known problem. Do you have any HP printers installed? A quick fix, if you are comfortable editing the registry is:
    Start -> Run - Regedit -> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SYSTEM -> ControlSet001 ->
    Control -> Print -> Environments -> Windows NT x86 -> Version -3 -> Remove
All Printers From Here (Delete HP First See If that resolves the problem)
That should fix the SubSystem App crashing, after you delete the registry entry, start the printer spooler and reinstall the printer drivers, most likely Vista will have these drivers built in.
