Relization status of a cheque in vendor module
Hi,
The relization status of a cheque in the vendor module (for cheque issued to settle an outstanding invoice)?
Regards,
Murthy
Hi,
You need to look into the Banker's statement to know what are the cheques encashed by the Vendors. If the issued cheque is encashed by the Vendor then the outstanding is settled.
Trust this helps much!
Cheers!

Then i have assigned these to Object type Quality info reocord and i have assigned status profile in Quality info record.

With reference to the given detail

Share capital.
Reserves and surplus
Secured Loans

This naming convention will totally depend on clients requirement.

One cheque for multiple vendors in diff comp codes
Good day all
My client wants to pay multiple vendors in multipe company codes with one cheque.
Ex.1. Vendor 123 in Comp code 1
Vendor 555 in Comp code 2
Vendor 789 in Comp code 3
Must all be paid with one cheque to Vendor 987 in Comp code 1.
OR
2. Vendor 123 in Comp 1
Vendor 123 in Comp 2
Vendor 123 in Comp 3
Must all be paid with one cheque to Vendor 123 in Comp code 1.
Only ONE cheque in both cases must be created.
Is this at all possible with F110, check payments?
Any advice or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Regards
LouiseHI,
Do vendor transfer posting from one to another company code that transfer remaining two vendors to one main vendor through cross company transaction and then clear the open items of remaining two vendors. And run F110 for Main vendor to whom who want to print cheque. -

Vendor as mnditory in QA01 transaction
Hi friends,
I got an urgent requirement..
In QA01 transaction.. I want Vendor as manditory field..when the inspection value is particular value..
please give the procedure..
and imp code..
regards,
sampath.Hi friends,
I've encountered same problems also. But I did make a user exit already.
INFO:
QPL10004 User subscreen for displaying additional data
This enhancement allows you to display or change additional data on the
screens for the inspection lot transactions.
All fields in table QALS are available for display. You can only make
limited changes to the customer-specific fields of the table enhancement
CI_QALS (forms the basis of the table QALS).
Displaying data:
Activate the subscreen you require and use enhancement EXIT_SAPLQPL1_004
to make entries for the fields. The inspection lot fields in the
structure I_QALS are available for this. You can access status management
data using the function modules STATUS_READ (to load) or STATUS_CHECK (to
check).
Changing data: You can only change the fields in the Include CI_QALS.
Therefore, create the structure again in the Dictionary and add the
fields you require to this structure.
The enhancement EXIT_SAPLQPL1_004 then transfers the current status of
QALS to the function group XQPL, where you can change the data on the
customer-specific subscreens.
The enhancement EXIT_SAPLQPL1_006 can be used to return the changed data
using the structure E_QALS_CUST to the inspection lot.
When you save QALS, the changed data is automatically saved.
PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED:
Example:
"In QA01 transaction.. I want Vendor as manditory field..when the inspection value is particular value.."
When inspection value '013' is encountered, Vendor field should either pop-up a screen or should already be in the screen.
The problem with this user exit is that it bypass during or doesnt enter the user exit during the process of QA01 -
Can't get ok_code &F03 (green back) from copied standard_fullscreen status
Hi SDN,
we are on WAS640. I have a Z-Program which uses FM
REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY.
Depending on different cases the ALV shows different tables using different t_outtabs. As for the different ALV tables, I also need differnt GUI Status...
Hence I copied the Standard Status called STANDARD_FULLSCREEN to Z_STATUS1 to X...
Now I notice, that all the ALV Buttons like Filtering and Sorting, which are defined in the pf-status under "Application Toolbar" work fine. Here I also added new buttons.
Under "Function Keys" in pf-status there is the ok_code &DATA_SAVE (the disk-symbol) - this is also accessible, bu the next oks like green arrow &F03 or yellow arrow &F15 are not accessible.
I have to change the navigation, as there is sometimes a long history in the program running, and sometimes ittakes 5 or more clicks on the green, yellow or red exit arrow to get back to the initial view of the program.
When turning on Debug mode via /h during runtime, I can see, that I get the ok_code &DATA_SAVE, but nothing happens for the navigation arrows - no debugger comes up. Why is that?
For the access of the ok_codes I follow the ALV FM and set up a form like this:
FORM uc_benutzer USING r_ucomm TYPE sy-ucomm
r_selfield TYPE slis_selfield.
* save stuff
IF r_ucomm = '&DATA_SAVE'. "works fine
ELSEIF r_ucomm = '&F03' OR r_ucomm = '&F12' OR r_ucomm = '&F15'. "does not work
LEAVE TO TRANSACTION 'ZPMIM'.
ENDIF.
some help appreciated,
kind regards, matthias kasigOk, If you get in the PAI you can check what the value of the OK_CODE is? SYST-UCOMM.
Then you can check whether or not this is handled. Note that it is good practice to copy the value of the OK_CODE to a temporary variable.
It's custom to set the PF-status everytime in the PBO (initialization module) of the screen. -
Hi,
I am working on interfacing CRM with a third party system. The integration should trigger when the user status of the service order change to say "status1" or "status2".
Also I want to update the user status programatically from another third party system.
Quetion-
1. Which function module/BADI can be called to update the User status?
2. Which function module/BADI will be called after the User status updated?
thanks in advance,
KPHello,
Question 1.
To update the user status, you can use crm_order_maintain or more specific CRM_STATUS_MAINTAIN_OW.
Question 2.
After the user status update, you can use the method after_change of badi CRM_ORDER_STATUS.
You can also use transaction CRMV_EVENT and create your own after_change event with your own FM.
Hope this will help you,
Regards,

Script cannot find perl Data:Dumper module
Good day. I live in Australia and use a script called Shepherd to update my mythtv program listings.
After upgrading a couple of days ago (first time in about 6 months) Shepherd has stopped working.
Shepherd doesn't seem to find the perl data-dumper module, which is part of the base perl install.
All my packages are up to date as of this post, and I am on the current kernel -
uname -r
3.4.9-1-ARCH
~/.shepherd/shepherd --check
ERROR:
Mandatory module 'Data::Dumper' not found.
Please see the Wiki at <a href='http://svn.whuffy.com/wiki/Installation' class='bbc_url' title='External link' rel='nofollow external'>http://svn.whuffy.co...ki/Installation</a>
for details on how to install this module.
Shepherd is updating ~/.shepherd/output.xmltv (the listings information scraped from the net) but evidently needs the dumper module to post the data into MythTV.
I'm not sure if it has something to do with this, which I don't properly understand -
The current Arch Linux default perl installation installs updates to core modules into the perl core directories, creating file conflicts. Examples include modules such as Data::Dumper and version.
which is mentioned here.
I appear to have it installed as part of the perl base package -
sudo pacman -Qi perl
Name : perl
Version : 5.16.1-1
URL : <a href='http://www.perl.org' class='bbc_url' title='External link' rel='nofollow external'>http://www.perl.org</a>
Licenses : GPL PerlArtistic
Groups : base
Provides : perl-archive-extract=0.58 perl-archive-tar=1.82 perl-attribute-handlers=0.93 perl-autodie=2.10
perl-autoloader=5.72 perl-autouse=1.07 perl-b-debug=1.17 perl-b-deparse=1.14 perl-b-lint=1.14
perl-base=2.18 perl-bignum=0.29 perl-carp=1.26 perl-cgi=3.59 perl-compress-raw-bzip2=2.048

perl-cpan-meta-yaml=0.007 perl-cpanplus=0.9121 perl-cpanplus-dist-build=0.62 perl-data-dumper=2.135
So it seems Shepherd is suddenly not finding it for some reason, after the upgrade.
I tried installing the perl-data-dumper packages from the AUR (simple and concise) and neither of those made any difference.
I also tried installing the module with a cpan command (as root) but that gave me errors (which I'd rather not have to deal with unless I have to to fix this issue).

How to change status of operation (Production order)
Hi all,
I would like to know if there is a way to change the status of an operation for an operation order.
I found a BAPI for changing the status of the production, a function module to get the status of an operation but nothing standard for changing the status of an operation.
The solution is using a call transaction?
Thanks for your help!
DavidDear,
It is not clear what you want to do. Usually the operation system status is driven by the way you release the operation or at headre level. On the other hand you can influence the user status as per your logic. Please let us know you are looking for which status?

Status from init to modify in real estate
hi masters,
in tcode : RECN... when i create a real estate contract the status button will be on CREATE. So after create then i change anything or name of the contract to something else ex : sap... now when i save the STATUS should change automatically to MODIFED. I found a badi which is BADI_RE_CN_CN in this badi i have so many methods... and i looked for the field STATUS
but i could not find that field name in the badi... but when i put the break point it stops there.
i have never worked on the badis... and it is my first badi... so can you any one help me as to how to approch where and how can i say in those classes or where to work it out.
regards,
pasala.Hi Bhasker,
For status there wil not be any field that is available. you need to use FMs to change status.
What status are you talking about. Is it system status or User status?
There are 2 function modules which needs to be used to change the status.
STATUS_CHANGE_INTERN - Set/Delete System Status
STATUS_CHANGE_EXTERN -Set User Status
Sample Code:
SYSTEM STATUS:
Fill the internal table with the required system status.
wa_status-stat = 'I0070'. " Status (ISTAT) found in table TJ02T.
append wa_status to it_status.
clear wa_status.
call function 'STATUS_CHANGE_INTERN'
exporting
objnr = <Object Number> " (VICNCN-OBJNR)
tables
status = it_status
exceptions
object_not_found = 1
status_inconsistent = 2
status_not_allowed = 3
others = 4.
USER STATUS:
call function 'STATUS_CHANGE_EXTERN'
exporting
CHECK_ONLY = ' '
client = sy-mandt
objnr = <Object Number> " (VICNCN-OBJNR)
user_status = 'EXXXX' " Status (ESTAT) found in table TJ30T for your status profile.
EXCEPTIONS
OBJECT_NOT_FOUND = 1
STATUS_INCONSISTENT = 2
STATUS_NOT_ALLOWED = 3
OTHERS = 4
Please Revert back if you need more help.

Gautham Paspala
