I sthere anything like Remider which is avaible in other nokia models simillar to "TODo" werein at the set time it will alert us of the task that we set. Do we have any simillar in Nokia E5

My reminder alarm tones has for one reason or another switched from Windows to Nokia tones.
I can't choose reminder alarm type as it is just an option box. I am suspecting firmware update 1308 to be the cause.
How do I change it back to Windows?

Ideas to improve Nokia 701 - Missed Events remindi...

I'm proud owner of Nokia 701.
I've got two Ideas to help using Nokia for more peoples, then me.
1/ Missed Events reminder
Is it not possible to use phonedisplay as missed event reminder? (blink once per 5sec or something like that)
This little reminder light is not strong enough, to remind user during a day even in low lighted room. But it is sure enough to provide remindering at the night.
I suggest, this function could be enabled/disabled for every profile or it can be automatically done through light sensor.
2/ FM transmitter
What is the Reason for FM spectrum 88,1 - 107,9 ? Standard in EU is 87,8 - 108,0. I had used 108FM on my old FM transmitter, while there was no broadcast and i could hear music without interference.

For your second concern, it's used for US TV channel (87.9 MHz) and aviation navigation frequencies (107.9 MHz).

Nokia 6220 - Does it remind you if you have missed...

If you want multiple reminders of missed calls or texts you will need to use a 3rd party program.
The only one I know that works well is "Remind Me" but the current version is untested on newer FP2 phones like the 6220c.

Nokia 710 - alarm/reminder help needed

I'm new to Nokia 710 Lumia. I don't like to have my phone switched on overnight. I want to set various daily reminders so that when my phone is switched on they activate with a continuous alarm (until turned to snooze or off by me) even if the reminder time has passed.
My Nokia alarm will only activate if the phone is switched on before the reminder time is due (not after) and various reminders I've tried only beep once and not continuously which is what I need.
Does anyone know of an alarm/reminder app which has a continuous alarm and will also activate if the phone is switched on after the reminder time has passed?

How to change a reminder mode in Nokia E7?

You can't. The maximum snooze delay is 60 minutes. You can set it in Options > Settings > Alarm snooze time.

Nokia 2330 no reminder sound!!

When a reminder is added, it will never produce an alarm sound. The screen will flash and that's all. No sounds, not even vibrations. Completely useless.
The phone is in normal mode, all sounds are enabled (checked and rechecked), it rings when called, it rings when a message comes, but reminders are silent and without vibrations. Try it yourself.
It's a huge bug in the software.

Ok, I contacted my ISP and they fixed the problem. Probably updated the software.

Reminder in agenda for Nokia Lumia 800

When adding a meeting in my agenda my 'reminder' is default set on 15 minutes.
Can I change this or even switch it off default?

I'm not sure if it's the same for WP 7.x but in WP 8 you can tap on "More details" when adding an agenda item and alter the reminder time from there.

how do i set a reminder that repeats every saturday? i've been setting here and there and can't seem to figure it out. sometimes when i set the intervals (weeks), it pops out "invalid repeat interval". can anyone help me?

Follow the steps below:
Open Calendar.
Go to your preferred date (Saturday) then go to Options > Make a note > Reminder.
Set the "Repeat" to Weekly.

Outlook/OVI/Nokia E63 Task remind time problem

I'm having a problem with syncing outlook to my phone where the times for task reminders are changing?? In outlook I have a reminder for 7pm but when its synced the time says 5am. Both Windows and the E63 are set to the correct timezone of +10.
What have I done wrong here? I cannot trust the device to have tasks until I set this up right (didnt like being woken at 5am )

Nokia 700 - calendar reminder

I am setting event in calendar and I am setting reminder one week ago. My phone does not remind . I use active exchange. If I use personal calendar then phone remindes.
Is mistake in my phone?

And about the contacts lists, i wish i could add a contact to a group right from the contact profile, not by open the group and then have to remmember the contacts i've added before...it used to happen this way: when i go out at night, and used to be drunk, i have short low memory, so i've added a girl, and i wish to group her in the guoup named: Tonight 18/05/2012 girls, so when i write her name, and phone number, right from there i wish i could group her, if i have to close that and then open a group and create ir to then after remember her name in a list anda add...its a longer and hard work, i mean in the half time for work, the girl should be far away there, is this little things, little short times that makes all the diference !
other thing could help a lot, is and integration like that used in that software Whatsapp with messengers like MSN, FACEBOOK etc. so when you are not online, you could still receive messenges(pic,videos,draws, video/voice calls solicitations(though WIFI) ,etc) from your buddies with like push alerts, and you don't have to spend a lot of baterry being online with nimbuzz/ebuddy allnight long... =]
that's it my ideas for tonight...hope it could contribuite for a better future!

No birthday reminder nokia n9?

I synced all my contacts from the N900 to my N9, but there are no automatic calendar entries of the birthdays now.

Yes... MeeBirthdays is a nice App... You can push all your birthdays into the current choosen standard calendar.
In case you want to have a separated birthday calendar then just create a new one and set it as standard calendar before pushing the birthdays into it.
